When I fill my address details, the app stuck, I tried to save my address in 3-4 friend' mobiles. But app could not be saved my address. Please fix it.
I have order qr code in app but I don't receive in app showing it's delivery done i have paid already this Guy's not responding also i have call customer care number also call disconnected before contacting fully fraud this application don't order any thing in this app please i have done payment also in app showing it's delivery successfully delivered
By tyingup with Citibank credit card, this app lure me to have 5% cashback on spending the credit card use in paytm mall that this app never ever open for purchasing or neither provide a good reputed brand to purchase stuff and clothing. This app need to be redesigned for hasten function or must be removed from playstore.
It was good to shop groceries products before 2 months ago but now I couldn't find useful in this app. So I recommend others not to use this useless app surfing on this it's a waste of time. You can use other app
A ticket is open for more than a month. They commit one thing in one email, and mention something totally opposite in the next email. Worst customer service of any online marketplace. So many tickets were opened, issues went unresolved and tickets were closed without permission/consent. Kindly check them all through my account, there are plenty of them. Finally, deleted the app and getting account closed.
The app is good and the deals are great. but there's no way to raise concern with paytm regarding orderd product. its almost impossible to get to the customer service on phone. and some dealers are pulling shady deals. i have been trying get in contact with customer service unsuccessfulIy that's why I've had to resort to this method of calling out.
I had really bad experience. We purchased maxlite humidifier from this so called Paytm mall. We thought their survice will be good. But these people really disappointed us. first i returned that mini ac because its didn't had any port to attach with data cable. I replaced that with new one in which fan is not working at all. Even that port to attach the data cable was not in proper position. I am fed up with all this now im just returning it. And i will never shop at Paytm mall again.
I have been using the app since long as they were giving good cashbacks and offers. But recently the quality of service, the cashback, delivery and return has gone down. Don't have any customer care number to directly call and speak to them. For everything need to write a mail and followup with them. They don't even bother to get back to customers on time. With a return of an item have been following them up for almost a month.
This is the very bad app and there poor services they do not deliver product on their promises time. So that don't belive on shoping on Paytm mall. Very bad experience of Flipkart shoping and delivery.
They take the order everytime and rarely deliver the product they ship it either to the wrong address or cancel the order at the last moment. If you have applied a promocode it is for sure that they will cancel it. And the best part is you can do nothing about it. The only help and support they provide is to check the return and refund status and that doesn't take you anywhere at all. Plus most of the times the product quality is very bad I suggest if you wish to buy an authentic product then don't buy here.
The experience with this version is very bad it take long time to load the content n also the most crucial feature "Return" doesn't work with this app. I wanted to return few of my purchase but when I click on return it just gives a blank screen with a box icon with no further navigation. I had to end up paying for a product which I would not be able to use due to this issue:(. No customer care support also for the same. Even the 24*7 help also doesn't register any query.
One of the worst apps and customer service in present modern day competitive e-commerce sector. There is no way you can directly reach out. Even if you purchase a product with a return policy, the app doesn't provide you with any option to return an order. On raising the ticket finally when a guy calls and you tell them you want to return the product, he says if you received the product you ordered then you can't return it. So much hassle. Still working on getting the return processed.
Pathetic app for shopping. Product shown in pictures are totally different than what I received. There is a bug too in the app. If you use it after somedays for ordering product, the account gets logout at the transaction processing page, which may make me lose my amount. It asks me to login again and place the fresh order again. Remember, this is not new this is happening since last 1 year. I don't know what your testing team is doing?
Please do urself a favour and avoid ordering any product from Paytm mall at all costs. I had ordered a digital photo frame. The model delivered to me was incorrect and I placed a return request immediately. It's been 5 days and I am still struggling to get the return accepted. Pathetic customer care fraudsters just ring ur contact number for 2 seconds and disconnect the call. Then claim that they tried contacting you but couldn't get through. Such cheaters of highest order. Terrible experience.
Not an good app for shopping, they will delay the delivery or deliver the low quality/not working product but will not give a option to cancel the product (you have to wait as long as they say for delivery) nor they will provide an return in case of any issue
The customer service is veery bad. They didn't take my call. I have no other way to communicate with them. I order a product by mistake, I want to return the product and get refund. But that didn't happen. The app only have "replace" option. And one more thing there is no option to write reviews about the product that other shopping sites offer
Very unreliable and shady app. it's impossible to connect to a coustmer care representative. My order didn't deliver and the payment was made and the app shows that the product has been shipped since 2 months and there is no sign of any actual delivery and the package is also untraceable. Please be careful while making purchases from the app
Pathetic app and absolutely frustrating customer service. I want to cancel the order which is "not yet shipped". There is no direct option of cancelation in the my orders. I have to go to "contact us" option and then click on "I want to cancel the order" and then on "cancel this item". I followed all those steps but then the customer care executive on chat says that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. This is ridiculous.
Very bad app for shopping .This app was start are amazing but this time this app was west of time .No shopping products are available . Paytm combined other brands so the app was bad for shopping .
Bad shopping app. Prices varies time to time and cashback also. You cannot purchase crazy deals at 1 attempt. You have to try several times for purchase and also you could not be successful. Cashback and price are set by their morsel. Sometime you cannot use promocodes while you have rights. Bad experience is there.
worst app and I must say worst customer support. return/replace service is broken both in app and web. it says temporarily unavailable in web and in app it just gets stuck with first step without showing an option to select why we are returning and replacing. We can't proceed further. When contacted customer care with all details they just said try again. So many people are complaining regarding this but no action taken.
Very worst service. They shipped my product through ecom express which is the most fraudulent courier service in India. The delivery person is not delivering the product to my address. Neither is he picking up the phone. He keeps changing the status to 'customer not available' without contacting me. Even after three days of reporting this to paytm customer care, they are unable to resolve this issue. I tried to cancel my order and they are saying cancellation may not be successful as the product is out for delivery. Now my money is in their hands and the product hasn't reached me. So much for shopping from this irresponsible and inefficient online shopping app. Please stay away from this app
Worst shopping app. The ad shows different pic and you are given a 3rd quality product.. This has had happened twice with me.. One time with slippers and the other with shoes.. infact in all the orders they delivered the different product as to ad shown. Refund only gets initiated, it never ever gets completed... Don't shop on it...
Worst e-commerce site ever.. Delivered multiple parcels of the same order and I had to pay for all of them to the delivery boy as I had chosen COD option. My order failed the first time and the "RETRY" option was shown.. I clicked it but the order once again failed and the "RETRY" option was shown for the 2nd time.. I clicked on RETRY.. The order was placed the third time.. But the delivery boy delivered 3 parcels of the same order ( even though the 2 orders had failed) and I had to pay for all of them as I had chosen COD option. And now I have three same items even though I wanted only one.. I had contacted PayTM 24X7 care but they don't bother about this and won't take their items back.. This is so rubbish... They do such tactics to increase their sales. Worst experience ever... I am not going to order anything from PayTM mall from now onwards... It is the worst online shopping site which uses dirty tricks to increase their sales..Its way more better to use other e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Amazon,etc..
There is a lot Wrong with the app. Is it not a shopping website anymore, the code is going all places, development is required and what is this gift card monopoly. Try getting back to the Cashback phase which literally uplifted you guys and you gave a good competition to flip and zon.. Consider this as a feedback from a long time user.
