One star because - 1st) Never get a push notification/email/or any other kind of notification on getting new orders. 2nd) Cannot submit a ticket, it always shows an error saying 'cannot parse request body'. 3rd) It shows one order twice/duplicate orders under new orders tab, orders with exact same ID, exact same time, exact same customer, exactly duplicate orders. Because of which seller has to process the orders twice.
it's the worst selling app ever. raising tickets for each issue, waiting for them to call. 1 person knows only about specific thing orelse again wait for another call. since 2 days 10 different people have spoken to me but I haven't understood anything at all. how are they even having sellers ready to list product on their portal. it needs hours of talking to the customer care. it's genuinely the worst thing ever.
when i close the app then I do not receive the notifications. Because it automatically log out. It is the biggest bug in the app. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I lost some orders and got penalized due to this bug.
The problem is with Paytm seller support and courier service. They don't come to pickup the orders for more than 1 week and all. When we call them they will tell they gonna come in 20 minutes or on the way,but they never come to pickup orders. We got lot of SLA breach due to this and when we complain about this they respond very slowly and lately. They told its our fault. We were complaining about this problem with paytm for last one month and still paytm logistics never come to do pickup on time.
Paytm is scamming sellers by deliberately delaying the pick up of orders. Their courier never picks up your order in time and Paytm charge heavy penalty from sellers although it's their own mistake. Thus happened to me multiple times.Their customer support is the worst... Big fraudsters... Don't sell on Paytm..Use Flipkart or Amazon instead
Worst app before not showing categories to list products. Now categories showing but when uploading product images there is connectivity error what means that even full internet access in device. Mapping products showing there manufacturer details mandatory but you can't find this option at page to fill. If you planning to run your selling with this app my suggestion NO! They cannot managing properly this app you face so many errors and you get loss of your time and money.
When we open this app it always ask for login. Otherwise great app. One star for this. In web browser login issue is also there, when we enter the login id & password and click on the login then again a separate dialogue box open for entering the login details again & then click again on login button. Resolve the both issue in app as well as in web browser & take 5 star & positive comment too.
Extremely disgusting seller support service.no system to resolve seller queries. Extremely confusing to use ! Useless website. Everytime i open it it shows something different! I am not getting add products option . Other platforms are way better than this
They deliberately delay the pick up and charge penalty from sellers for late shipment.Biggest fraudster..No other marketplaces charge penalty from sellers if we opt for their courier. But paytm does even if it's their mistake. Never do business with them.
worst ever experience... they always delay your pickups so they can charge you huge amount as penalty... commission and all the final charges are high too...(in my case always >30%) . no seller support... even account manager is also not supportive. Never ever recommend .
Non reliable panel services. Even if you mark ship your product. It will not show them marked and they will fine you. When provide them proofs they will stick to their fine money. Even on your out of stock products get the orders and if you don't ship then also they fine. Pathetic backend support and abusive support staffs.
After 4 Decmber 218 Update You Can Not use this app in older version of android it does not Support 4.4 kitkat version of android. All Other market place app is working nicely. Only paytm Mall Store Manager is not working very poor update it will affect the business.
Worst seller experience, giants like Amazon have a smooth system for everything, whereas Paytm fails to address even the most basic seller issues/ topics. Paytm highly lacks in providing prompt solutions to seller problems plus there is a huge gap of communication between the Parker place, the seller and the third parties(couriers). Sellers are left to wait for a response to their 'Tickets'. Overall, the Paytm system is primitive in every aspect.
It's a pathetic way to make money of sellers. Nothing else. Horrible customer support and a way to bad experience for everyone. Sellers should stay away from this app. All expenses to be born by seller whether it's a technical glitch Or even a fault by customer. Paytm seller app will charge you till you have lost everything on it.
I have seller account. I have to use so many tricks to login. So many unknown penalties without knowing reasons. Poor sellers support. A lot lose with paytm compare with other e commerce sellers we working
Third class app. Taking more time to provide services. Not working properly. Customer services response very poor compare to other seller portal.and also Adding product is difficult compare to other seller portal. It is a waste of time to sell on paytm mall. Choose other portal for selling your best valuable product.
I have received one order on 15 without any notification message or email same happened on 17 and 18 unable to contact seller support this has not happened with any other market place my notification settings are also on they charge me without my fault ridiculous Today is 6th August this is update on review I have scheduled pickup on 4th Paytm logistic has not picked till 6th morning and in afternoon they picked and you know what Paytm updated seller cancelled in my orders worst service.
very slow...useless app...everytime you edit listing it refreshes to 1st page irrespective of the page you were on...you can not edit listing from the orders tab ...
No customer support number available. I'm trying to sell my skin care products on paytm mall but it is lacking all the necessary options in category list. This is so frustrating.
this is a nice app for paytm seller, easy to use and simple. but one thing is not good, that there is no option to talk directly with seller support executive we have to raise a ticket first so it takes a long time.
very bad. no support to sellers, last week recieved my first order, pickup not done by Blue Dart, they dont even call the seller about the issues, no call from paytm and no call from their courier service partner, and now i to pay penality for that. what kind of buiesness paytm doing.???????? if you cant deliver the orders. why you blame sellers and penality them.
service charges is high and sometimes app doesnt respond. when my customers call service center for help related to vouchers and other queries, response is utterly poor.
Very bad experience as it does not show orders appropriately. Neither does it show notifications outside the app when orders or updates received
Very poor experience as a seller point of view.... From last 4 months we are trying to list inventory submitted all documents still nt getting proper information from paytm employees.. Just waste of time
Paytm seller support is very hard to contact. even if we create ticket it takes five days to contact unsatisfactory answer. In some conditions they should have a tab for any other queries contact tean, but they dont have
I am not able to login to this app .everytime I create new password with reset it says the link has expired. I need help with this app
All system is working best up to it only i think SLA breaches system can be made better because once we initiate the order trough pc means also it doesn't show on app i feel it can be better in future
After creating a paytm wallet I tried opening a merchant account(As instructed by phone support agent) for past 2 weeks. Eveytime I try to login through Paytm seller app it says "Paytm 0auth account not migrated". I have sent screenshots over WhatsApp as support agent said ut would be a better way to understand the issue. I just have one question at last, Do you guys have more no. of merchants that can make your company grow? read out others comments they have same problem none were acknowledged
This is app is so worst even on seller Web portal , we cant add new products, always we get error , no proper support from support team , pay wt shows and pay what get settled is completely different ,need to improve technically
I will recommend all to stay away from selling on paytm. They don't care about your profit, only cares about their profit. I had filed complaint regarding shipping overcharged but my issue was answered. It was only answered when stop sending my orders. Secondly, wrong product was send to me by a customer and that issue is still unresolved since 2 days. So flipkart, amazon and snapdeal are better both in terms of service and sales. Paytm only wants money. Their staff is untrained.
