Pearson | VUE - Cert IT

Hi! Today I tried to give an online exam through PearsonVUE but the OnVue software was not working. There was no buttons to proceed. I was not able to give my exam and there is no one replying on live chat. Very much dissappointed with the service.

There's no contact information there's no buttons you can log in and log out and change your profile and that's it. I'm trying to find out how to renew my license and even the phone numbers are incorrect as they won't talk to you if you're not a testing center... I don't know how I'm going to renew my license...

The desktop version is fine, but with this app is not letting me in. My credentials are correct and can sign in on my desktop but this. Weird.

Shame to see that in this current digital world, such a credible institution is not having a reliable and user friendly app. Shame

Unfourtanely the whole customer experience needs to be revisited again where there are so many unnessary processes

This App does not work. I can open it but cannot Access anything. Don't waste your time with this.

There is a severe issue with loging in, I know my credentials are correct however it will not allow me to log in.

Always fails to login. Error message: unknown error. Never worked on my Samsung Galaxy S9

Had to create a new account, but nothing shows up? No options to add courses...nothing.

My credentials are correct but it says they are incorrect, urgent action must be taking quickly to address this. Thanks

Terrible..App is not Working ón Samsung Galaxy phones....they did not test in all possible phones?
