A basic app to create PDF documents. There are no templates - what you put in is what you get! I consider this a feature in this age of bloated apps. You can keep your documents-in-progress, edit them and re-export. Why only 3 stars? Italic text gives a garbage output in the exported PDF file = unusuable right now. And very very often random words stay underlined, usually first words in a line / page but not always. That means I have to proofread the whole document before each export.
This app was good for creating the simple text pdfsvi needed. I didn't follow the turotials so I'm sure it could do more. I had to delete it though because it somehow made itself the default app when I tried to save images from websites. The app would just open and completely stall what I was doing. I turned off everything I could so it was the default for nothing but it still kept opening. For that reason I deleted it.
At time of this review I've only played with this app for a few minutes, but it seems to be just what I was looking for. I need an app that will allow me to create pages with photos and short text descriptions and that can produce a simple pdf while on the go so that I don't have to be tied to my computer so much. These pdf's will serve as digital newsletters for my website viewers giving them "on the go" looks at all of the work I do. It will be so nice to make pdf's on the go. THANK YOU!
Couldn't do a simple job and convert an image to a pdf. Came out wonky, don't ask me how. Ended up using another app, which worked fine. Sort it out guys, more testing needed. Update: even worse than expected after I gave it another try. All i wanted was to create a pdf of multiple images. The app failed again. Plus the symbols are not obvious, the app is not easy to use.
People have left reviews saying documents only show up in "Documents in progress" I have to agree with them. I have created two new PDF files and saved them. They only show in the "Documents in progress" tab Under the Documents tab there is nothing. P.S. putting full screen ads that can't be closed, on a timer = zero * from me 😡
It keeps saying document save in progress, but after I comeback and look for the new document, it appears it never was saved, and all the work is lost. I tried the same three times, and the result was always the same. This is a waste of time and energy. Uninstalling now!
After 1 hour work, about 6 pages, I saved my file and quit the app. Once come back nothing had remained, so I lost everything. Maybe it's my fault, clicking the wrong button I deleted everything; but however it's not acceptable such thing, this app should do only one thing, make PDF in a safer ways without the risk of delete everything in a second. Please make more attention on saving mode.
Initially it worked fine. But since yesterday its troubling me a lot . After I finish creating pdf.. when I click on "pdf" sign a message pops up " creating pdf" as it should but now the screen freezes and after few seconds it says "Pdf creator is not responding" . I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But the problem persists. Kindly look into it and do tell me how to fix this.
Superb! Does what it says. In fact the only one out of several that works for me. I did ask the developers to fix a crucial issue which they finally did despite taking long & not alerting me personally in my email. Thank you all those who developed it & fixed the problem. Guys don't hesitate to try it. It is the BEST! 👍
I kinda liked the app. Simple. I would recommend you to read the tutorial before starting. I think the document in progress makes sense since you only need to convert the finished documents to pdf. And I find the pdf easily accessible 😅 that's my case don't know about others. Keep up the good work 👍.
It messed up an Arabic text I copied and pasted into it. The direction of the text was correct but some letters were exchanged into other ones. This never happened to me before in any other app or computer. Please fix this so I can use it again.
I hate this app a lot, I wasted about an hour to create a pdf. When I was going to switch to the next page, most of the times, the ads annoyed me. When I had processed the full pdf and went to create it, firstly I could not find the way to create the pdf. But, as I got it after a long time, and created the pdf, the pdf made was horrible. Please try to improve.
The app is really good....only one thing missing when you are writting an assignment....tools for font type and lines in space are missing. It eats up 5 pages of notes on a hardcover book to fill just one page of this app, lots of notes are needed on just one page....plz improve this
Very bad f** experience... When i copy pasted some texts and made the pdf... Lines are cut into half at the end of the page... Tried to move the sentences to the next page... Even then some sentences are again being cut.. Such a horribke experience... Wasted a lot of my time
At first everything seem fine until I finished writing and tried to save it as a pdf. It created the pdf file but it cut out half of everything I wrote and it won't transfer to my phone nor will it show up anywhere. So I waisted my time and now I have to write everything all over again.
This app is very buggy and, while I haven't found any better alternatives yet, the cons just completely outweigh the pros with this one. Many times I've written out very long swathes of text over weeks only for it to mysteriously dissapear or the entire text to jumble and mix up beyond recognition. This combined eith the fact that this app sells your data to 3rd parties makes it almost unsalvageable in my opinion
Super fabulous, works just very well. Only the interruptions from ads is a bit disturbing. Has tutorials on how to use the app. Keep on improving it.
I just love the app. I don't know why the rating is so low. This app can be developed for much more. Suggestion: Add option for page size. A4 especially. That's what most printers are defaulted for.
Scam possibly? I used this app to create a pdf it worked well and I was pleased and then.... I got a strange alert in my notification bar to reinstall my acorn (investment app)... I instantly became cautious I had turned off notifications for this i opened the alert and something wasn't quite right so i looked it up in the app store and no update was out... Plus they auto update. The only thing I've downloaded in a while was this app. I uninstalled it beware
The pages are small. There doesn't seem to be a way to rename the documents and the indicator line can't be removed. Also, I added a signature to the document and couldn't delete it - it just remained there even after tapping the delete icon.
I like the app a lot, I can create PDF so quickly and send to anyone anytime. I can also edit pdfs easily. Everything is fine but the ads are not so good, If you can then please remove ads, then I will give five stars.
Excellent app! I'm actually very excited about it. I only want more text editing like Aligning, bulletin and numbering etc. But the app excellent for me, that's why I gave it a 5 star rating. It is saving my life.
worst app ever. to add images you can not AF in bulk only single. when i tried to uninstall the app, it just didn't want to do it. usually it takes2 second to remove an app, but with this app i couldn't remove it. i suspect fire and destruction with this app. avoid at all costs!!!
Easy to use .. I liked it very much .. However, l have only one problem, wheneven I save documents and I go to look for them in the file manager l do not find them and PDFCreator folder is empty . I wish if you can solve this problem .
I'm just a beginner but I guess the process of zooming in and zooming out could be improved a bit... Actually adjusting was a bit difficult... 😅
It can't seem to edit existing files. Fine, i just copy the text over and redo the formatting in a new blank file. But it keeps jumping to other pages from where i was working on, sometimes cutting chunks of text to the next page when i did not require it to be done. This happened too often and wasted a lot of my time. I gave up and mine was only a six-page document. Software is too initiative.
