If I could give a lower rating I would. My landlord has requested we use this app so I am stuck. The service fees are obscene, the app doesn't work well, and the customer service is terrible/non existent. If you don't absolutely have to use it, don't!!

The premise of the app seemed attractive at first - get points for paying your bills, while at the same time collecting credit card points. Then points were devalued, as with many other loyalty programs, and fees were tacked on. I'm several weeks into trying to close my account with them, but they keep asking the same questions, like sending screenshots of the error message. The final nail in the coffin is their request for a video so they can close my account... and I quote: "For resolving your query at the earliest, kindly share the error video displayed on your screen." Beware of opening an account with them, if you don't want to install screen video capture software just to close the account later.

Used to be a good app before when rewards were good however now its a pointless app. The reward redemption is only $1 off any $10 purchases and takes a long time for the bills to be paid. Not worth it. They are just using our money in transition for free. Also points expire quickly if you stop using the app for a few months. So if you were planning to wait to see if a good reward would come back don't bother, you would not have points to buy it as they would be expired.

You have to pay to get money off. I was researching this app before and it seemed like a great idea, you pay normally but if you pay through this site you acquire points and then redeem rewards. That's amazing! However they changed it so now when you want a $10 card you have to pay $9 and then use 1000 of your points which only gives you a dollar off. You would ultimately have to spend a lot of your money as opposed to just using your points you have acquired. Immediately uninstalling.

Its ok. UI is decent and mostly intuitive. There isn't a huge benefit to paying bills through this app vs your bank and you have to pay the bill early becausecash has to flow out of your bank to PayTM and then to the biller. You get points for it but they're getting harder and harder to spend. Mostly you can just get a $1 discount on a gift card purchase using points which is hardly worth the hassle. Having the payment history in one place is nice.

It is really sad to see this app becoming suddenly irrelevant and pointless to use. I loved it a lot until PayTM had no choice but to start charging their users the convenience fee for each transaction starting November 1, 2019. Sad but it's a part of life. What's also sad that you cannot delete your personal account through the app. You need to send them a request by email, then unlink all your credit cards and bank accounts and then uninstall the app after that.

got an email last night that they're shutting down today. tried to redeem my points for GCs and most of them are either sold out or require you to pay for the GCs. essentially, the points are useless and doubtful they will replenish the GC selection. 50k worth of points gone to waste. terrible!

I was excited to use this app. It was a horror to try and set up to actually pay bills, but eventually it worked out. The reason I'm giving one star and uninstalling is because of the ridiculous "convenience fee" the app charges to make a payment. It's $35 for me to make one rental payment. To put that in perspective, it would take 20 months for me to get enough points for a $10 Starbucks card, and cost $420 in one year of convenience fees. Highway robbery, do not install.

After more than 1 year of using this app, I would give them 0 if I could. Be extra cautious in using it. No matter when you schedule your payment to be processed, often they pay the bill late and use your money. Before, they used to store the pay date as a record and you could see that in the app. Now, when you are paying they show one date, and after they process it late they change it to the new date!! So you have no record! And the customer service is the most disrespectful!

When it first started it was great. Then they started charging fees for using credit card to pay utilities bills and the rewards are no longer completely free. You have to still spent money to get maybe $1 off at most $5. Really dont see the point to use the app anymore, might change to another platform for better rewards.

EDIT - Now even worse with 2% fees for every bill paid with credit cards, they took away all my points due to inactivity, meanwhile they kept moving the rewards goal post; Amazon Gift Card I was aiming to get free with my accumulated points then required 90% additional purchase to redeem my points & was no longer available! Fkn scam! Alas, time to delete my account. B4: For some reason, the app doesn't allow scheduling the first of a month as the due date! It keeps greying out the first of the month, blocking me from selecting it. Perhaps 'cause it's on a weekend instead of a work day, but that should only 'cause it to make the payment a little sooner, not block me from selecting the date! Unfortunately, their customer service rep doesn't even seem to understand this simple explanation, waste of time.

Good for paying bills that don't occur often like the CRA once a year. Besides that there are no automatic withdrawals to pay credit card balances each month. You'd have to input the amount manually each time then takes 5 days or so to process which could be deemed as a late payment and charged interest. If there would be automatic withdrawals that you could set and forget that'd be much more convenient to use.

Started out good but got progressively worse. Originally able to use cc but now charge service fee. Scheduling of bills isn't great. Rewards were also originally great but now terrible. Pay $9 + 1000 points for a $10 gift card. Used to be deals like free gift card for all points or things like pay $25 + 5k points for a $50 gift. Got an email that they expire points (in t&c) after 6 months of inactivity. Not worth the chance of missing a bill payment. Get out.

Used to be ok but they drastically reduced the reward amount you get for points. Now you basically get $1 in reward for every $1000 in bill payments.. 0.1% rate of return. And that's only if you pay using your bank account. If you're not careful and pay with credit or Visa debit then you'll pay convenience fees.. making it worse than if you just paid the bill directly.. so not really worth it, sadly.

