The app is going but when it comes to pending token the customer care take too long to reply and the token the now send in the app is not complete they don't expect us agents to send incomplete token
This app is good, but very slow especially when you try to fund the wallet. My first experience was not good. When I tried to fund my wallet, my bank account was debited but my wallet was not funded. I had to contact them and it took hours before it was finally credited. Please improve on your service. Good app anyway. 👍
Payvice is indeed a disappointment. Initially, when I registered Payvice newly, I had a very horrible experience with my first wallet funding. It was later resolved after series of correspondents. I thought I had arrived after the resolution of the funding issues. Now, I have 12k+ in my wallet, but I can't use the money. None of its services....ranging from Airtime purchase, data and Cable Tv sub, to Electricity bill payment... are working. Please, better run for your dear life.
Good experience using Payvice app but could be better if fund transfer feature is included. Please Itex work on your POS device performance. It's horrible as it has about 50% failure rate and wastes too much paper.
This app would have be very useful, pefect and reliable but the frustration i pass through when trying to transfer is so painful. Especially on sunday, tried to transfer fund out for an urgent transaction and it took more than 24hrs, yet service was not available to perform the transaction. It was too bad.
Very poor service. One cannot check past transaction history even when u check from app through playstore. They should also work on their transfers and withdrawals because customers complain a lot. Their TAT is zero
They don't inform agents if they have network issue, they just ignore you. Really bad bad bad. I regret buying their pos. Useless app, it can't be used as an option for transaction if the pos is down.
The app is good but the customer care is very slow at responding and sometimes they don't even respond at all that's through WhatsApp, and so your service is very bad you guys should work on it...the machine is the very bad also always selecting cards.....
poor delivery service to agent. I loaded money into my wallet to trade for the weekend...And nothing was working on their network.. none of their team was reachable nor did we even get update or notification on the happening. very poor service...the one star is just to enable post my complain. hell you Payvice
Itex should work on the app let's be seeing transaction on the app and those done on POS shud also b seen on the app Secondly the printer shud not b disconnecting after each transaction. Once it's paired , it's paired not pairing on each transaction
The next work sometime are very poor in sure the way that if the customer did not know you he or she may see you has a froster and also show declined but when you check your wallet you find out that the money is there or sometime bank debited the customer.
Highly annoying I did everything possible to fund my wallet, no way, I also tried to make payment with my card at the end it says card pin incorrect, I changed use another ATM card the same response but used it in Pos one touch payment done. Please fix the problem quickly!
Its been an awesome APP. I won't mind if they can let us save IUC numbers and Metre numbers like one can save contact numbers on Airtime and Data platforms. If we can do this i will rate the APP a 5
Good interface, but always having issues with checking my transactions of the day. Have to always go to my mail to check. If worked upon, you'll get a 5star
He data subscription are very expensive, I would rather use SME data services than the once Payvice offers it's cheaper that way. If you can incorporate SME data to Payvice it definitely be the Best
Am tired of this app,the transfer rate is high,the balance at the end of the days work not corrresponding.am feedup.try to work on the app,seems i will stick to my carbon jare.🙍
Am somehow disappointed for buying the pos is very slow it takes like 3mins or more to withdraw for a customer and for like two days now the transfer as not been going to get out your money from your wallet is an issue I believe if this are fixed they would be the best in the country
Response to agent complaints is nothing to write home about. Tickets are only created but issues are not attended to. The customer care number is always switched off. Interaction with their agent is bad.
There is always problem when using debt card for payments. Banks don't respond to refund until you visit the bank branch where your account domiciled. There is still room for efficiency and improvement.
Honestly am so disappointed and frustrated with this app,i hv been trying for more than 24hrs nw to login with the new password I recovered without success.I needed to change the password becos the formal one had a special character that is not in the pos my account is to be linked to..to even think that I hv waited for 3weeks plus nw for this configuration to be done becos of lots of netwrk issues and nw this one is probing up again n the customer care are not responding. I feel so miserable nw
Always saying system error when i want to credit my wallet plus the option to fund with card unavailable is a turn off...Asides that its a user friendly app
Payvice is ok Every feature of the app is ok...except that it does not allow the transfer of fund to other bank account ...and this is what we would llike the developer of this app to please work upon for better use of the app

The app doesn't deserve more than that. Is not properly loading out transaction history. I can't view it since almost 3days.. matcchwwwwww Stupid app.
I used this app for the first time and my money got stuck in only God knows where? I don't think the app is safe for transaction and you guys have poor representatives. And the app is not user friendly.
Very poor service I regret buying the device the transaction history doesn't show very fraudulent act, the transfer app doesn't go through old don't buy they are very bad for business
Wow! I can now lodge dispense error and do all transactions,including wallet funding seamlessly from this app. 5 star all the way. Thanks to Google, app developer and Payvice team
