Cannot login even though I had changed my password and all id are correct

Rubbish.. all my log in and passward is right and it say wrong password. Tbh change the it company.. i cant even go any online transaction.. always need to log into my laptop for transcation. What the point for you to create an app

Poorly executed apps, can't log in, had to generate DUITNOW QR CODE using the merchant site. Try using duitnow, specifically so that I can use the multiple e-wallets on a unified code, but can't seem to get it to work. So I'm still stucked with multiple codes from different merchant at the counter, which all of them works respectively accept for Public bank's one. One does wonder whether your IT team ever tested anything before rolling them out? We are talking bout money here, not plain papers.

At first I use is ok, then I try to log in check recent transaction keep on saying wrong password while logging in via website exactly with same password no problem. Trying to clear cache + data + reinstall, none of this method works. Please fix the problem as I'm unable to check with any transaction record. Not convenient for business owner

What a total waste of time. Tried many times to register....keep getting error message or stuck on processing...no luck. Don't waste your time folks! Other banks' app are available.

I have read the comments below and I realised that many people have faced the same problem as mine initially. So, I think it's better to share the reply I gt from the customer service. Please be reminded that only cashier's ID is able to access PBe QR Merchant App Outlet Manager and Admin IDs are only able to access PBe QR Merchant Portal. So you need to create a cashier ID through your Admin ID. ONLY cashier ID can login to this app

After login, it said error then when i pressed something, it logged me out every single time, poor it department, maybe eating super ring when they code the app. Poor app

With correct User ID and password, I am able to log in on pc but failed to do with this app. It keeps asking me to contact the administrator or outlet manager.

This app from PBB is awesome! I hope they really improve more to meet the young ones needs and wants !!! Superb platform for small to large businesses ..what is best it is ABSOLUTELY FREE TO SETUP

Unable to login. Bad UI design and not user friendly.

Take me few hrs to figure out how to use, after register company ID, need to create manager and cashier . The app can use cashier user ID to login but not director user ID.

Don't install. Waste of time. You don't know where to start with. So many apps yet which one is for banking in Malaysia ? Hopeless....!!!

It just work! Good for merchant's cashier to accept DuitNow QR payment and monitor the DuitNow QR transactions in real-time.

If you dont want company and manager ID to log in the APP, just tell us early. We are ok to just check everything on PC or laptop. Just tell us directly and dont let us keep trying. Like give us an error 'Hi guys, this APP only for casher ID login oh! Company and manager ID can only login on Merchant portol oh! Love you!'. And temporary password sended to email after manager and casher created, please dont play silence game with us! Please give clear instrution! You think you are my wife ar?