I paid my credit card bills on Paytm way in advance of the due date and was charged a total of $133 in late fees. Customer service did not do much to help out. There are no perks in using this app as your payments go through after the deadline no matter how early you pay your bills. Would not recommend using unless you enjoy paying interest charges. Update: Went back and forth with customer service and they did nothing to assist but send vague emails which I wasted my time responding to.

It was great buy since they took off the option to pay with credit card for free. I left. Now i want to come back.. then i saw the reivew was so low. And checked what is going on. Used to get gift card for free. Now u get discount on gift card. Still better then nothing.. and concept is good. But. I decided not to rejoin. I will just gonna use other credit card to get point.

in the my scheduled bills you should include the date that has been scheduled for the payment. Overall some of the transaction feedback is pretty scarce or badly delayed. Bonus points are days late and don't always reflect accurately what they are for compared to what you are supposed to be eligible for. Hard to keep track if you are receiving everything you are supposed to be getting. Confused a lot of the time.

It takes a week to pay your first credit card bill and they wont intimate you on this. i had to make an immediate personal transfer from bank to not have missed the minimum payment with their delay. Adding to that i feel the "verification" they say should have been done while adding the card on to the app not while paying the bill. paypal would do a $0.1 test. wont dare to pay bills again. although its india's best app for this and is efficient there, canadian side is lacking its speed.

Used to be able to buy 10$ gift cards for points. Only been able to get 1$ discount on 10$ for a while now and they're shutting down on us.... and all their rewards are sold out. Can't even redeem my 14 000 points.

Takes a while to set up everything but once you do, the app is great. I'm able to make bill payments using my primary credit card on things I was never able to in the past. The app is well designed and customer service has been responsive. My only wish is that they increase the monthly limit on how many points you can earn for each category. I find myself always maxing out the cap. Why not earn some reward points on something you are going to do anyway.

Should be zero stars. This app has outlived its usage as they started charging for using Credit card. As many others mentioned redeeming the points for giftcards has also become a hassle as the options have been significantly cut down and the remaining ones require you to spend money in combination with points. I am now in the last leg of making payments to redeem and quit using. The payments timeline is almost 7 days which is ridiculous. My bank pushes payment faster.

Used to be a great app, then they started charging a few to use your credit card. So there goes the cash back from using a card. Now I went to redeem points for an Amazon gift card and they no longer have cards that are free with points. You have to pay for most of the cost of the gift card with your own cash and only a small percentage of points towards the remainder. This app is absolutely pointless to use now. I will be closing my account and uninstalling this app.

I had a gift card that I couldn't redeem because of a mistake on their end and trying to get them to resolve it is impossible. They don't even read my messages properly, always suggest the same thing to try even though I kept telling them it doesn't work (with screenshots attached) and stopped replying multiple times when I tried to get in touch. This is the worst customer service I've ever come across.

Used to be a great app to pay my bills with and get rewarded with points which ultimately be used to get some decent rewards cards. Now, it's practically useless as most rewards cards only give a discount of $1 with the use of points while the balance needs to be purchased with a credit card. Also, some great rewards cards, such as, Amazon are not available as they are always, "Sold out". Contacted customer service a while back and was lied to that new rewards are loaded on a weekly basis.

Unusably buggy app. Tried to sign up for an account: got an animated progress indicator, then nothing happened. Tried different device, different email, etc, no change. Presumably their servers are down but they didn't bother to code error messages for users. Oh well. Deleted.

If I could give 1 star I would. As others have noted, there is no point in using this app to pay via credit card as they charge you a "convenience fee". However, don't let them use your bank account to pay bills either. I did, and these incompetent people took the funds SIX DAYS ahead of the date I scheduled, resulting in an NSF charge. Tried getting in touch with care and their solution was for me to prove that I wasn't given enough notice. Am I supposed to time travel back?

Started off great last year and paid my bills til I could get a gift card. The app has nothing much to offer anymore. You have to mostly buy the gift cards and you can use 1000points to get a dollar off of them. Big whoopie. And that's if the card you want isn't sold out. For example, don't even think of getting the Amazon gift card. I've contacted support many times asking about their rewards and never received a reply. Will likely stop paying my bills thru here and close my account. This app is just....dead, and the support is ghost town.

Not sure why the Google modern design was dropped. The drag from the left side menu eas very useful and consistent with other Android apps to access important feautres such as Past Transactions in 1 swipe. Now it's hidden under My Profile which does not even make sense from a UX perspective.

The rewards aren't good anymore, no restock of rewards and bill payment takes 2 weeks or so to actually pay a bill. Have to pay early otherwise payment will be late. Sometimes have to pay bill directly instead of using this app. More payee options to select from would be great as it's pretty limited.
