To begin, you will need to be an existing PHFCU Online user. When you log into mobile banking, the system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure we have the right person.
To sign in to mobile banking, use your Pearl Hawaii username and password. If you do not have one, visit pearlhawaii.com or call us at 808.737.4328.

It works but ive had an issue with my Note 10 for snap deposit. When I try to take a picture, it displays the wrong camera and takes the picture with a different camera. And it makes getting sufficient quality in the photo difficult.
I gave it four stars just because I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to set up auto pay it seems cut-and-dry but it wasn't working even the ladies at the bank couldn't set it up properly it was very inconvenient and took quite a bit of effort to get it working
Love this app. It's very convenient and easy to use. If you have a loan with the bank you can transfer money from your account to your loan to make a payment. You don't need to go to the bank to make payments. Also, I have access to my teenagers account so I can control how much money they can have to spend. Love, love this app!!
I enjoy this app... I can transfer money to and from accounts with ease. And, I can check my balance at anytime.. that's about all I use the app for, though I see it has a lot of other features I have yet to try 🙂
Updating my review to a five, got it work with the help of their friendly and helpful staff. Good info, love the fingerprint capability and to see ALL accounts with one log on. Nice job, major improvement, awesome!
Convenient and helpful because I rarely go into the office for services.. I dont have the time so the app works best for me😊 Also love being able to send money through text!
I always used the mobile website and had no issues with the app when i transfer funds to make the payments i get a confirmation that is was successful, only to find out a few days later that it did not process.
Love not having to physically go to the bank so often. Saves me time and gas with their apps. Wish I started sooner!!
And all honesty although I've Only started my account with this company fairly recently this app has just been wonderful they're wonderful Dixinated all expectations I could have possibly had it so incredibly simple to use.
It works great, just wished they had a way to activate a new card or freeze a missing card and request a new card.
It works well. Especially for deposits which is a huge help so I don't have to go to the bank every day

My account. Has been hacked and I had this problem with me this bank and took me for a $5.000 $5,000 in someone who wrote bad checks to my account and they cashed it in a day all the checks and keep me out of my account and still no one fixed it but it's my fault no one called me and told me someone's writing a check for this amount of money and told them they got to wait three days to clear because it's such a big amount now you tell me what kind of Bank you guys running

Way better than the previous version. You can conduct the usual transfer, bill payments, $250 mobile deposit max. Yup you read correctly max remote deposit $250. This app is a moble web version. Takes a while to sign in and switch to different accounts within the app. Went from 1980 to 1994.
