This app doesn't let you log in tells you you have the wrong password when you don't I don't know what needs to be done but it gets very old and very frustrating I really think of changing banks just because of your app hopefully hopefully somebody sees this and will fix it to where it works properly for its customers. I have already uninstalled and re installed the app a million times the way the bank so nicely tells us to do so and then it still doesn't work.
Much better than the previous app pb&t used! Easy to navigate and user friendly. One con is that transactions dont always post right away so spot checking my account balance will not necessarily be accurate in real time.
I can't log in, my password suddenly stopped working. I know for a fact that I have the correct password.
loved the mobile check deposit till this last time I used it . Used it at noon yesterday and my check still hasn't posted after over 24 hours! reposted it again this morning at 7:30 am and still nothing!!! never had this happen. it usually posted 2 hours after using this app. Now i know it's better to just drive to the bank myself. Thanks to this app i will now probably owe over draft fees!!! NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!
Still feeling this one out. Yeah I can instantly see my balance but; when will you update your FREE atm finder?? Personally I''ve paid upwards of $150 in atm surcharges when YOUR app says it'll be free withdrawals or balance inquiries. That's spread between 3 states including California
App doesn't freaking work anymore! Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice still doesn't work, told my branch they said try again. Gee thanks
It's Thanksgiving Eve and some people depend on this app to transfer money for tomorrow. Guess what's not working. Edit: Works good 99% of the time. But when it goes out... it's out. The bank doesn't warn you about that.
I enjoyed but. This update keeps spinning. Can't get a balance. Tried recommendation, not working so fustrated
Terrible program. It says I must read and approve terms of use but it won't open them so I can. Fire whomever wrote it.
Mobile deposit will not work...I enter the check info and start taking pictures of the check and then it logs me out.
It's ok. Would like it if the app didn't make me sign in every time. It takes a while.
Updated app and now it keeps telling me wrong user name or wrong password I even reset my password and it still isn't working.
Wonderful! I love getting to check my balance everyday so I don't have to worry about calling in anymore.

PBandT is a joke!!!!!! It's barely even a bank. Their app, website, and atms are Constantly DOWN!!! Sub par service inside too. Don't even get me started on their fraud department. 😒
The newest update logged me out, and now says incorrect credentials.

Love the new app! Especially the Pay a Person and Mobile deposit functions. Near real-time alerts are also nice to have.
The app does what it should... Most of the time. My only real complaint is the constant harrassment to use biometric security. Biometrics will ONLY accept fingerprints. And fingerprint recognition NEVER works. Once enabled, you have no option to enter your password. I had to call the bank to get the issue resolved. This app has no settings option to disable the notification. Screen based fingerprint recognition has never been reliable. Get a clue PBT. Stop demanding biometrics.
