PayUnow: Accept Payments From Customers In Bank

My experience as a new user is quite bad...sent a mail to inquire about magento 2.3 plug in no response to mail for days, called sales person who mail in response to my inquiry he did not pick up (Rex Okereke) I have had challenges trying to register on the app with my phone numbers but OTP is not sent to my phone line...very bad experience as I need to integrate with my ecommerce website.they have facilities that are needed but i dont think they are functioning as they claim to be..poor service

Useless and Fraud App,My payment has been hold from last 7days which was my first 2 transaction with payUnow, they asked me proof of the transaction(Invoice/Bill) which I have already send them by email, but still it's on Hold,my MID is 6272901,So many times I raised help tickets from the app but no response from PayUnow, even they don't have any contact number to call for the help,dont know when they will have time to contact me for the issue.

Very bad experience. My account is on hold until i complete my profile but the catch is there is no option to make any changes in profile. I can't update my business type, business sub type and operating address because they don't have update option. Very pathetic experience as a first time user. I have migrated from instamojo to payumoney & they disappointed at the very first experience.

Not so good. Too much tax fees. It is true that they doesn't cheat with any transaction. On time bank transfer. But the tax fees is too high. Don't waste your money. In now days, it is too difficult to earn Rs.1. Then why they cut such tax. Thay can cut low tax but they don't. So, Don't waste your money and time. There have many other processes to transfer your wallet balance in your bank account. Then why you choose this way!

merchant id 6821648.this was my first time that i have used payunow app. this is worst experience ever. i have transferred the amount from freecharge app to pauunow ap but now it's got cancelled and settlement in progress. i have checked freecharge app also but wallet amount is 0.i have transferred 5000 which is my money only. i want my refund into my bank account without any deductions.

Payunow should come up with instant Settlements and credit it into the very minute on receiving the payment with the bank account verified,they take a huge amount of time which is very difficult..imagine i have to wait my 2000 which was deposited for 3 days..its disgusting..just as Paytm credits instantly into the bank accounts

This app is a fraud! They have put my payment deposit for 20000 rs on hold for no particular reason and the app shows something went wrong when I am trying to contact them. I shared my MID 6776175 four days ago. My settlement is pending since 8 days now. They will neither deposit nor refund the amount.

This is a fraud payment app. My 70,500rs payment is on hold from last 1 month, and they are not sending the refund. They are saying that I have done some suspicious activity but the reality is I didn't. So don't fall for such app to get payment from your customer. otherwise you will be in loss.

MID: 6642983 Worst experience while using this app. Our first major transaction has been put on hold. Even after trying tooth and nail and mailing our concern to top company officials, settlement was promised yesterday, but no confirmation has been provided! Literally more than a 100 mails have been sent and tickets have been raised. This is total harassment! Verdict: Paytm is much better to take payments.

Cheapest app i had ever seen. No customer care support.i entered wrong account number by mistake and they blocked my account and there is no option of change the account number. I have stucked my 49rs in it. I sent lot of emails but there is no resolutions mails are coming back..wrost app you never deserve the market

Very Risky app. One of my customers didn't received a refund of rs 1000. At first they were not able to transfer the amount into bank. Now the refund is pending for more than 1 Month. I mailed them and said that it will be resolved within 2 working days but no result. They say that payment has been done from our end, but I didn't received it yet. MID-6507358( I will daily make a email id and give 1 star review untill I get my money back)

The app is keep on crashing, after multiple times of uninstalling & reinstalling, the app is crashing and sometimes did not start, restart the phone multiple times, everything is working fine in mobile instead of this app :(

I've downloaded the app! I'm in South Africa (Cape Town) but it's not accepting my cellphone number! Could you look into this so I can check it out, I've read the specs looks like a app that would be exactly what I want and need but at this stage it's pointless your assistance in this would be greatly appreciated.

Worst application ever. It's been 1 week when I got payment from customer but still settlement not done I have also provided necessary doc. Nobody pick up the call on Customer care Number and even they respond on email very slow they respond my mail in 2 days one time. What a worst survice ever had.

