Awful app. Useless features/options, horribly slow startup, logs you out if you try to do anything, hangs and won't load video frequently. Pretty sure 90% of the dev's effort went into their opening splash screen. That said, I use it frequently for the service it provides (in spite of how awful it is).

Seems like more time was spent on the intro splash with the company logo than actually making the app user friendly. There are no instructions or settings options. The thumbnails for the classrooms are visible but won't actually load the classroom camera. Selecting home didn't take you to the app's home Page but instead takes you to the pb&j website. Selecting any other options launches different app'sn but then hitting back takes you to the phone's home screen, not backwards in the app. Not impressed.

This app does not work half the time I have to uninstall and reinstall so many times. Sometimes the cameras never load but count for one viewing for the day. It seems like more of a hassle than a privilege. I cant see my child for having to call and report it not working. This takes up time from being able to view my child while im on break.

This app doesn't work. First, I logged in with what I thought was the right password. When I later went to use that same password on my computer it came back as incorrect. Come to find out, it was incorrect, but had let me log in via the mobile app. Can you say security problem? When the video feed wouldn't work on my phone, I emailed support. They said they had server issues & to log back in. I logged back in & it still didn't work. Don't waste your time with the app. It's enough to fight with their websit

I've tried opening the app different times of the day and it does not work! I was excited to know that I could check in on my child at daycare anytime but that's not the case. Someone needs to fix the glitches and make a working app for the public.! If there was a way to put 0 stars, that would be my rating of this app.

This app does not work. It takes forever to load. Won't let you save your user info thus making you type it in every time. It spend so much time flashing the logo but does not load the camera to the child's class. Please fix this app or else I'm yelliing my child's school to switch bak to peace of mind camera system

Disappointing. If you click on anything outside the app you have to log in again! Using up my limited views quickly. Better yet, make the views unlimited (or recommend it to the daycare centers you service) and it wouldn't bother me to log in again. Otherwise it works for its intended purpose. I could see the cameras just fine.

It takes forever to start. If you click on any option on top it logs you out. Back button same thing. Then you have to start all over again with the slow intro, typing all the info again and wait... Frustrating, but unfortunately I keep using it since I have no choice. Browsing on laptop or computer it's a little easier but forget about trying to skip the app and going to the website on your phone! It won't work! I just realized the latest update of this app was 3 years ago in 2013! Seriously???

Love the idea behind the app, but it never works. I try every day, multiple times a day to view my son's class. Almost never works.

Does not work. This app doesn't give you the option to use a different viewing source like their web site, which prevents you from being able to view your child's classroom. Complete waste of downloading time!!

This app is worse then the website . Both are bad.. no its not my connection or my phone or pc at work or my pc here at home it is your site, app, software and hardware .. The cameras being used are equally disappointing.

You can see the class thumbnail, but the live video from the classroom camera never loads.

This app is a junk, not working at all. One of the reasons I switched my kid to KRK is the camera function,but it doesn't work. What kind of app is that.

Desktop app is bad. Phone app is worse. Login is not persistent or reliable. Streams do not work most of the time.

When I can get to the login screen to type in my username and password (often times I can't get past the main start screen) it just connects and connects and connects. Long story short, I cannot log in and cannot watch the webcams.

App does not always work. Takes a long time to load. U need to sign in every time to leave the screen and doesn't have save user info. Major updates needed

I assume the main goal of this company is to make money by streaming video. It looks like maybe they succeeded at making money by acting like they are a company that streams video.

It never works. When trying to select a camera to use it pretend it's loading then go back to camera selection screen.

Video won't load. Which is the entire point. Website terrible, too. Username doesn't ever save. Basically useless. Writing a complaint to PB&J as well as my daycare center.

Great customer service, very prompt and helpful. Previous comments had me nervous to waste my views on this app but I went for it and it works wonderfully. .

Why does it take forever to load . Also the video quality is not too good. I would appreciate it if this problems are fixed bc I can't see the cameras on the website neither.

App works about as well as the actual Web site, which is to say it doesn't. Never connects to the video feed, rendering it rather useless to me.

Why in the world is there no settings option? Or maybe an FAQ or helpful hints? What about why when I hit my back button does it completely log me out and in order to get back I have to reenter all my info again? This app has potential but it is as if a 10 year old put it together in 20 minutes.

I wish it would run in the background or at least store login information so I don't have to reenter username and password everytime I try to switch back and forth.

Unable to get the app to work. It loads for a long time and then nothing happens.

Never works!!! And truly neither does the website. So frustrating being at work and just wanting to peak at my babies for a sec and can't ever see them. Pretty sure I pay extra at daycare for this crap too!!!
