This app is useless. The qr code sent home by the school didnt work and then it did and now it doesnt again. I requested a new code from the school and it still does not work. The system seems to be working fine from the schools end. I can log into the student app using the qr code sent home and see my child's zings although details are severely lacking. I sure hope the school district is not spending much for this program because if they are it's a serious waste of tax dollars!
We need notifications! We have no idea when we get a message. The update to make it so we got notifications clearly did not work
Need notifications on ....i can never tell unless i check everyday for messages. I had 6 messages and didn't know a thing.
It is a great program and my kids look forward to seeing to the points and why they received them. Just scanned the QR code and has worked fine since
Don't get a new phone because you can not download the app and login. You have to have the code all over again. Useless
This app doesn't work, code given scanned and still does not work!!!
It won't let use qr code for android phones Wich is all I have but it will for smart phone and tablets
I downloaded the app and scanned the QR code from the school letter amd put in my parent info for student1 and it doesnt show my sons info. No points and i know je has points. It still says student1 as well
I liked it but now it crashes every time I try to open it.

The app won't let me add my son. His QR code keeps saying "invalid." So I can only see my daughter's points.

Can't even use the app. Keeps telling I have an invalid authorization code. When it's not.
It keeps telling me it's an invalid code when it wont even scan the qr code

No matter what I done the app would just say pbis rewards parent app and the screen would be blank.
I like being able to keep up with how my child is doing on a daily basis but I can't figure out how to add another child who goes to a different school! Any help would be appreciated!
Keep getting error message when it is time to scan the code. Reinstalled it twice same thing. Terrible
Keeps telling me my code is invalid.
Were almost half way through the school year and i no longer have the QR code paper that i got at the beginning of the year. Ive been logged in on the same device and account since the beginning of the school year. For some reason i went to check my daughters performance and im logged out. No way to log in except if i have the QR code. Ridiculous!!
