my experience is very bad! why would I take two weeks trying to login after the upgrade. why did I even upgrade 3.0.2?. one can not just login even after changing accounts. I just want to buy airtime for LycaMobile. some one help. the service is very disappointing, has the company gone out of business? looks like many have the similar issues
The previous interface was much better and blended well with your company colours. This white is a turnoff and causes eye irritation in sunlight and in the night. One has to dim out the phone lighting. THE WHITE BACKGROUND IS NOT GOOD.
The app is good so far just that at times it fails to return results; like one time I bought Taka and it didn't give the token #. I called service center and they told me to call Umeme. But when I called Umeme, they didn't help me. But I love the app overall 👍
It would be so helpful only if I could add money to my wallet easily using MTN. Not everyone is an airtel customer. So two stars for that.
Still you haven't updated MTN monthly 20k to 3GB. Despite several engagements with you😟. I also liked the previous dark theme. Please confirm with mtn about the monthly 3GB. It is at 20k
But you guys are unreliable... We can't top up using mtn and you also blocked means of topping up using Airtel... If you didn't want us to transact with your app, why did you develop it?
After crediting my account, the appln asked to be updated and I lost access to my funds. I can't recommend it to anyone!! 😣😣
I hardly write reviews, but I had to write one concerning about this app, IT'S THE WORST OF THE WORST, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING IT, it doesn't even qualify FOR A STAR.
The app is good but callenging, when installed on one phone, it opens but if atall you change to the other device diferent from the one you used to register it fails to open.
Version 3.0.2 when I to login using the new password, the connection gets lost. I there's a way I can withdraw my money and forget this app.
It feels like this app was abandoned, no fixes, no updates, no customer care.
I will give more ✨ when am able to do e following, sending mobile money to other networks apart from MTN and browsing to my contacts. Thanks
What a joke of an app. Can't even receive a mere confirmation code on my very first attempt to sign up. Deleting it already.
Used the gt pay option with my mastercard got a notification of deduction of funds but my transaction is still pending for almost a week🙄
Amazing and Great app. Works perfectly and helps with cashless payments for all your airtime internet and utilities
I can't log in even after the update, why? Can I connect it to a mobile printer?
It wud be more beneficial if there was commission over the month cos its flexible.

The App logged me out and for some unknown reason, i failed to login again.
Three weeks now the mtn service on the app is not working I can't make deposits or withdrawals.

Good App but the updated version hides Client's Yaka, Startimes, Gotv etc numbers after payment & displays his/her name alone!
I can pay for anything....and its showing insufficient yet the money is on .... Why is account showing approval pending since morning

In case of any payway wallet disenabling due to a top up error, it is hard to retrieve your payway wallet for any other transactions. Very annoying and there customer caretakers are unprofessional. The app has a lengthy complicated process of retrieving a lost account 😠😠😠. Improve on your customer caretakers and please don't make account retrieval a quest. We are here for simplicity not burdens
