App is slow to load, then once loaded you can confirm as the description states of continually working on this app as once you survive the initial several minute wait to load you are lead to believe your almost there and just have to enter login credentials. Once your login credentials are entered you again get to wait several minutes to find out if you have made it to the small window of time to get to use the app or if you get the dreaded network busy pop up or down for maintenance. Junk app.
Not much to do with this app except checking your account and balance. It's slow to load and doesn't work all the time.
Finiky At Best, I was able to use this app without issue up until the last update. It claims my application version is incompatable with the serer yet however my phone saya the app is up to date. So bassically I can't use it now.
It used to work great, used it faithfully! Hasn't worked in a few weeks. It wont load and wont load any updates. Now its useless!!!
I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it just to get it to open. Not happy at all. Still not happy with this app.
Asks to use a phone number to enroll, I enter my number that it just used 5 seconds earlier to send my authentication code " that number is in use" yeah I know that, it's the number for this account! App hates me.
Since the last update it no longer gives me notifactions when used AND NO option in srttings to do so
I have to keep.installing and Uninstalling the app just to get it to open
Forgets my username alot and depositing any check it always has a reason to sent it.
Too hard to download the app. Just to get started.
This bank changed on is without asking us if we wanted to change our account now peoples bank. We will probably be moving to a different bank

This app has not worked since it's updated. Making it absolutely useless. I am so disappoint I used to love this since I'm 3 and a half hrs from my bank it was super convenient to have now it's worthless.
Hasnt worked since last update!
It keeps telling me it needs updated and when I go to update there is My any updates.

Poorly designed. Says the system is busy & to come back when a deposit has actually been processed, so you end up making the same deposit again. Can't flip the camera from portrait to landscape after the camera is on or it shuts the camera off. Very frustrating to use! UPDATE - Just installed update & now app won't open.
I mean like it does what I wanted it for, checking my balance easily. However the account was really hard to set up, there is no create an account option from the app so if I didn't have a computer it would be difficult, and when I click on the settings button it doesn't load anything even on my high-speed data.
