PDF viewer lite

For free, this is a full featured and easy app to use. Paid features are "value adds" rather than "should have". Text reader and other functions are useful. If it gets a drawing mode for annotations I'll buy it. Suggestions: a rolodex style scroll rather than the bottom bar would be easier, when going into a funtion, it always goes home which is the file browse rather than back to the last top tab or bottom tab. Can home be made custonisable? PDF library or Tools would be a better pick.

Easy to use, and saves your place when reading a long pdf. Very nice layout and intuitive design. I would have liked to see a built in auto rotate lock that doesn't rely on the global (system) setting, or auto- rescaling when orientation changes, but the ease of use makes up for it. Thanks for a great app!

Please please the application interface must be simple and should not contain many options at the top. Only two options are enough I like it very much .. It has a nice feature is to change the color of the page wall from white .. But I cannot get the Pro version .. The Pro version must be a single application There are also a lot of options upstairs. I think it's absolutely unnecessary.

As other reviews have stated, the first thing you should do after installing this app is to turn off the auto import files setting. Apart from this minor annoyance, the interface is great, files load quickly, and it supports basic functions like copying text and opening links, which some "light" apps do not. Best of all, it has no ads. PDF viewer lite is well worth the upgrade to the pro version.

Low space needed for storing this app as my phone space is not big. No ads at all, whether before the document come out or at the bottom while the document appear, it is most important because i need to quickly view the document during work and i need to view it in full page. The document quickly came out and you can get fast viewing. Viewing page by page, not mix with other page. Overall, it is the best so far. TQ

I've only used it once so far but it works. There's no adds, not even an internet connection to syphon off your user data! brilliant!. This is how all apps should be (unless your using a browser etc) lol. A dark mode would be a great feature to add & I noticed that you can't copy any text which seemed a little odd. If you can add those 2 things that would be great. I went without a pdf reader for a year because I refused to download junk that wanted to spam me ads & grab my user data. Great Job.

Neat, lightweight and simple... I have just installed and my initial impressions are very good. However, everytime my file manager opens a file in your app, this app is importing it into its own folder in the internal storage, thereby duplicating it. Why so? If this isn't a bug, can you provide an option to NOT import files automatically?

i have switched on "do not auto import files" because i did not want the files to be duplicated and after few times size of app has increased to 1.6 GB somehow. This is horrible, you really need to change it. Instead of duplicating files it would be better just to store information about files on SQLite or other files or etc. EDIT: Translation function doesn't work properly, it opens Google Translate but doesn't send selected text to it.

I wish I could write a better review, but hardly have any experience with this app. It seems OK, except that every time I try to view a file, it nags me to write a review. Quite annoying. So after being told that I could disable the review "nag" I did so and was able to use this app for a few weeks. Now it's throwing an error every time leave the app to do something else ... so when I come back, not only is the doc I was reading not open anymore, but the app is also INSISTING on sending an error report. Most of the time when I am using my tablet, it is off line. This app is being discarded from my device - not right for me.

You can't seem to zoom which turns a PDF into microfiche. Thanks but no thanks. If you can zoom, the feature is hard to find when it should be immediately obvious. I was hoping to get better full screen use than the PDF reader built in to the Chrome browser but this was not an improvement.

Almost a 5. The index resetting everytime I switch pages, alongside it CLOSING when I'm scrolling down through a slightly rightward gesture is deeply frustrating. Please add a button to quit the index screen or just use the one that you know all phones have instead of using a gesture, and make the index start from the late you're already on. The bookmarked pages Not being titled according to the index titles is really frustrating too because I can't see what the pages I've saved actually are.

It makes duplicates of the files opened into a separate folder. The ease out animation when you close the app is buggy. Doesn't delete the file from within the app, it just says so.

Very versatile, intuitive and useful application, please do not change anything. The app is working better than the drive pdf viewer. Thank you so much developers.

Update: Please add option to set text size beyond 10pt. Reading an epub with text set to max (10pt) is very difficult. It's too small. Allow users to set their own size. I tried reading an epub in my 10inch tab the other day and the size at 10pt is impossible to read. Hope developers look into it. Old: This is seriously one of the best PDF reader for Android. Highly recommended for everyone, even if your phone has 6GB RAM.

The file open in the app, after using the split-screen function closes. Have to open it again. Please fix this issue. Otherwise, the app is great! 20 Dec. Thanks for the response! It's a nice a little app being a lite version, have recommended to others.. Just 2 requests to creator: 1) please allow change in green to other skin colour. Green is too bright. 2) please add atleast word(s) selection, copy function. There's always some text in PDF worth saving or pasting elsewhere. Thanks.

I'm not satisfied with this. First all pdf should be shown in home file. I can not go through the folder and find the pdf it's much waste of time. So you have to make home folder that all pdf should be shown. Thank you. Edit- Update is very nice. Interface is also very attractive. Thanks 🙏

Looks perfect, when exiting file, it goes to recently accessed files instead of directly exiting the app, perhaps users can be given option to either completely exit at or go to the recent files history...recently came across a pdf file that this app was unable to open, it stated it was an unsupported format Also, there should be an option to download file or Save as with option to name the file

i would not says aboubt any drawback for this app as in my view I have not found any.it is really a nicely working app without even ads . if I can give more stars to this then I surely give it all stars and because it is of less memory and have good working experience , I think every person choose this pdf reader. thanks it all about I want to say

Just what I needed, small, light and fast! I create and edit pdf files elsewhere with other software, but needed something that would run well on old, slow and underpowered tech - this is perfect!

Application is very well designed, but i was some issues. When I long press some text and highlight it or change colour, then there is no option to undo the changes, please provide this option soon.

Love this app. Simple yet powerful, as described. Highly recommened. Would love to see a library that can be organized in collections, similar to "Favorites" but customizable.

Good experience, lightweight, can be used for many types of files, not just for pdfs. Still pages can load & scrolled more smoothly.

The app is fast and it has many awesome features but what I love the most is that everytime i open a book it takes me to the page i last opened. I find this to be very useful when I am reading through a book. 👏🏿

Nothing much to say. Simple and perfect. Its a viewer not an editor and that is exactly what it effortlessly allows you to do to pdfs.

Simple & Effective -Why is it so difficult to find a pdf reader without issue & BS false promises? Glad Foxit combined reader/writer else I'd have not found this clean, fast loading, unbloated, open-sourced, ad-free app. -thanks...!

Does as it says. App is reasonably 'lite' on space requirements. I like that it has support to browse for files including the ability to pick from Google Drive.

Love this!! Can work in peace without constant disturbances of ads and noncense. Good viewer and low on recources. Thanks. Only one suggestion though. A dark theme with an dark background would be very nice. But still n great app
