Once my most helpful, and insistantly discrete, account manager suffered what seemed, (even to me], like never-ending screw-ups on my part trying to set up my bank card pin...she most cheerfully dismissed my repeated blundering with self incrimination when she was first learning the system. No matter what i call about even these years later, that one interaction between us has held the stage and she's happy to take whatever time i need to walk me through the app. Cudos kiddo!!
Having trouble with remote deposit. After I take a picture of both sides of the check, my app crashes and doesn't continue the process.
9 months since the last update. I can no longer do mobile check deposits. My wife installed the app on her phone and it did the same for her even though she never had it installed previously.
Locks me out every time I log in. I've changed my password 4 times in the last 30 days.
Doesn't work. Keep needing to call to change password so that the program will let me in the next day.

It will not open any more it try then it crushes come on fix this please it's a pain when u can't access the app

When I open it, the app starts to open, but never goes to the login screen
App will not even stay open long enough to get to login screen. Have reinstalled multiple times. I'm done trying.

Everything is great on the android version except for the remote deposit. Taking the front of check picture crashes the app and/or restarts my phone. Never had this problem with the iphone. Please check it out.

I've been using the app on my Android phone and my iPad for a long time to deposit checks remotely. Its always worked like a charm. I just bought a new phone and the first time I tried to make a remote deposit, the picture I took of the check didn't save and the deposit amount I entered disappeared. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no luck. Finally, I sent a message to PCB and got an immediate answer that just happened to mention that I needed to make sure Dark Mode was turned off. Sure enough, when I check my settings, it was turned on. I turned it off and the app worked fine. I was able to take and save pictures again! SO, if you've been having trouble saving check photos and you have an Android phone, turn off Dark Mode and see if that doesn't solve the problem. It did or me!
