Never been able to use it. Had it for 6 months and the Sign In screen has never loaded before. The text displayed doesn't fit the box either so to get to my favorite blank page I press the "ign i" button. Once there the blank page can't decide if it wants to be yellow or white and Im expecting a picture of Geralt spewing fire so nobody is happy.

Can't even log in to my account. I've tried multiple times and even uninstalling and reinstalling.

informative easy to use. It's convenient and it's right at the touch of my fingers. some things you can answer all by yourself by researching your cases so there's not more time spent on hold. I love it.

There is currently a bug that is preventing all use of the app. When you log on, it gives the common app popup asking you to rate the app, but it is not interactable in any way

awsome. Easy and so good. I have had no problems up loading anything. Its very convenient and easy. And I love the way it gives u the count down of days u have left to get your information updated and uploaded. I highly recommend this App.

After getting a response from the developers, explaining the issue (the servers were overwhelmed it sounds like) I've tried the app again and it seems to be working. My only criticism is the rainbow barf background/wallpaper in the app. It's REALLY awful, but that's an opinion that others may not share. Thanks for fixing the issues!

This app is pretty useless for anything other than just looking up your ID numbers. The login process gives me an error every single time I log in so I have to do the same steps 3 or 4 times to even access my information. Information about my account is inaccurate, it's completely non-functional for communicating with anyone when you need help, uploading documents, or making requests through the app. Because the app is not effective nor efficient, I'm forced to call in. Wait times are crazy.

Overall, accessibility and readability have shown great strides in it's functionsto highlight and inform about upcoming appointments.

The Find Providers feature only works for Physicians, not for any other specialist like dermatologist

Each time I use the app, I run into an error. Currently, I am unable to get past the inital screen telling me an update is available, though I am unable to perform an update once in the app store. I am also unable to continue using the app without clicking the update link. I have even attempted to uninstall and reinstall only to be stopped with the same "update" cycle as mentioned above.

Worked fine on my old phone. While a little cumbersome, it accomplished it's intended purpose for the most part. However, NOW It absolutely will NOT make it past the sign in stage... if it even opens at all. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 5 times.... I'm pretty sure after the second time I was LITERALLY the live action movie of insanity. PLEASE FIX IT.

Useless piece of trash (just like AutoCorrect which overwrites your text with nonsense). Too much to write. Simply, you cannot do anything useful with it. Not much of a surprise, after dealing with their hopeless web site which has not been fixed in years. A placeholder, so that some manager can brazenly say "we made an app". Not worth the risk. They should test it with friends and family first, before shoving it down the throat of helpless public. And yes, they shoud fix their website first.

the idea of the app seems like it should be good. However, the functionality is terrible the PIN does not work. there is a constant need to continually sign in with your email and password. and the overall convenience of it is not worth the frustration. if you need to use your mobile device to log into Peak, I suggest you save the aggravation and log into the website using your mobile internet.

Previously left a review stating I couldn't log into my account. Turns out the app was working fine. After trying their website with no success it's clear that the PEAK system just wasn't playing nice. App is great, when you can log in it does everything it's supposed to.

Not user friendly. Not intuitive. I'm a computer savvy person and find this app clunky and not very useful other than having your card handy on your phone. Ive had to call to make every change or update to my account and cases. What's the point of the app if I still have to call?

I love the interface. easy to navigate and make changes. I can view my medical info on the go. my only complaint is sometimes it gives me issues trying to log into it. i will log on it will error force close and log in again and it's fine. otherwise pretty handy :)

Worst app... Between email links you all send, the app, and the actual web site nothing updates as it should. I can go in change information says update, go back month or 2 later and it's as if I never updated anything. The app will even say I applied for say food benefits ? when I did not apply and you send me a deniel letter also. When you send me a correspondence and I open it to view and I have a PDF viewer downloaded it won't open very frustrating.

Doesn't give me the option to create a new account. Their actual website is just as bad and fills in as blank information as I type (meaning I type my info in and nothing shows up) so it won't let me complete my account. So, both website and app are completely useless. Uninstalled.

Same experience others are having..ap won't open, or if it does it closes by the the time my finger reaches the sign in..over and over..So...that worked well..time sensitive information to be completed by your say, but make it impossible to do so?? Nothing has been smooth with this program..very insufficient, and so aggravating for the oodles of customers.

Great app, but it freezes every time I try to save new information. It goes to the three different colored things and moves continuously until I close out and start over. Can't put new information about address or contact preferences. Freezes every time. But great app.

Great new look. Easy as ever to navigate. But if you do happen to run into any issues navigating their page or have any questions, their help page offers easy instructions as well as phone number(s) for extra help if needed

I get so frustrated because it is so ridiculous trying just to log in to the website and ice been locked out numerous times and then you gotta do all these steps just to retrieve a new password and it could be improved to make it easier to login and navigate when applying for assistance

Whenever I try to log in, the app tells me "there are no active users associated with this account." I've logged onto my account before through this app, and I just called them to verify I have an open account with me being an active member, and the app still won't let me access my information. I just want to be able to access my card information if I ever forgot to bring it, but I can't even do that. Otherwise, when I can log in, this app is pretty nice when it comes to showing your basic info.

Literally won't even open. I downloaded, uninstalled, and reinstalled several times over now, and it doesn't even make it past the title page before it completely crashes. Needs some serious work before this is ready to use.

Nothing works. After 3 days of trying to access my info, I had to reset pw and once logged in nothing but blank page. I've had this as a constant issue since I started this program. What a waste of time. Who manages this app

I wish insurance companies actually cared about their clients enough to be nearly as good as any public health system. Screw private health insurance. This is hands down the best app I've ever seen or used for any health insurance system. It's extremely clear about any co pays or anything that will cost me money, and provides direct contact info for any provider I can think of.

I installed this because I've used it in the past for my medicaid insurance cards, and never had a problem. but now it refuses to even open for more than a few seconds before it crashes! Finally I just had enough and uninstalled it.
