The Peach Pass GO! Mobile App has been totally redesigned for an optimal user experience for Peach Pass customers. This new app makes accessing your Peach Pass account easier while you’re on the go! Peach Pass customers can quickly manage their account without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center. Through this new app, you can change your toll mode (where applicable), view transactions, view statements, and modify registered vehicles and billing info. If you do not have a Peach Pass account yet, you are now able to create one through the app without having to go online.

In addition to our standard features listed above, there are several NEW features.

Here’s what’s new:
• Redesigned user-friendly interface and feature-rich screens
• Register for a new Peach Pass Account in the app
• New Account Maintenance abilities o View transactions by toll access point o Receive alerts for toll violations o Update/change billing information o Add and edit new vehicles
• Receive notifications for account activity such as low balances and credit card expirations
• Integrated social media access to Facebook & Twitter

SPECIAL NOTES:1. Each time the application is opened, a splash screen will display a warning of “No Application Use While Driving”. The App cannot be accessed unless the user swipes to continue, confirming that the app is not being used while driving.2. When you change your toll mode, you must wait 15 minutes before using the I-85 Express Lanes to allow for system processing.

Peach Pass encourages you to drive safely and strongly discourages use of Peach Pass GO! while actively driving.

I enjoy using the express lanes. This app user to work flawlessly, but lately it has been down. thr only screen I get when I click on the app is "Pardon our Progress" message. I'll then click on the (x) bottom on yhe top right side and the app crashes immediately. Please fix! not sure if yhis is going on with IOS, but all Android devices I use get the same results.

This is the worst I've seen any App ever work. I've tried many ways to login to the app after changing my password on the web site. I can get into the website with the changed information just fine, but not through the app. I have cleared the App cache, cleared the app data, forced stopped the app and finally uninstalled the app. When I reinstall the app, it retained the user name and password from the last time I had it installed.

App keeps shutting down, tried several times to uninstall and reinstall. after entering log in information app closes. Can't get it work after first time several months ago. Been 2 weeks and app still not working. Don't know what else to do. September 8 2019 App still not working. There is a mobile maintenance page that ppps up when trying to open the app, that i have to close to get tp the login screen. Is there a phone number that can be called?

18-July: back to 1 star! Last 2 releases have fixed nothing, but added a SECOND pop-up with a teney-weney-X. ------- 17-May: update actually WORKS! I can log in again. WooHoo! Until yesterday i could only log in from my old phone using WiFi. Upgraded to 3 stars. If they can get rid of the annoying pop up where you have to click a teney-weney-x EVERY time you log in it goes to 4 stars. If they add actual REAL-TIME rates, not DELAYED streaming photos, that are INSIDE the app it goes to 5 stars.

Unable to change toll mode on any vehicle. This fundamental feature seems to infrequently work. This leads to extra charges for customers in cases where a toll should not be charged. Come on developers... This is basic stuff to get right!

I don't know what happened to this app maybe in a recent update or something but every time I try to log in and crashes. furthermore it's absolutely unhelpful that the website doesn't show you your current balance just your transaction history.

I guess it'd be too much to ask for a widget to change toll mode when the app itself doesn't even work. I've been having to log into the peach pass site through my phone browser to change modes instead of the app. I've been waiting for months for this work on my S9+ 🙄 Also, in what world is this app #6 trending?

There are definitely serious problems with this app. I attempted to link my account and kept receiving the error msg "Invalid Pwd Format". I called the 855# for assistance and all the rep could do is reset my pwd and let me choose another User ID. Once I set up my online access for the second time, I continued to receive the "Invalid Pwd Format" message when trying to link my account. After probably the 10th attempt, I finally received a message stating that you could not use a "$" as a special character in the password. I fixed that by trying an "&" in the password and received the error message "An unexpected Error". I then tried a "#" as the special character and the error message went away but I then received an error message that stated my User ID was already in use. Wow... I just created this user ID and successfully logged onto the online account, so I changed my User ID and was FINALLY able to log in and access the mobile app. With all that said, I have two different user ID's and passwords to access the online account and the mobile app which is utterly ridiculous. Seems like two separate entities developed the website and the app which does not work together. I'm able to now use the mobile app but it wasn't a pleasant experience trying to get it to work. The developer seriously needs to address these problems expeditiously.

This app barely works on my Samsung Note. I am trying to make sure I have my balance paid but the apps is always crashing. You guys need to invest in something more reliable and easy for people to be able to manage their accounts and stay up to date. Tired of dealing with this horrible app.

Just like everyone else, I've been struggling to use this app for at least 2 months. Now it crashes immediately after launching it. This is unacceptable, especially since we can't change to non-toll unless on a laptop or pc. 1-star is being generous.

I can get past the "pardon our progress" screen previously mentioned but my issue is that there is no update of a current balance. I've used my PeachPass twice so I know I dont have my original $20 balance and yet it does not update. this app is lame and should be updated by someone who gives a damn or just ended.

This app absolutely completely stinks. Worked on my old note 4 but when I got a new phone it will not work. Pardon my progress garbage continues to show. Get Rid of your lazy employees and hire some people who know what they're doing based on their skill level. This is ridiculous the Inconvenience caused to so many because of your lack of attention is appalling. Seriously this site has been down for months and is never updated. I guess the state of Georgia's DOT is just like the VA.

Samsung did an operating system update several weeks ago and once the update installed the app stopped working on my S9 phone altogether. I thought by now it would be fixed but I uninstalled the app then reinstalled... still won't load.

Typical government app. You can't have an out state address, when billing address is different from your mailing address you must select a GA county even though your billing address is out of state. Biggest problem, you CAN NOT enter in a vehicle! The Submit button never enables! This is a very amateurish app. No professional company or programmer would allow this many problem to go out into production!

Absolutely bloody awful app doesn't give you any ETA for how long travel times are. Does not tell you whether the lanes are opened or closed, and on top of that everytime I try to sign in the app crashes. They must have used all of their budget on building the dam express lanes and ran out of money so they hired the cheapest developer they could find cuz this app is s***
