What a worst app is this!!!!!!!!!! I tried many times to download this app from play store but couldn't download it.Totally poor app and sevice.
When I am trying to log in filling the required information it shows no network available but my net connection is perfectly fine even when I am downloading something..at that time.. please let me know the solution....it worked perfectly before I uninstalled it ..after re-installing it it is troubling me..
The app was good earlier. But now do not allow manually putting otp during registration, only auto read of otp. If auto read fails, as happening.. You are completely stuck
Worst app, when i try to log in this app then it's showing "Network unavailable, cannot proceed ". But i have very good internet connection.
Can not able to login. Every time its showing invalid account number / mobile number. But account number and mobile number is given correct and registered with bank. This is totally embarrassing.
Software does not open It shows, error data synchronisation. Its really a bad experience
everything is fine but i really disappointed it wont let sign in other saving account in same phone after instatting the app. kindly upgrade the app
not working since 2nd june , showing no network while it was connected to wifi . Tried on mobile data.. same issue occurs

OTP is not coming to account Holders Registered mobile number for opening the app with account number and mobile number.
When i want to login it's showing timeout try after some time... please solve the problem
Your bank staffs are extremely bad. I was applied for the internet banking and now it taking more than 20 days. But didn't aproved till now.
No information (icon) for pay or fund transfer. Please guide.

Very bad app....not working
It's a great initiative by PBGB to finally offer mobile app privileges to its customers. Since it's a bank serving urban and rural areas, accessibility to banking service was a difficult part to the customer and this app brings my bank right in my hand. Simple yet intuitive visual UI, one-touch info display, easy to use navigation and very well-organized data visualization. Like it very much. App runs a litter slow, hope an update will take care of that.
