I bought the pebble watch about a year's or two ago and never had problems with it. maybe the battery didn't last on it but that's no big deal. I stopped using it for a while and when I started back up again my app didn't allow me to sign into my account. when I hit sign in it just brings me to a blank black page that shows a mini Android on the top and that's it. please fix this so I can sign in and customize my watch!!
Somehow, I couldn't connect my Pebble 2 to my phone (Samsung S8+). I tried resetting the watch to factory, but when the app tried to update it, I couldn't maintain a Bluetooth connection. Turns out it was my phone, somehow. I installed the app on an old phone and got the Pebble working again. Whew! I love this watch!
used to love the app and watch! recently the app does not allow me to download new watch faces leaving me with the two basic ones which I despise. I Attempted to email their "contact us"email address multiple times and the message, mysteriously, "could not be received" by the email address provided by their own website. very disappointed in the last few months, have had a pebble watch for a year now and have anyways had little glitches but this is my favorite function and it's not working.
When I go into the apps store it's just a blank page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's just the same. I still find the watch useful but very disappointed I've lost the ability to add extra features.
Have to download pebble alternate app store helper. That's the only way this works. 2 apps for 1 app to work. I was pissed. Like we get these new phones with memory, then BAM we got to use up the memory for additional apps. But this app works but you need the side app and FOLLOW the instructions with that alternate app.
App is not working properly, whatever I switch into page error and not even in website I can open the page is the developer of the pebble have been shutdown. Or the server is sleeping I had lots of health data saved and it's gone. None of the app are working and even the watch face
Now Pebble has stopped working what's the point. I know Rebble app gives you access to the Pebble apps. But you have to purchase the weather app. Which was free. I'm not paying £3.99 a month for that. So I've purchased a new Alcatel smart watch & it's 100% better than the Pebble time watch I had.
This watch is the best one still in 2018 . I used the kickstarter pebble, the pebble steel,pebble time and now the pebble 2 . The sad part is this is no more active . The app is quite good and interactive but no one know till when the support longs !
Won't connect to the net 98% of the time. I think I've got it to connect when I first bought this watch and since then I've uninstalled and re downloaded the app over and over and nothing I do can get it to connect and I've emailed them and received an email saying they can't be reached. Scam? Possibly
I had this app for the longest. It was a wonderful app. All of a sudden, it didn't work anymore. The watch faces and built in apps won't load. I DON'T understand. Its frustrating.
It was working great for a while and met my expectations for the price and usage. Since it started to show the error message, I got so annoyed and will switch to something else better!
I Love my Pebble Time Steal... but even with the rebble cloud alternative i am unable to reconnect my pebble with my phone... I tried every possible combination of unpairing on phone, on pebble, both, factory reset... but now my pebble just will not show up in the app? help!
Switched over to the LGQ7+ and wont let me change the watch face. It doesnt even show up to switch it to a military time watch face which i always use for work. Now I struggle.
I have managed to connect my watch via Bluetooth but the app will not let me login to an account. when i try there is just a blank screen and when i click on the app button it says it cant load due to an error some where. how can i change this?
This was a great app and great dumb smart watch. Unfortunately after Android 9.0, I could not connect to my watch anymore, making the whole watch useless.
Was really worried when I got a new phone and the Pebble app didn't seem to work! To get it to work you need to create a Rebble account then it all works again - hooray! I even got my old watch face back. So pleased!
Really enjoy this app, worked well for about months then had to reinstall it because it wouldn't connect to my WiFi anymore. But love being able to download cool, useful apps!
My pebble has only ever worked once! Doesn't connect to the app reset after reset and still don't work! Never wasting money on one again!
This new version of the app will not connect to my pebble time. Now i have a useless smart watch. thanks so much. will be sure to never buy a product from you again.
really disappointed, purchased a pebble watch and now I can't use it as the app won't allow me to log, so there's no connection, which means no notifications on my watch. what's going on?
Used to love this app! Phone did an update, now all I get is error pages and can't log into my account!! And now that I can't log in my watch is all messed up! 🤬🤬
I love my watch... Now the app doesn't work anymore. After I had to reset my phone the app doesn't work anymore. Please fix it!
The app is not working properly.It doesn't even load the account for users. This new updated version is bad. Please give the old version , the old version was quite nice....
The app logged me out and now I am not able to log in again. It shows a black screen with a symbol of Android on the top right corner of the screen and nothing works
I have no idea why the app is like this but I can't log in and since I can't log in I can do anything with my watch. this app is a waste of time go downloaded an older version.
I recently bought a new phone and then it is stopped pairing with my new Device. Worst experience from pebble as there is no customer support either.
another trash app that doesn't let you sign in and brings you to a blank black screen with a mini Android symbol one that can't sign into new account can't sign in at all.
I've had this pebble watch for almost a year and a half. Love it. Never had problems with it until the last 2 very recent updates to the OnePlus 5T OS. Either the Bluetooth is no longer compatible since it constantly disconnect after connecting my watch to my phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the pebble app. It doesn't allow me to log into my account and even view more options through the app online such as more watch faces. It just gives me errors like no internet. Help.
