I had taken basic plan and now I cant see my portfolio or do any transaction unless I upgrade my plan. There is no option to remain in basic plan as there will be minimum charges of around Rs. 500 per year once I upgrade. So once you have used the app with basic plan for a year, paytm wont allow you to do anything with your portfolio unless you upgrade and pay the fees to paytm. One more way of making money by cheating customers.
Made a transaction but for 4 days it did not go through. Because of this the NAV increased and I am facing a loss. Called support, they were not able to give an appropriate answer or cancel the transaction. Very difficult to navigate and confusing interface as well overall.
Trying to complete KYC since last 5-6 days but each time it is failing woth error "we are moving to bse platform.currently stopped account..." something like this. when clicking on customer care option, app crashes. Worst exp so far.
Post market sessions, if we launch the app, the profit and loss shows highly incorrect values. Need to refresh. Also the mic button is so useless and cannot be disabled. Everytime we need to move it here n there. Its annoying. The candle chart is very pathetic and so is the analysis tools as compared to Trading view. It can be integrated just like how Its integrated in Zerodha.
Today app is not working at all, none of the transactions can be modified or cancel also unable to place any trades. Worst experience. Also there is no contact number to reach out for quick resolutions.
Having trouble signing up while entering OTP sent to Gmail. If we reverse back to gmail to get OTP, paytm app directs the user to start from the beginning and could not enter the OTP. This should be solved as many are having the same issues. Pulling down on the app for checking mails shouldn't close down the app.
App is very good and user friendly, i have not received a single call from anyone, so its very peaceful. But there is no one to guide, clear your doubts in case if any. Best example -: Its like Ginger hotels, you can understand if you have stayed - you can get decent rooms at cheaper rates, but theres no one to service :p
Worst app.... It freezes after i upload my documents. I requested a call multiple times but didn't receive even once. Don't even have an option to switch from digital documents. Not able to open a demat account.
After repeated follow up, finally one person called me to resolve it. But still, the help and support team must be very vigilant when customer sends something. Check it thoroughly. I will keep 2 stars because it is very difficult to navigate in the UI, especially customer support.
Can't complete KYC as it always showing "something went wrong" on display. Not able to connect everytime.. Update- At first it was very irritating but now app has been polished and it works quite creatively and also give lots of options.
Application is improving day by day, but still here's some features are lagging in comparison with other brokers. Like not having option of international investment and UI cleanliness, it's improved in comparison with older version but need more easy and smooth UI experience.
This App is very Slow... I mean very Slow I am using Poco X3 pro 8gb ram and this app does not work until I turn my aeroplane mode on and then off. it have a lot of bugs .. Please try to fix them..I have used many brokers like zerodha fyrr and many more they are really really fast.. Every time I place 4 order at the same time it crashes and I am sick of it.. And it's customer service is not that good .. Today I made a loss 43k just because of your application is crashing.. Please try to fix it.
The application user interface is perfect and this app is one stop solution for all the investment. I really liked the user experience but I would like to bring that your notice that your customer support isn't living upto the mark and needs proper training/timely update (people hard earned money is in stake and you should invest in your customer support team), also you need to enhance the user experience in customer support section.
Without stop loss and target gtt order is use less for me, it is very hard to track every day. Also make chart clean and simpler. There are so many dropdowns for selecting range,view etc. Make some defaults and simpler to use. Volume chart getting automatically added once I open the saved chart. Donot know is it bug or functionality.
Like the PayTM app itself, the UI is horrendous. Too many buttons, cards and banners spammed onto the same frame. Very difficult to navigate. Hard to tell apart feature groups, or where to find which feature/information.
At the end of the day during sync time shows wrong figures in portfolio as well as on home screen and take time to come on actual correct values. Have some good features but they need to improve on following grounds: 1. They should add calculation of brokerage instead of showing final value.
User interface is very poor. It takes very longtime to update the transaction status. Very pathetic customer service. Impossible to connect with customer service. Failed transactions also gets update in the portfolio and Impossible to remove
It's over 30 mins that my put order is showing pending. The amount is deducted but the order is not executed and now I can't even cancel or modify it and market prices are against my position.... For any loss, it would be only paytm who would compensate the same.... Even multiple customer support requests are unanswered while there is no customer care phone number...
They do not offer customer support on live medium! Quiet disappointing!! Updated .. reduced one star date -11 apr 2022. Their system is not working!! I'm unable to cancel a pending options orders since last 45 minutes and they still do not offer CS online! And the issue is still not resolved! I'm gonna lose a lot of money today because of their faulty system and 0 customer support!!!!
Everytime I add new stock to my watchlist, I need to select the particular watchlist which is annoying and time consuming. If it is possible to add any stock to the recent watchlist, or to the watchlist I am working or watching, then it would be more easy and time efficient.
In each stock page, Beside the SIP, Price alert, GTT would it be possible to add option chain icon so that people trdaing in F&O can easily access option chain. It would then be on the better edge over Angle one in respect of everything. This feature would promote the UI. Also woukd qualify for 5 star
It had been good, but for last few days the app has become so slow that it has costed me thousands of rupees!!!! I can't make a transaction in time! It takes 5-10 minutes to get the T-PIN entered, meanwhile I lose my trade. Same is the case with T-PIN authorisation for all trades at once!!
I just moved from iphone to Android app. Main Difference is in Android app, we have swipe isntead of just button. And when we want stop loss, stop lose cannot auto enable when price moves above stop loss price. In iOS app version, stop loss enables as soon as price move above stop loss.
this is very disgusting that from morning whenever I am going to open the app on order screen I am getting the message that today is market close one's market will go open then your order will be post.... really surprising for this message... and another thing is that in every second day I found the popup that there is issue in the connection with the server. this is very horible no any customer care number is provided.
Good app but since last week can't open stocks section. Error : Ow snap ! Looks like system are slow at this time or something may be wrong. Can't trade in Stock. In Browser every section work perfectly but not work in app. Solve this issue..
When I shifted to Paytm Money from My universe for mutual funds, my experience was far better. I was able to compare and purchase better funds. I am now using it for trading also. However, following features are terrible: 1. Fund Switch - switched funds are locked by app for 3 yrs , 2. Wealthbasket: both baskets in which I invested significantly underperformed against market for months Also, there are often issues of figure mismatch (such as wrong market depth) but they are reducing with time.
Worst customer care service. I have raised the ticket for money not credited in my account (withdraw) . In tractions it's showed as credited. Raised issue for the same, again customer care picked up the ticket and informimg the same like it's allready setted on 17 th April 2022. And how it's processed on non business day, is data was updated wrongly or something else. Creating panic situation and trying to reach out customer care number, it's not available in app. Worst support.
This is the most pathatic app especially the customer support is really really bad.. I have issue with the payment and customer service is expecting a file attachment and that chat is not allowing to upload a file. The same statement is repeated again and again in the chat support.. Paytm money don't have customer service via phone I am not understanding where to reach to solve the issue
The user experience is up to ahe point but the charts for Intraday Trading is not good there are very less features in chart depth and some of the indicators are missing too. also there are a few less features than that of zerodha
It has options for all kind of investments but its service is not that good. I am using it for about a year but from the last 6 months i am having trouble with upi payments, net banking, in fact all payment modes. I have tried contacting customer service too but its of no help.
