PDF Utilities
Another handy feature is remove pages from a PDF for simpler printing. You must not specify, which pages should be printed to exclude some pages (which is often very tedious).
A new feature is adding of blank pages in an existing PDF file. This is convenient for additional notes, if the space on a page is not enough.
Another Feature is automated removing of blank PDF pages.
And all this without sending the PDF file to a webservice, it remains on the device.
The app supports Dropbox, now. PDF-Files can be selected and processed directly out of the Cloud.

IMPORTANT: Because of limitations of writing on external storage, which was introduced in Android 4.4 (affects mainly the Samsung Galaxy devices), it is currently not possible to process PDF files from external SD cards. When a workaround exists, this is implemented in one of the next versions. Please copy the PDF files to the internal memory before processing.

This app tool or service was a quick fix for me while I panicked. I needed to scan a few docs by office depot then upload to a Gov. Agency only to realize the gov. website wasnt allowing the encrypted doc to be uploaded, I was worried about missing a deadline. I found this app and it was a quick fix. 2 touches and docs were password free to reupload. Thanks to the developer 👌
Serves the purpose to unlock the password protected pdfs. I would suggest below simple features that would make it too awesome. 1. Search or Sort files using name/type/create date - while browsing 2. Filter only encrypted files while browsing
On point so far. Opened, followed instructions and it did what it states it will do. No reason not try it if you are looking to access a document that you may have "forgotten" the password too.
This tool can connect to Dropbox and remove password protection from PDFs that you know the password to. It saves the new file to the same folder so you can keep both versions.
Very easy and useful app. There are no videos ads. It takes only few seconds to give results. Thank you

It's a great app, but the latest version removed the ability to use an external file manager. Please bring the functionality back!

Removed the password saved it in the same folder with edit included in the name, all took about 10 seconds. Great little app.
The app works, needed to remove password from a work doc to redistribute, you just need to know the password to remove. It's not for thieves to steal documents then remove the protection.
Quick and easy! Thanks for this free app, I love being on mobile but hate that removing the password from a specific pdf has to be removed via a pc. It's just uploading and typing in the pw then it's done!
I found password removal feature so easy than most of other apps like 'smallpdf' and 'ilovepdf'. Other apps are waste. PDF Utilities is simple and it works.

A very smooth app remove password of pdf files instantly. New file would be available with an extension in name as edit.
Best application so far to remove protection, i am not able send pdf file through whatsapp, it was showing not a document, but when i used this app it remove something now i can send file.
Someone send me locked pdf file, so i download this app to unlocked that file but this app show the message that must know the password. Worst app do not download, save your time

Does nothing but resave the file. I tested it twice and uninstalled. Completely useless.
This app is very helpful and so easy to remove your password on your pdf files. IF you are a dropbox service user, for which you have to pay monthly. Because this app removes your pdf password through uploading the file with the dropbox. I'm not quite sure if you can use other file clouds as well. In my case, I removed the pdf password so easily with this app using the dropbox. without any fee for using the dropbox because the Dropbox offered me a free trial. You can take this in mind.
