Recently the app keeps messing up, it won't let me log in or anything. It just shows the loading sign then closes. It use to work great but I don't know what changed. I'm considering switching banks just bc of this app.
This app will not work with my phone since the November 2018 "update". Per the tech at the bank your phone must have android 5 or higher now. I don't see why they wouldn't make any new version backward compatible. First complaint I have ever had with this bank.
Limestone has just recently took over republic bank which is the bank I was at but now its limestone and I cannot get the app to log in for anything I've tried for days. I'm not satisfied with this bank or the app at all.
Won't go past loading screen. Had this problem ever since I reset my password.

In all of my years I have never ever had ID theft. Since limestone took over. We have had 17 $thefts. We had 1 guy in louisville at Meyers was buying a $1,500 TV aisle 4. Fraud notified me I called the store. They said nothing they can do.limstone needed to call them and police. Even though it was a stolen ID limestone never stopped the transaction. The next day I went to the bank they said it's up to the fraud dept to stop it.I said F this I put a stop on my card. They charged me $35 2 cancel.

The app was awesome until they "improved" it. Now, when I switch to my calculator to balance and go back to PBI it is on a date from 2 weeks earlier. Then I have to back out and go back in to get the recent dates. Please fix this...it is annoying AND time consuming.
Why should I have to go to the bank or the website to set it up? This rating is for pbi itself since they're backwards and out of date
So glad to have this app - esp being far from home. Still having trouble with capturing checks for deposit though.
It has a bug, I can't view PDF files. I love this app! It's very good and handy to instantly check my bank account balance. I don't have to always log in through chrome. I also have the option to set it so it remembers me, very handy! It's extremely easy to navigate through the app!