M I'd - 6497322. I got 7 payments total of ₹6500 from my customers. Among them 3 was cancelled and amount of ₹1000 was refunded back to customer but on total 4 were successful of total ₹5500.The amount of 5371.30 should be transferred to my account(after deducting your charges) but I received only 4370.85. Reason - 1000 deducted because of refund. This amount was payed by the customer,they got refund, "SO WHY SHOULD I PAY THIS AMOUNT FROM MY OTHER PAYMENTS". Please look into this settlement. The settlement shows deduction of ₹1000 from my other payments.

My 2000 rs stuck in payunow. I received 2000 rs from 2 customers ( 1000 rs each customer) on date 28/04/2019. But these transaction not showing in payunow app yet. I already mailed payunow for my issue with ticket no. 05017084 But no respond yet. Please credit my money soon. Ita very urgent for me. edit- update my review my problem resolved in 24 hour. Now my payment showing in app. Thanks to support team

Whenever I try to login it shows that ur acc is permanently blocked due to security reasons try after 30 min.... When I try after 30 min it again shows the same..... Am I fool to get onto this app whole day just to login..... And also all my friends are telling that this app is taking the payments at hold for approx a Month. Worst experience. Improve the app or else Remove it from playstore

Worst service by payu team. They don't settle payment even after 1 month. I don't know why they asking for proof of delivery of product, and even submitting required documents they demanding a confirmation mail from my buyer. And even after sending mail from my buyer they don't replying any of my messages on ticket ID. Very bad experience from support team in these lockdown time. Such a bad company. It's fully wrost application ! This application give an such a time that you will get money in bank by 2 or 3 working days but if you are trust on this application then you will not get money after 2 week also still it's showing that your money is process. So it's not giving proper time; proper date; or it's not have an proper management. Worst application of playstore.

I recieved a message saying that the amount is deposited in my account today (10/12/2018) but when i checked my bank account there is no such deposit , I am editiing this comment because the very next morning i recieved my amount so giving you 4 star ,i would have given 5 star but there are some technical issues with the app which you guys need to look at like i did not got the amount on the time even after i recieved message from payunow that the transfer is completed but i have got the amount on the next morning.

Fraud app payment still hold from 25th april today it's 04 may but still neither payment not refund or settled. Merchant id 6905214. All documents submitted but no reply still time. Don't download and use this app. They don't have a customer care number. Only ticket raised but they hold my payment of 19997 rs. Let's all file a case against them.

A vey bad app it is . Never download it guys , i am a victim of this nonsense thing. At first , i tried to settle some of my money and it showed that " payment is on hold" and "provide bank details" ,however i already provided it and did the verification process completed . Then even after 2- 3 (their so called required working days) days i didn't got it settled and tried to refund it. But this app cancelled my refund initiation also. My refund id : 4145516 and mid:-6671761.This is a fraud app.

Totally useless app! we tried to use it for a new venture but even the test transaction has been put on hold!! Even after hundereds of mails and calls with Payu, and assurances of settlement money is stuck!! Don't use this app if you value your time and money!! MID: 6642983

Dont trust this app... Pathetic absolutely ridiculous... i needed urgent money so I trnsfrd from my credit card to my saving account.... They hold my money for around 10 days... And refunded the partial amount after deducting their charges back to my credit card....if refund was processed then full amount should have been credited to my credit card or partial amt shud be credited to my saving accnt....they used my money for 10 days also deducted their charges .... MID is 6867439... Dont fool ppl

very bad experience. they don't settle money in mechant account. they pending your settlement and dont give any reason why they not settle money. no customer service number. totally fraud app. don't use. i loose my 26511 money. they are not settle in my account. i mail many time but they are not give any reply.after 15 day they refund money with deducted 1.99%+gst. so i request you don't use this app. totally disappointed.

Did a transaction for 54k and the deposit date was on 20 Feb 8pm but now it's on hold with no reason listed, there is not a single way to talk to the support only the lazy way to create a ticket and the horrific thing is tht the ticket shows the reply by customer service for 25 Feb, Wht r u guys doing here, is it a payment collection app or giving money to u ppl there. Horrible experience I must say.

I have already responded to case id 07961536 but not received any update till now, they are holding my 25,000 money and even when they can't settle the amount, just refund it back to source, this much they can't understand and they are irritating merchants. This is my last payment with them, and will delete my account and their app after this.
