Pretty sure I would have better luck with a carrier pigeon than this apps mobile deposit.
Very disappointing, wouldn't recognize existing password resulting in locked online access. Called credit union to unlock, changed password. Now can't update the password per security requirement. Not fit for public release. Also, Login link is poorly positioned in upper right corner, interferes with sling used to hold, protect phone handset, hard to manipulate one-fingered. Doesn't work on my tablet either.
This app is horrible. At times it won't open up. Also, if you try to deposit cash at the drive through sometimes it kicks your cash back out as it can't read it and you have to redeposit once or twice to accept it.
The app allows you to turn on quick access- which was nice at first because all you had to do was scan your fingerprint but now you have to scan your finger print, enter your pin and then enter your password? That's not quick access... I just turned off my quick access.
Horrible app! Worse bank. The app crashes a lot on me. It's supposed to refresh right away when you make a deposit or withdrawal, yet it doesnt do that. It's electronic, it's supposed to be right away. Will be switching banks asap.
i don't know what happened with this last update but it's HORRIBLE! quick access thumbprint stopped working. well it works as in it recognizes me but still brings me to the log in page requiring me to type in the password. perks rewards seem to have disappeared. kind of hard to earn cash perks if you can't access the list of vendors that partake. Roll back to last update until you're able to get the kinks worked out in this latest update. PLEASE!
It rarely works. The app is so slow and all it really is is an optimized web view. But I really can't stress enough how it basically never works. It functions as expected probably as often as a full moon.
The app is helpful when it works, but I often (at least 50% of the time, if not more) have to force stop or uninstall/reinstall the app because when I go to log in, the entire screen is fluorescent pink so I can't enter my username/password. This is pretty annoying and it would be great if it didn't do that.
I haven't been able to access my account in months since the merger. I can't access it thru the internet, nor thru share branches. I've called and called and called. Now... FINALLY get into it... And the app doesn't work, won't let me in, says it's sent an email (NO IT DIDN'T!!!!!) most HORRENDOUS bs I've seen to date. I'm disgusted at the inept management. Pointless!!!!
Doesn't work half the time! You'll open the app and all it does is have the spinning loading circle and thats it. My wifi is fine, everything else loads just fine but for some reason this app does not
The pay bill function doesn't work at all. The send money function only partially loads. You can't choose how to send. If you want to just look at your account it is good. Anything more is unavailable.
Terrible reliability with this app. No reason to bank here if the app doesn't work. The Send Money option in the app never works, very unreliable. I'll be moving to another credit union as soon as possible.
It's not as pretty or as featured as the big bank apps, but it works, and that's good enough for me. The credit union is awesome enough for other reasons. Mobile check deposit is finicky but that's true of all apps I've used.
The latest update fixed one problem, but created two more problems. So frustrating!!! I am really considering switching banks just because this mobile app is always screwed one way or another!
The app needs a lot of work. It feels like an afterthought compared to my Target Credit Union app. I don't want to compare to larger bank apps. Also, why doesn't it open when I travel internationally? All my other bank apps do.
Continuously tells me to endorse my check with "for mobile deposit only at CCCU" even though I did. However, it actually had less hassle this time with taking the photos. Usually that is a process in itself. A lot of room for improvement here!
The app works perfectly fine for me. Well the features that I do you. But the my fico score tab no longer works for me. It just pulls up a blank screen
I have been trying since the merger in May to get this app to work. It won't even allow me to log in. I live 40 miles from the nearest branch and I can't mobile send checks. No contact person for the app.
terrible! the "bill pay" tab is completely gone. the app crashes all the time! i was trying to sign up for eStatments and it crahses trying to load! hopefully this all gets fixed!
This app is god-awful. The check deposit doesn't even work. "Move to a well lit area" even when the check is literally under a lamp.
This app has not worked at all in the past few weeks..all the customer service representative has told me, even when i went to the main branch, was to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix the glitch..HAS NOT WOKED YET, so...
Hardly ever loads to the sign in screen and Support doesn't seem to care. When it does work it's fine.
the app doesn't show your true available balance. you have to open the account to see what is actually available after pending charges. The Mill City CU app did that. It's like traveling back technology wise after this merger.
frustrated with the mobile check deposit, has not worked in months. states I need to endorse the check....and it is endorsed. I do not live near cccu anymore so mobile check deposit is important to us. if not fixed soon will change banks
Since the update my finger print scan no longer works. It will scan it then prompt for a password, this is on a Galaxy s8 active. Please fix
I used to love the app but my Quick Access stopped working and will not reactivate even after I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. very frustrating.
Used to be fantastic, however the latest update made it so quick access still requires your password even after pin or biometrics. Reinstall and data clearing didn't resolve this, either.
The transfer service is not working form my saving to checking for no reason at all. says error 404 service not available all the time. i got trapped at work because i had no money to uber over this.. i couldn't move my funds
After a while of not having the quick access, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. And it finally works with the fingerprint only. Only needed to type the PIN once to set up the quick access. As far as the mobile deposit goes; the endorsement on the mobile deposit is finicky and doesn't take the photos automatically. I always have to use the "take a photo manually". Overall, the app works for me and what I need to do. Google Pixel 3, Android 10.
