please make app available in horizontal/landscape view. Is there recently some modification of this app? Because it works way worse. It has an inconvenient built-in keyboard that does not remember what I typed before. And of course, it is very, very slow, and often log out automatically.

Totally cannot login. At first I thought was incorrect password, thereafter I found it is just app issue while I was able to login via laptop. Very poor experience. Please improve.

App crashes on daily basis when viewing top gainer and most active page!! I can't believe they didn't have any biometric login option for us and instead we have to dealt with the so called secure keyboard! For a ton of moneys you guys earn in every transaction and you didn't even bother to look into many users complains! Shame! Shame! Shame! Talk about getting yourself an awful experience on daily basis!

Always facing log in problem. Today 7th July starting 11.30am I can't log in after several attempts. This happened quite frequent. Pls look into enhancing the system. It brought so much invonviniency to your clients!

Sometime can't successfully login; sometime took long time to login in; sometimes after typed password nothing happen; and easily disconnected. Pls ameliorate and improve your system and services, since your brokerage is charge higher than other bank, but service and system is worse than other bank. (27/05/2020) Suddenly can't use while I trading, no notice, no inform, are you serious!!!!!!! Now what can I do???? If I loss bcs of this issues can I sue public bank ???

Since midnight already facing this issue of constant loading at login page. Cleared cache and uninstall doesnt fix the issue. Worst is that now i cant complete the download as it stucks at 100% "verifying the app"

Lag and hang, not a pleasant experience. Not sure is it because of their own server or what, I've been using kentrade, hlebroking, none of it happened. You guys really need to look into it.

One of the worst share trading apps. Since rolling out, no update at all. No effort of improving. Like the banking apps, lousiet in Malaysia, yet the parent bank is the among largest in Malaysia. Conventional way of business wont work. Digitalisation research and development keeps u competitive. Else, obsolete is what waiting ahead

Tried to login but circle keep running, when I put the app to background look for my user name password and swap back, it clear my username entry. It expect me to remember 8 digit ID and password at the same time? Stupid dev team

Interface is basic, get the job done... if login & staying connected are not that painfully crappy, not only no biometric authentication option, it may refuse to login with looping cycle of manual login.

Avoid at all costs. Will jump out many times itself. By the time managed to log in again, the prices already gone. Losing money because of app. Such irresponsible company.

Been using this app for over a year. Quite satisfactory for me. Everything is smooth and performs just as i would expect. 5 star from me Suggested improvement : Add a transaction history and profit/loss history

Very very bad losy app, keep pop out, n not stabil especially portfolio part keep loading and hanging there. .Lagged all the time. Pls do something to ur app😡 😡 😡 😡 😡

Too many glitches. Works sometimes. Frustrating when its stuck at critical moments. App developer should check !

This 2 days can't log in at all. Request finger print, once show is verified but the app off immediately. And ask for 6 digit password? Hello! My password is set with digits and alphabetical. How can log in now?

Took long time to log in. Yesterday (27/05/2020) 2.30pm unable log in even till now 7.02am 28/05/2020, still can't log in. The loss of mine who compensate. Previously it may suddenly log out or took 15 minutes to log in. Would change to another bank apps soon. Really dissapointed with it.

Unable to log in for whole day. It's not doing what it suppose to do. Decided to change to other bank after such horrible experience.

Please implement finger print sensor login, which it's more secure and faster logon features. Thank you.

A total failure app when cancel order its loading for quite long waiting response from server its not my internet issue. After loading disappear order is still remain confirmed instead of cancelled.

Standard experience. Doing what it's suppose to do, tons of potential improvements on UI/UX.

This app is getting overwhelmed...cannot open at all during trading hours until after midnight. Needs fixing

it took a loooooong time to login. still no response after twenty minutes. useless as an app used for banking. best ask some proficient programming team to recode the app.

Always can't login. Such a big company but such a lousy trading apps. The bank must invest money to make the apps better. Very bad reputation

When you are at outside. Always disconnect and log you out and make you keep signing in again. Bring back to old app pls. If you cant fix it.

The rebranded app significantly improved compare to the old 1.x.x version. Well done team, keep it up!

Cancel order also need queue for very long time. No other option to remove even use back the computer
