I'm a sucker for scratch cards and the 2 games that came with were a bonus. However, I'm not sure how the 2 games, Bank Shot and Tri Peaks Solitaire went missing. I would like to get them back, hence the lower rating. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. 7/5/17. Still no Bank Shot or Tri Peaks Solitaire. It also keeps kicking me out of app during 1st round.

Am the same Maxine williford but I had more coins in my account than this and I play but never spin nor scratch and won no money. Only tokens and sometime there no accuracy but I love pch Sweetstake been playing since 1981 my first 12$ I sent to ya. Love and pray one day. I won't be worry what tommorrw going bring.

when wiil pch play and win come back i like the other apps but it was my favorite app i almost won a 5 dollar amazon gift card 3 or 4 times and it gave most of the time almost 100,000 tokens that was a big help. come on guys and gals write or email pch and tell them you want the app back.

I'd give it a 3 because I've actually won money on it - $15 total, but it crashes frequently throughout play and must be restarted each time. It really deserves a 1, but because persistence will sometimes get you to the end of the game after seven or eight hours, and I won something on it, it got a 2.

App keep closing during game play. I have this app installed on 3 different things and each one the app closes especially once you pass the 5k bonus.. followed all the steps of the link and still it closes. Maybe it's not meant to work on Samsung devices. I've cleared the cache and everything. Still no luck.

App used to be pretty good even though some videos will not play on my Droid. Lately the videos that don't play are causing my phone to freeze and forces a restart of the app. This issue is on my Moto z Droid force I have cleared all history for app. Still crashing. I have uninstalled it and redownloaded it still crashes. I do have a lot of apps on phone and none of them are giving me any trouble just this one. I cannot find any reason on my phone that would cause this to happen. Only thing I can figure is either the app or the advertisements are incompatible with my Motorola Moto z Force Droid As of tonight the game is stuck about half way through and freeze. Restart and it freezes again when I try to continue on he same spot. At this point it's no longer fun.

Is supper frustrating that i can't do the missions all the time because the ads that happen before and after EVERYTHING don't wanna load and my screen goes black no matter how many times i reload it. I understand you need the ads to help keep the app free but this is ridiculous there should only be ads at the end of missions not each individual little game and scratch off

This app use to be fun to play. A great way to get many tokens and enter to win a few sweepstakes. I even won as the token leader once. But now the app is constantly quitting and returning me back to my home screen. For the past few days, I haven't been able to get past the first entry without it stopping on me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app without any success of it working. And, it also looks like if you are a certain player from dallas, texas then you have all the luck not to mention the unbelievable high statistical rate of winning. I am pretty sure he or she had supplemented their income nicely over the last few months. I have even read through many of the reviews and apparently the issues that I am experiencing are not new. Many of the users are complaining of same thing. Please fix the problems. Help me return back to my happy addicted self again. :)

It has consumed 1GB of data over a week so I've not only uninstalled it for that but my system, even with a quad core processor, slows down drastically and I have to clean up every hour with both Bkav and Avast. It's too much for my system and I have to wait for a long time before I have a time Warner cable internet connection. My data limit is approximately 19GB and I've got better things I can do with that rather than paying my data for your ads to convert back into money to pay you to provide more video ads, so just saying, my internet isn't capable of handling your ads yet so I have to try again some other time. Watching YouTube and downloading free videos and music and games is far better than this anyways and I don't have to pay or win either. Sorry, maybe next time I meet I'll have a good internet connection. PS: Don't reply as its annoying and I only delete those or mark it as spam in gmail. Thanks...

An OK app if you go into it understanding that PCH really has no desire for you to finish the "missions" they present..The app is totally unplayable as it never loads the commercial they need to present for the next game or mission to appear. Instead it just gives you a blank screen. I've tried reloading the app; clearing cache; rebooting my device; uninstalling / reinstalling the app and nothing fixes the issue. I contacted PCH Customer Service and they sent over a multi step list to work through and none of those steps worked either. PCH Customer Service tells you to contact them again if the steps don't work..when you contact them the 2nd time they just send a form email that the case has been resolved and closed...with no resolve..or chance to work with them to find resolve...Sad that they really have no idea how to fix this issue or they would update the app with a patch vs. telling all these reviewers (with the same issue) that the problem is on our side...but then when you reach out to PCH they can't help that way either and just close out the case to avoid having to deal with it...It really breaks my heart to have to state this as I love the other PCH apps, but this app is just NOT up to PCH standards. They really should just take it down until they rework it to make it playable.

Kaitlyn, THanks for your prompt response. I'm in software myself and did all the basic troubleshooting steps of force closing, restarting the phone and reinstalling the app multiple times. I am also at the latest version of android available to my device, Samsung Galaxy S5 on Verizon. The app still crashes after a few steps. just goes to a black screen, sometimes before or after the sponsored ad.. but always crashes. As much time as it takes to go through the steps, to add 3-5x more the time to keep trying to get the app to work isn't feasible at all. I don't think i will continue playing until there;s a bug fix available to stop the crashing

I uninstalled the app, (like you suggested), stop playing for some months, reinstalled it a few days ago, now im trying to complete my daily missions & the app just closes, the screen goes black, forecloses 10 or more times, before i can complete my missions. Still having issues with the app, going to uninstall again for good if this keeps happening, its frustrating!!! Why cant you make the app more smoothly to play, maybe people wont uninstall! I can even deal with all the 30 second adds, but all the freezing, screen going black, over & over is ridiculous! Still rating this app a one star!!!

Really loved it but the games, slots and such are so laggy that you can't play them properly. I've had it freeze up to the point of having to exit the app completely and that was just on the regular part of the daily section. I'm running a brand new galaxy tablet with very little downloaded so lots of space and ram to spare. I wish it worked properly.

Haven't won any hard cash yet, but I do enjoy playing the different games and winning tokens. However; there is an issue with the ads glitching, as well as freezing up at the end of some of the activities.

There is a software glitch, advertising issue, and/or router "bug". I've played this game long enough to know that it works great until you guys make a change. I read through the negative comments tonight and too many of us are having the same problems for it to be our hardware or software load. I've uninstall, reboot, reinstall and it used to work. Now it just gets worse and worse. I could advance 1 spot within the mission by uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling. Now it gets stuck and won't go any further. I had been playing on my tablet but couldn't advance to the 2nd button in the 1st mission, I then tried my phone last night. I got further but then stuck again. It's not worth my time until you finally get it fixed. When you do, please let me know. Until then, I give up. PS- Another issue I read about I also have gotten the "landscape" error and I'm in landscape. I've even tried refreshing the screen while in landscape mode, only to get the same error. You've also taken away some great games, as others have also said, with promises of even better games to come, all in 1 place. You finally brought Keno on, personally that's not an improvement but others may like it. But the games you took away were not moved to the main games and that was the impression given. Better for me as I was playing all day long. Worse for you and your advertisers.

I've gotten the basketball in the hoop plenty of time. Even to day but yet I have not won any money from it. Maybe I'm reading the details wrong.

Sometimes it mess up, but majority of the time it works. I do love it and hope it for real.

Love pch games it always gives me that little sense of hope that maybe just maybe one day I would not be struggling living paycheck to paycheck and will be able to give my children an awesome exciting with never ending fun-filled activities, travels and learns throughout their days, weeks, months and years of growing up,

Love pch but app freezes every other game and I have to reset my app or phone and hope it works then which makes it almost impossible to play the daily games. Disappointing.

It keeps kicking me out and then I have to go back into the app. It also is making my phone heat up within minutes of playing....
