Great app for adding my coin collection! The only thing that I have noticed is that a lot of times when I try to add/update an image it gives me a network error please try again. Very annoying as I am currently trying to update a bunch of images and I cant because of this. Maybe too many people are on the app at once? Whatever the reason is I hope the developers can fix this soon.
Just downloaded, had to Uninstall 2x to get past sign in due to error messages for email/password. Started adding using bar code scan. Does not work smoothly. Often must hit add 2x then will say already added, THEN will the options change to ADD ANOTHER. 1 coin can take quite a few steps scanning bar code. After 20 coins whole thing logged me out. Read others had issues but PCGS responded changes/upgrades had been complete to fix the issue. When signed back in, it said NO COINS inventory.
I'm just starting, but having seen what other collectors have put together using set registry, I can surely benefit making a on the go, solid record of where my collections are sitting at. Meaning, from a preservation stand, they are best not being moved about, engaged with, more than one would have to. And they become heavier than one may imagine! For quality, over all safety, less to worry about, when locked and loaded, securely, is made easy. It can bring some serious peace of mind.&Thanx*
I received an error message right after creating an account, I searched for a particular coin and it wouldn't even bring up a simple search for the particular coin. I don't find it user friendly and most definitely not for beginners, so if are fairly new don't waste your time. I installed and unistalled within 5 minutes!
the only thing I don't agree with is how toning (eye appeal) adding colors to increase value, can improve the mint state. By definition colors are from outside influences upon the metals. Excluding Cameo, or intentional effects cause by the Dies conditioning, to enhance, or manipulate the character of the ending results, of the final intended looks, not of any outside, unintentionally influenced after the minting is complete. Stating with contact with other coins fallowing the actual minting.
This app is a joke. The main screen that shows your coin inventory doesn't show any important information like purchase price, value, or the date you bought it. It's about 80% wasted blank space. You can't mass edit if you buy 10 coins the same day. You have to do each one on a separate screen, then you can't see which ones you already edited because the main screen is useless. It doesn't even help by autofilling frequent sources after you type a few letters. I gave up after about 15 minutes....
Pretty good, but the scan barcode just doesn't seem to do anything for me, regardless how I frame the holder or label, regardless lighting. It does nothing but use the camera but does no scan or picture. NGC's app works great in this regard; even if they're trailing in other ways, they have PCGS beat here.
This app has all the features that any type of collector would want from a beginner like mysellf or an advanced hobbiest. That is my best opinion about it. There is so much oinformation and help to find reputable dealers scans bar codes or entter it manually. I could go on and on about all it has to offer. Kent.
I've got this installed on my iPhone and it works perfectly well I have this tablet that I use also out and about and it's an Android true Verizon and I have installed the app an uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still all it brings up is the opening screen PCGS and then the three other screens that stay organized Etc but it doesn't have a way to go on and to open up my account someone help me
Excellent mobile app which let's me take my collection with me wherever I go! Especially helpful at coin shows when I'm trying to upgrade or obtain a coin for one of my registry sets. I no longer need to carry my "want list" on paper!
First, when I select the "View Active" option in Inventory, I can see both Active & For Sale inventory. Not just only the Active Inventory. Second, the app says I can add Non PCGS coins, but I am unable to do so. Also, having a difficult time updating my account information. Otherwise it's not a horrible app.
Very organized and detailed inventory. My opinion is that this is a top app for coin collectors. No annoying ads, too!
Excellent app. Easy to use and link to your PCGS account. I love all of the features, especially being able to check what a coin would do for any certain set that I am working on.
Been a very educational experience. So much information!! Extra features if you like and collect PCGS, but with an account, you can keep an inventory of any coin you want. I like it.
I am VERY NEW to collecting and about to send my first coins to be grade!!! (1904 Nickel & 2005 Speared Buffalo). Not collected any valuable coins yet,, Although I just received 6 rolls of pennies pre1juu hi more familiar with collecting, selling, how to find coins around me, even so, I don't think I Ever would have continued collecting a year ago without the PCGS site and this app,! It is SO user friendly and has ALL the resources I have been looking for! Thank You, PCGS, for this site.
This is a very cool app for the pcgs coin collector. In seconds, I can pull up my coins. Then glance at the pic or my standing in the collection. Very nice!
Constant crashes and half the time i can no longer get into my registry. I have yet to get a response for about 2 weeks now
Worst experience. After creating account, unable to login. Stuck in endless loop, page does not load. Always getting - error occurred message.
I have trouble with adding non pcgs coins and wonder why people are asked for a pcgs number for other brands.this is limiting an unpleasant and buggy. I cant give the grade for them unless its in the notes . also every time i try to reset my password because i dont remember what it is, i am asked for the password i cant rememeber through the email i am sent.
So far so good.... update 10/15/21 liking it more and more. Update on 5/1/22 it's great having all of my collection available anytime I need to make a choice to buy a coin
Can never sign in, always says "this email address seems incorrect" I've tried all my emails and tried signing in as new user. Absolutely this app is garbage
Enjoying the beautiful of a coins makes you want to share that feeling. Building a Registry Set is a great experience. Not only are we Modern day Historians, but we are passing down something that others will have to remember us by. I am grateful for this opportunity to collect my Country's coinage.

Great App but when you go to set actions the app shuts down, buggy, cant delete sets. Would be nice if you could add non graded coins to the sets. Will continue to use despite the bugs. Hopefully it will get figured out. 5 stars if you fix the bugs and don't limit adding to sets with graded coins only. Only way to delete a set is if it has a graded coin in it other wise your stuck with it.
