time to change credit unions. tired of dealing with these surprise changes
I have tried to use this app on three different occasions and still will not work. I really think more research is needed.
Would've been great if you could see your pendings and holds...idek how much I'm gonna get paid nor even if I'm getting paid and it's inconvenient seeing that Yeaaah boy I got money to only find out aye bro you broke asf cuz you have holds on your account that didn't go thru yet so you end up wit insufficient funds and gotta put all that stuff back then go mom's to eat dinner. 😥
Unable to login after working with service rep
Cant log in for weeks now saying server is down.
Spent an hour trying to log in. Still can't get in and got lock out twice. No 24/7 line for emergency. Don't count on this fcu when doing things online.
It's improved so much and I like the new app that let's you stop potential fraud.
I like it because it doesn't have all the confusing bells and whistles that take up time. It is actually the perfect application for what it was made for. If I wanted to do more I would go to the secure website.
PHFCU is really late to the game of mobile device banking. Understand that there will be growing pains but consistent crashes and login issues make it nearly impossible to use. So bad I nearly always abandon it for the phone's browser. They need to invest more time and money into this and hopefully it happens sooner rather than later. Meanwhile I will keep the majority of business with NFCU where they have it figured out.
Can't log on from the log on page I have to go to the log on instructions page. and I use the same log on name and pass word on both pages but the log on page tells me I am using wrong user name and password. Please fix this using HTC.one mini
It's going to take some time and a lot of effort to improve this app. It's as if a template was copied and then the designer changed the colors to look like PHFCU. Sad.
Slow, freezes, cant log on
All my credentials are being entered right
