This card is a constant headache for me. If it's not holding a authorization longer than necessary it's declining transactions when there is a obvious positive balance on my card. I have been so embarrassed and frustrated at the store multiple times because of this. This company really needs to fix this bugs.
Absolutely the worst card ever. If you don't have to have this card, don't get it. It won't let you withdraw money. Nor will it let you do online purchases. Can't give it lower than 1 star or I would.
Very misleading information. They say to avoid surcharge fees use the app to find an atm in their network. I did and they still charged me $1.50 to withdraw cash and then another $1.20 just to view my balance. Very shady company. They have no integrity.
THIEVES!!!! These people really took my money!!! I had left a considerable amount on this account. I let it there for a few months. I just checked the account and there's is nothing there!!! And no one had used the card either!!!
This Paysign App Won't let me in keep saying error It's been like that for most 2 weeks
This app is garbage. It gives an error every time I try to register. But doesn't give an explanation. Cannot register at all.
Doesn't work, they've been having "technical difficulties" for a week.
Zero stars. This app is NO GOOD. It says I'm registered and to confirm my email address but that's as far as I get. It will not let me log on. Boo
I registered on the website so it let me login with the same credentials. It gives me the same account info which is great, but I installed this to see in-network ATMs. Instead of doing that it keeps mapping locations in the middle of fields unless I enable location. 3 different towns, 1 location per town, and 3 different fields. Unless they ran power and a network connection so the cows and horses can bank, I they need to fix this problem. Turned on location and still need to put in ZIP code.
First time with the app but constantly kept sending me email verification codes and every time I tapped into verify my email it keeps saying email verification code failed
The app loads many times with a solid blue screen. The only fix for this is to delete the app and reinstall it. People have been complaining about this for a long time, but the develepers could seem to care less. They never respond and no fix in the works.
You guys need to fix this app, ASAP. Everytime i enter my email and password, it always tells me it is not recognized? That makes absolutely no sense to me at all, in the past before it was updated, it was running smooth and no issues :0 now its time you guys to get to the bottom of this issue please? And thank you 👍
Every time they do an update it resets the credentials and it stops working. I can't use any of my login information that was working this morning and still works on the website. Don't waste your time with this and just login through the browser.
Absolute trash the app loads then it's nothing but a blue screen with the paysign emblem. You have to randomly click the screen till it's says to input password. Then some more random clicks to log in followed by another blue screen with no account information or transaction history.
This app is broken. It wouldn't let me register via the app, so I registered on the website. I verified my email, set a password, everything went fine on the site. When I put my info into the app, it wouldn't log me in at all. This app is juat broken.
For checking your balance quickly this app works fine but if you need to register a card or anything more advanced I'd recommend just using the website. I use this app for the Fast Balance feature so I don't have to type in my password everytime I need a quick update.
Since the update, you can't do a quick balance check. You have to log in. Tap on quick balance and it tells you that you need to enable it. I enable it over and over with no change.
Unable to access my balance or transaction history, stuck on login screen. Apparently this happened after the most recent update, I find this very upsetting that I have to now call to check my balance instead of just a quick login.
The app used to show purchase history, but after the update, it was removed for some stupid reason. It is frustrating. 12/20/19: I don't know if anyone in charge of this app saw my review of it or if it was just coincidence, but there was a new update and it seems to have fixed this issue. I can see what I spent money on. Thank you for fixing it, so I will raise my review from a 2 star to 4 star. For now.
Horrible You can't register more than one card It won't let you letterly I have a pay sign card from a different company and it won't let me register it because of the one that I previously had and I won't let you delete it also if you forget your password your pen number doesn't work for you to retrieve it overall this app sucks and needs improvement I think they do this so that you have to call or you have to text so that they can charge you to find out your balance absolute bs
It gets the job done, sure, but it would be nice to have this app take advantage of the fingerprint functionality on most phones to login instead of having to type in the password every time. Otherwise, it's okay
The new update doesn't work. I can't login. It just shows a loading screen that eventually just disappears and I'm still on the landing screen.
App will not verify email. Keep saying email verification failed.
Absolutely horrible card! they charge for absolutely everything even a decline fee. Their rates are awful and completely over priced. Whenever I get a deposit I will be taking all of my money out immediately.
Had to give it a star. Never got past registration without an error... Now a year later and it says I'm registered but still can't get in.
app doesn't show current account balance. atm locator doesn't work at all and it's the only way to withdraw funds from the card since they removed the bank transfer functionality, completely ridiculous. wound give zero stars if I could.
I called customer to help me fix the issues with not signing in and they said I have to wait 24 hours to re-register. It say my email address is unavailable. If your going to update the app please make sure their is not issues too it. Every time it is updates I have sign back in and have issues tryin sign in.
App will not let me register... Aside from the app this company is contemptible. If you have $100 on a card, go to an in network atm, the atm asks if you want you balance on the receipt after you choose your withdrawal amount. If you choose yes to see balance and withdraw all 100$ you can't. They charged you $0.35 to see the balance and now that you only have $99.65 they charge you another $0.35 for an ATM decline fee. This company is a pox on the poor, their primary customer base.
Your fees are ridiculous! I've never had a bank charge me for using my card as much as you do. This company scams you every purchase that you make! Even if you get declined they scam you. Highly recommend not using this card and talking to a lawyer if you have used it. The service fees are completely and utterly outrageous and outdated in today's economy!
User friendly, but the app seems to always have an issue preventing it from having simple in-app tasks done, such as locking card, updating user setting, and sometimes even logging in.
