Since PayTix is fully supported by member cities you can be assured that your payment is handled with the same security safe guards that are available to you on our member cities payment websites. We do not store your credit card data (anywhere) and we are fully PCI DSS compliant. When you pay for your parking tickets with PayTix, you are paying with the same service that processes payments for the member cities today. Also, since PayTix is supported by member cities we don’t have to spoof or hijack city payment websites. PayTix has native interfaces to our member cities systems.
How To Use PayTix?:
Simply pick the city that you got your parking ticket in and either scan the ticket number bar code on the ticket or manually enter the ticket number into PayTix and press the Submit button. PayTix will then guide you through the ticket payment process in 4 easy steps. If your ticket is not in the city's parking system yet, don't worry, PayTix will setup simple reminders and a "Ticket List" for you to check your tickets availability.

Ridiculous credit card entry form that makes it impossible to see the numbers you typed. No doubt some idiot thought this was very "secure", so he decided to make this special snowflake app accept credit card numbers in a different way than any other app in the world.
It's annoying to have to download an app just to pay a ticket, then delete the app bc it takes up space and obviously/ideally not used often/ regularly
Used the app to pay a parking ticket. The app showed payment confirmation but apparently didn't charge my account. I ended up with $98 late fee! You owe me
keeps telling me my ticket can't be found — hasn't worked in months update, Feb 2022: still doesn't work. this time though my payment couldn't be processed. Went to the city's gov website to pay and it worked immediately.
Had 3 tickets to pay, says it takes a convenient fee % with a minimum amount. Had to pay the minimum fee 3 times. Just a scam company. I'm sure I'll have the city calling me about unpaid bills
The $2 fee should be disclosed at the beginning prior to the first opportunity to the selection of pay later or pay (now). Otherwise the site provides quick and efficient service. Thank you.
Highly disfuntional app. it will tell you that you owe zero dollars so it can rack up late fees. clearly a racket. i recommend you pay in person or by phone. this app is a TRAP!
The website said it's free to pay tickets true here, that is not true. Still charges the convenience fee as the website. App just using my memory, delited immediately.
Work before updates but now it responds that information is unavailable after all payment information is added. Felt like a scam. I'm deleting the app.
Easy to pay tickets.. very easy process ro follow. And so much easier than actually going to court

Not bad enough they rip you off with BS parking tickets, this worthless POS makes it IMPOSSIBLE to pay them. -5 stars. Don't download this.
NO! IT'S DEFINITLY NOT FREE AS THEY SAID IT IS, THERE'S A $2 DOLLAR PROCESSING FEE. WHY LIE ABOUT IT? THE CITY STEALS YOUR MONEY, AND THEN THE VULTURES WANT TO PROFIT AS WELL. NO THANKS, I'D RATHER MAIL IN MY CHECK.

They stolen for only minutes park while the street truck pass late every time and we must pay fee for the process. I am not scare the delinquents stealing cars, I SCARE THOSE TICKET COMPANY We pay taxes for street cleaning and sometimes the truck not pass. A huge monkey business of the GOP and major. For that kind of abuser the people rise in rebellion, and make revolution, one day will see it.

Why does this app need to "use the camera" & "access photos & media" from the users phone? I don't see any features in this app that require that capability at all. It doesn't work offline & it doesn't appear to do anything that the web app doesn't do so I'm not getting why this app is necessary at all - other than to collect data on PayTix users & shop that value add to the cities they sell their services to.
