The new, redesigned version of this app is absolutely flawless. Being able to deposit a check is an insanely welcomed feature. You guys did a wonderful job redesigning this and hats off to you for keeping it up to date. Five great stars!
Garbage. Can't log in, it tells me my user ID must be numbers between 6 and 12 characters long. Well, I logged in on my computer with the exact same credentials, and my user ID is composed of letters. So I have the option of changing my ID to an unintelligible string of numbers that I will never remember, or not being able to ever cash my checks (I work 8am-4pm). -5/5.
I'm still not able to log in for the first time despite 3 phone calls to customer service this morning. I have tried several times but I am not receiving the verification code to my email. I've checked spam & trash too. No emails. Ironically, I was able to enroll through the website using the Internet browser on my phone, even though one of the customer service reps told me I could only do that using an actual computer.
I'd rate it worse if I could. I got it working, then it stopped. Called PSFCU. They reset the password and username and it worked. The same has now happened three times. I give up. Will only use the website.
I keep trying to login in and it says to try again no connection from server but i have reinstalled and it keeps telling me that even after I went to the bank to get it fixed. It was working the other day but its not now. I've made sure I have WiFi and it still isn't letting me in.
slow, very basic, and if you need a random security check will not sent email in enough time to verify and will time out every time!!!
Literally JUST tried to login, which should mean I have the latest version... I can't login with my user id that we've had since opening our account. Members for years now... That's all I needed to see before uninstalling it. Lol.
It's broken and I shouldn't have to call someone to get it to work. That defeats the point of self-help. I'll be sticking to the website as that works well. This app was a waste of IT development money.
I have not had any problems with the mobile app! Just ready to add mobile check depositing. I only wish I could do billpay from my phone! Thanks, PSCU
I get an error message and can't get in to check my accounts. I have been set up through this CU for years. This is not acceptable.

I am upset that I can never log into the app. It always says check your connection.
TRASH! Who's every in charge of running this app need to be FIRED! The company got all this money and couldn't manage to hire a decent programmer? Nothing right works on this app.

They gave up, now they give u message blaming your phone not having internet connection pure garbage. Pull the app down and dont advertise it

Can't sign in due to username size restriction even though I can on the website.

I do not like it since the last update. I should be able to see a running total. not just amounts that was added or subtracted. It should tell me how much I have, the amount added/subtracted, and how much I have after that. it use to do that. but not anymore. sometimes the amount doesn't look right but since there is no running total, I have to look on the website. not the app.
