Apparently I am not alone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a half dozen times. It either spins and spins or I get "unexpected error" and returned back to the login screen again to start the game over. I have used the mobile app for years without issue. #PCU who did this latest update? Deloitte?! AWFUL!!!!!
this app worked great for about 3 years then it just stopped working. I cleared the cache and memory for the app, did not work. I uninstalled the app and was able to sign in and then it just froze. Now i can't login. Server cannot be reached at this time is the error.4 days now. it was a 5 and now a 1 star.
This app is horrible. It used to be perfect but now it freezes, malfunctions, and overall poorly operating. Please fix this, we're ready to take our business elsewhere. Very stressful.
app crashes on open since 2/15 update, why has this not been addressed? it's been weeks and multiple negative reviews and no fix? very frustrating and disappointed, considering a bank change. FIX IT NOW. also, when the app did work, the balance and activity can't always be trusted on holidays and weekends, transactions won't update correctly on non business days.
Not bad. You should be able to search your transactions easier and like capitol one have the option to lock your card or have mobile authentification to allow the card to release the funds. Slap our picture on the debit card with our signature on it raised like the numbers and bank fraud drops significantly. As tech gets smarter so does the consumer... Remember that.
I used this app with my first car loan and don't remember having issues with it. Now it keeps saying I'm entering the wrong info to log in even though I'm entering the exact same info into my laptop and it let's me log in through that but not the app.
app doesnt work, at all. crashes at sign in, apparently a known issue for almost a month with no fix in sight. awful interface even when i could sign in. can't use it!!
I can never log in to my account. It says my connection must be slow, which it's not! So frustrating! I've uninstalled this app multiple times & still have the same problem!
I've used this app for years and now after an update I am unable to log in. Can log in fine any other way, but using the app I can't. It says I have restricted access on my account, but I don't. I'm fine everywhere else. Makes no sense.
I had five stars for at least 3 years because this app was always very reliable and never gave me an issue. Now it won't even open and I have a brand new phone so it's not me it's the app. Please fix this issue so I can give you five stars again? I'm a faithful loyal customer and what hate to have to switch Banks.
This app worked flawlessly before the recent update. Now, you cannot log in and customer service just keeps telling you to uninstall and reinstall the app. Do not waste your time until it is fixed.
I cant enroll on the browser nor can i enroll on here so now its just gonna make it harder to be up to date with my car loans. I keep getting error messages every time i try to submit the correct information it tells me to. Not cool and i hope this issue gets fixed both here and on the browser.
Doesnt work at all with Android it only works with IOS. Was working fine with both until a few days ago. Update: after uninstall and install again a few times seems to be working better. move from 1 to 2 stars
Terrible every time they update application I get an error and can't login. For security reasons access has been restricted on this device. Had an update last night now can't access.
Slow to load. Gives the wrong balances sometimes. Have to close and log back in a few times to see correct information. Needs work.
I contacted PCU. They got back to me within the hour. They said they are having trouble with the app for android phones all of a sudden but that they are working on it and it should be fixed by the end of this week. Glad they responded to my note. Hopefully all will work well again by next week.
as of the latest update the app would close out whenever i logged in. i uninstalled today (3/11/19) and now i have no login issues. repeat: no login issues as of an uninstall and re install as of today. hope this works for others!
For the past month or so I cannot log into my account via pcu mobile app. I'm greeted with a "Loading is taking longer than expected, please wait." error message that never goes away. Verizon Samsung Galaxy s10e, android 10 build #G970U1UES4ETI1
App stopped working about a week ago. I've deleted and reinstalled and still it won't open. So frustrating. Fix your app please.
I haven't been able to log on through my computer or mobile app for days. This is very inconvenient when I'm traveling outside of the states for months at a time!
This app is terrible, what app out there other than this one has to call or email a code to you everytime you try to log on.... ever hear of this thing called a text message. Very poor app for a credit union
Worked fine till this past fall. Now can't sign in. Get a red banner saying my device is being blocked for security. Did get it working once with tech support help but now it's back =(
Twice since moving to PCU I've had an update to the app that completely broke it. When it works, it works good.

I haven't been able to log into the account. I have to either restart my phone or go on the actual website but I can't deposit checks that way.
The app crashes at login. Customer support only told me to uninstall and reinstall, which I did, three times, to no avail.

My camera now refuses to focus when I'm doing mobile deposit. It's irritating as hell and I don't know how to fix this!
App used to be great but now with the recent updates, I can't login or says I have a slow connection (even though I am on wifi and have full reception), and everytime i try to deposit a check the API can't process it although the numbers are clearly legible in the photos. I don't always have access to a computer so this app is how I mainly manage my accounts. The devs need to work on this more and make the app more reliable.
