Good morning Itex, why this ur new app keeps crashing when trying to purchase electric token or post-paid. Please kindly work on this because it really affecting our business
Bad update. Transactions carried out on the ITEX terminal does not show in the transaction history in the app. The app came in very handy when transaction status can not be easily ascertained from the printout on the terminal. Issues that were instantly resolved just by looking in the app now has to go through customer care since the feature is gone with the update. Updates are meant to make things better. This made the app almost useless. I don't even get email alerts any longer.
What's wrong with this app, it's no longer opening, I have uninstalled and install it several times today
The app has been very useful and great, it doesn't has network issues
Very poor with utility bills such as AEDC, IBEDC, IKEDC, EEDC, etc, This new update is not anything important at all for me because it is not fruitful for my business
Horrible, terrible,i update the App and stopped working.
Just keep up I don't know why one will needs to uninstall before the app can be upgraded. Please work on easy access to your customers at anytime. Customer's service response is too bad!

Very user friendly interface. Transactions reprint option. Notification for every transaction on registered email address. Miraids of products and Fair commission for Agents. This platform seems to be ahead of every other I've tried. However, the display of Transactions History needs to be worked upon.
This app needs a lot of optimization on it. For instance, it takes time to load and also show transaction history. Moreover, you need to add Service Charge, COMTRANSFER and AUTOFUND in your filter inorder to track these transaction. Overall, the app is good.
Wow! Not less than two days I made this review👇, Itex came out with boom.. Charges reduced. Bravo. 👇 When I was about to use Itex, I got discouraged with the negative reports I read from people about the network. Since I have started using it, it's a very good APP, no network issues like people painted them. The only thing they need to work on is their high charges. They need to reduce the amount they charge on withdrawals. With that one, itex will be one of the best platform to do business.
Very strong device (POS) & relatively reliable BUT sometimes critically disappointing when one needs it most! I'm an agent but sometimes find myself desperately looking for another agent to recharge my personal smart card metre when I have the POS under my nose not functioning because of one system error or the other! We need to up our effort in this regard to make the device readily available as much as possible.
Great app. What's the thing with transaction history though? It's wiped clean with every new day. Can this be fixed please? And why can't I change my login details? That's just not right. If I'm going to be keeping loads of cash in my wallet, then I need to feel like I have max control over my login. And then there's the issue with generating receipts for transactions. Once a transaction session is closed, a receipt cannot be generated anymore. Fix fix fix
Withdrawal from wallet is so difficult. All you keep getting is "service not available try again later" you cant even attempt a transfer for a third pary. This issue has lingered for months. Its so fraustrating. Opay is better in this regard.

A lot has to be worked on. The app does not give narration of transaction done with the pos. The reason for this review is for the team of payvice to improve on the following. 1.Provide card details and amount for withdrawal transaction. I.e. first 6 and last four. . This will help trace transaction through the app. 2.Deposit details should be provided on the app. When a transfer is made to beneficiary account whether through the app or pos. transaction info is not provided . Also no support
Sometimes frustrating but mostly reliajle, dependable and fast. Keep up the good work
Sincerely I am regretting paying a whooping sum of 75000 just to get a terminal and yet I can't make use of it for a week without any issue. Other companies sell less, even as less as 20k . Since yesterday the terminal has refused to function even after rebooting it severally. I have called, sent mails, sent WhatsApp messages and I have been completely ignored. I have never seen a company that has the poorest customer service so far. I have just accepted that I made a bad choice.
Payvice app is as good as nothing, without transaction history, how can a good app as payvice not be able to show previous transactions except for a day There should be a way to recover those information when needed. Solution is needed.Secondly, I was unable to transfer to another bank using payvice app. Except to wallet Please work on that. Thirdly, on the commissions payvice charges ₦6 for ₦1000 which is fare but which one is stamp duty on 10k above in wallet? Kindly solve the issue. Thanks
I have never seen an APP as slow as this app, I believe the company and the programmers are nothing to write home about. Upgrade this app. 😢😢, is just like a website with HTML only, to transfer your money is always a problem.
Since I updated the app it hasn't open
Itex really needs to improve more on their network and customer service satisfaction. We're in the era of speed transaction where customers need fast access to their cash or make transfer quickly, but unfortunately the server keeps rolling more than it's required and keeps customers away where they have other options. And there is need for urgent attention and action on customers query. Thanks!
After instalation of the new update, the App refuses to open. You guys need to fix this issue asap. Its frustrating and also annoying. I have cleared cache on my phone severally and downloaded the app more than 10 times still the same after installation. Sighs
The app doesn't update transactions anymore. You only see transactions that were done since the beginning of the year but the current ones. Too bad. As at today 13/03/2021, I can only see transactions done on the 26/02/2021. Big error!!!!
I think it's past time for an update already. Payvice team should include in a new update: 1. Customers details for every transaction both withdrawal and deposit, so we can trace transactions. 2. The app should be able to save beneficiaries, to ease the stress of manually searching for a customer's details when needed. 3. Differentiate service charge from stamp duty. 4. Agents balance before and after a transaction should be included. 5. Better customer service. 6. Enable agents log dispense error issues from app. 7. Show us where our money is when we make transfers that aren't successful, not debiting our accounts and wait for us to contact customer care. 8. Resolve transfer issues, it makes me scared of using the platform to send huge amounts of money.
How do I create an account with you guys when app keeps showing exception error
I have been trying to link my visa card without success neither have I been able to pay bills with my card using the app. This has debarred me from using the app since I installed. Please what could be the issue. Also can't find any customer care lead in the app.
I just got your machine, trying to withdraw for the first time, successful but is not reflecting in my wallet,. Secondly, there is no provision for logging of disputes in your app and no costomer service, no provision for change of pin and others how do I get my complain resolve. You need to upgrade and include the necessary information for services. For now no star yet
