The app has a lot of bugs where it won't let you accept a load or check out of a load once you have delivered it. Dispatch in my company cant help either because they are having the same issue on their end. There is nothing worse than just sitting by idle while the well is running just because no one can get the app to run properly. it seems as if the app gets worse with every update.

This is ok but it would be nice to manual enter information instead of relying on camera to scan qr codes. Also sometimes the AP crashes after you entered the info and scanned the docs, so you have to start all over. Plus it would be nice to be able to accept new assignments and have them in que. However I can see the ease of productivity sometimes there's just factors that keep this app from being usable.

Does not function well when flipping between apps. You have to open task manager, swipe to close, then re open the app every single time. Get rid of the qr scanner. This is completely unessessary for putting box numbers in. Specially for night time drivers when there is no light outside to scan a qr code on a sandbox.

Constant crashes. App won't stay "alive" more than 5 min. Geo fences suck and are inaccurate. Doesn't give physical addresses, only coordinates. "connection to server" issues with full LTE. I have to have my dispatcher operate my end more often than not. Angry birds would be more useful at getting work done than this.

very crappy app. drains your battery and God forbid you forget to arrive at destination or the geofencing is off. because then you're stuck in that load and cant accept a new one. I would give negative stars if I could. I've tried calling and emailing them for help and get no response. so now I'm sitting here losing money. thanks prop dispatch

whatever the last update was, it didnt work. The app is very jumpy, puts your duty status as whatever it wants, whenever it wants. Basically very unreliable, especially when you rely on it to get paid. Galaxy S9. Sad face

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have to have app for work. No option to open an account. No help button. Only options are log in & forgot password. Downloaded all related apps & they're exactly the same. Thanks for nothing.

Trash app. You can 100% rely on the fact that this app will freeze and need to be restarted if you haven't looked at it in over fifteen minutes. Every time. Without fail. Hate this app.

worst app I've ever used!!! In the few months I've been using it it has killed my battery life to 1.5 hours from 100% charge to dead. Every time I want to use the app I have to reboot my phone for the app to work. If I had a choice I'd uninstall it right now and as a matter of fact I've started job hunting because of this stupid app. Wish Google would add negative stars so I could properly rate this app.

Takes forever or long time to open.It doesn't open fast enough.And Most locations too, it not operational.You can not access it until drive back out from locations.But apart from that it a Great app and i like it.Just need more work or it own Networking so it can open fast enough for us.The owner should try his best to create his own network systems where we don't have to rely on other internet services to operate it . Should just either work with satellite systems or work straight.Thanks

terrible since they had the last update this is the only app i cant ever log onto the server with. never had a problem b4. ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it. exit completely out of it. ive tried everything.

Sucks up 800mb + of internal storage in a short amount of time .. Always freezing, locking up, have to restart the app or phone every day to get it to work

this app sucks. you have to physically scan each box, and split the weight, instead of the obvious solution to enter only your net.

It freezes up and kucks you out after being idle for so.e time. Then takes a while to let you back in. Keeps on saying application error. Think this is 15 + time trying to reboot

I think you need to add in a feature that allows you to input your Box numbers manually and override the QR Code Instead of having the scan your boxes every time to go get loaded Other than that it's a great app

I'm trying to download and it's still going around and around and around and I use AT&T so I don't see any problem with my phone and this thing is not even on yet and losing low are here sitting down almost 12 hours this is too much man can somebody help me please

It works, but I keep having to force stop the app because it freezes all the time. Every load I get it will freeze

Locks up. Constantly go into offline mode. App has to be open with no other apps running. Horrible. This is used in millions of dollars a day oilfield industry. Slow and sad.

This the worst app ever can't download direction like I am supposed to, keeps freezing up my phone. Don't use if you don't have to very time consuming

Ever since the last update I don't have the button to order loads. It still works on my other phone that I haven't updated.

Would give it 5 but it restarts when I try to scan or take photos of my tickets . I have Uninstalled and reinstall and it still will not work ! I need it

keeps freezing and giving error messages have to shut the phone completely off to get it to work properly needs some tlc other than that easy to use

Slow, blacks out have to reboot at least once a day, usually it's when I already have all my info in and it blacks out

I had an issue and emailed the people. They worked with me and the company I work for. They were super helpful and couldn't be more happy with this experience!

Android phone with Oreo update and it freezes up every 5 mins. Have to force stop it and restart it.

Will not open the camera to take pictures of the PO, on my Motorola 5G Ace One, have to take a picture and then load the picture through the library

its worthless at night, you turn on the light it shuts it off. Don't download its garbage...

This app sucks it keeps erasing all the info that I put in God forbid you leave the geofence the scanner barely works just all around a horrible app

I have to restart my phone multiple times a day for the app to work it gives error message

0 stars totally jacks my phone, up drains the battery and completely swiped out my memory card lost years worth of pictures.
