Horrible! Frustrating! went online to schedule automatic monthly payments, no option, no where is their information who to contact, forms to be filled out, what to do. Very blank categories.
I been having issues with this lately. I had to change my password and when I tried to log in, it said my information was incorrect which it wasn't. Please fix this
Won't let me login, keeps saying everything is incorrect. Yet I can go online and get on just fine.
Clunky. Can't transfer to or from accounts outside of PCU and the send money function never works.
This is a good app, I can access my account quickly and everything is easy to find.
Nothing works, zero options, never lets me log in. What's the point of this app?

This is a Great Bank with wonderful customer service ( At least at the Port Orchard one) Due to PCU choosing not to make it possible for their valued customers to easily make a Direct deposit and have immediate funds available by simply taking a photo of the check etc. Having the ability to put your own money into your own account without having to go to the few branches they have. Also trying to make it to the closest Branch frantically before they close at 5:30 please im begging you as many other customers are too. Please add the take/scan photo of check feature available and make it more convenient for those who value their time. Being able to take a photo of a check that can make it possible to get our funds when needed ASAP is a must IMO.
It works but not having a deposit check feature in the app is just unacceptable. I'm considering switching banks because of this 1 feature. The look if kind of old and dated, could use a refresh.
The 'Quick Balance' feature is great!
This credit union has been very helpful to us. Has been there to help at the most down fall of my needs. Made me feel like a person again very nice and helpful. Thank you

What I have used of thus app is excellent. Easy to use, no glitches, nice interface. I love it. I'm using it on an HTC OneX
Easy to use and navigate. I love to be able to check my balances and make transfers while I'm out and about. PCU did a great job as usual!
It's a simple app and it's nice to navigate. Would be even better if it showed items pending.
It's nice for walking about, on your phone for a quick check. I found that when I first tried the app it didn't work, but then I went to my Google search type in the bank and login (while hitting the box for personal computer). The application worked perfectly for me. So maybe try that when you download it. Just a hint.
