App crashes on the log in screen after the latest update, I am seriousely thinking about changing my bank due to this error. You really need to be more efficient in fixes and updates. Update: 7 days after the release of the problematic update, they deployed a fix and now it's working.
Fix the constant crashing! I'm using Android 12 and app is up to date and it still crashes. It's a banking app, for god's sake. This needs to be working properly. And when it is working - confusing user interface and sluggishness.
Since the last update the app crashes immediately upon starting. Those things happen but it has been 5 days since the update and the fix is still not released, that is unacceptable.
Update to 1* - last upgrade was 2 days ago, from then app is crashing even before getting to login screen. Well done to programers, fire all of them and hire some bakers, cant be worse than this... Super bad app, i dont like to give negative opinions but this had to be said. Almost everyday crqshes, some things doesnt work, slow, unable to properly manage some of important settings. To be honest i am thinking about switching bank cause of app. Bad bad bad.
The last update completely broke the app. It crashes upon opening. This means that I can't even use internet banking, since I need withKey to login to it. This is unacceptable! (Google Pixel 6 Pro).
App does not work at all any more. It crashes as soon as you open it, you vant even closer click on login because it crashes before you can do anything...
It amazes me that a financial institution that manages people's funds invests so little into quality assurance and releases broken builds all the time. This is now 5th time that I have updated the app and that I am unable to manage my funds due to developers mistakes. This was the last straw for me personally, definitely gonna stop being the client and find an alternative.
Keeps crashing after Android security update, now I can't check my balance use the app to sign into banking in a browser or pay the bills. Useless completely. So many constant issues, please get better programmers.
It's fascinating how you manage to screw up every release of this app. This app is among the few ones that I pay for and it crashes immediately after I open it. This is really a disgrace for PBZ and its IT department. This issue exists for days now. I need to go to the bank to transfer money. Well done 👏 I never write bad reviews but this situation really made me furious. If this doesnt get fixed by tomorrow, I'm changing the bank.
App is still crashing on startup and as an Android developer myself, I can say this is absolutely ridiculous! App is unusable for 4 days already which means I'm finally changing banks. How did you manage to release this major issue at all, who is testing this? Well done!
It used to be a decent app but now it's simply terrible. For some reason with every new update a new set of problems occurs and the apps just keeps getting worse! At the moment, the OK button after entering the PIN doesn't work, the app freezes all time and so on.
I can't use the app for the past month. After entering the PIN, the OK button doesn't work. Thought it might get resolved soon but after a month I am extremely disappointed. At PBZ I was told I can't use the App anymore because my phone is too old. I have android 8. Decided to switch banks soon, because this is ridiculous.

This is truly unbelievable, PBZ Banking App, that keeps crashing when you open it, and now It's like that for a few days already. I'm truly speechless, how bad it is, I cannot use anything... BAD,BAD,BAD....PBZ IT Department,what were you thinking!!! :(
Unuseable on Pixel 3a since March 2nd when last update occured. When I open app it chrashes instantly. Wouldn't like to uninstall it because there is this stupid procedure when you have to physically go to the bank and ask for new login key if you install it again...
Crashes within a second of opening for the past few days. Impossible to do online purchases or card payments! Might I mention that I pay for this app aswell...
Completely broken with last update... Doesn't work for over a week, and that also locks you out of digital banking... it happens more often that pbz decides to test new features on end users instead of a staging environment
App keep crashing all the time upon starting. Cannot use app anymore. Tried to contact bank but no help or support received. Using Google Pixel 5 phone.

The new version does not work on my phone. Just keeps on trying to load and then get a "PBZ has unfortunately stopped". Then the cycle starts all over again - it's like it goes into a loop. Very frustrating!
An instant crashing application is not an acceptable thing, while you need the mobile app basically for everything!
Today's (10.03.2022.) update restored app functionality so all is ok now. Still the app is not that user friendly, so only 3 stars.
The app is freezing when i go to settings , the back button doesn't function anymore i stuck in setting section!! And the app needs a Dark Mode and the orange colour of the upper bar of the app it's darker should be matching same colour as all new modern apps ⁉️
Crashes on start-up. I have urgent bills to pay and I don't have access to my funds. Completely unacceptable. I will change banks ASAP.
Would give zero if possible. Save your time and money on this app, you will probably have problems using it due to new varification system that doesn't work. Have been numerous times in the bank to solve the problem but they couldn't help me. After years of use I am forced to leave this bank.
The latest release crashes immediately upon the launch. In general, the UX is bad, not focused on the most important features. Also, continuously having the same issue, for years. If you try to execute more than approx 19 prepared transactions, the app timeouts, despite all of them being successfully executed. High probability that a novice user will unnecessarily repeat the transaction, paying twice for the same thing.
