This app was radically "revised" a few months ago - changing it from very functional to IMPOSSIBLE to use (literally!!) After I write this review, I will be completely uninstalling this app. PS - PECO Customer Service is 100% automated and of no assistance on this or anything else.
Incorrect data displayed in the app. The app is telling me I'll be charged $211.91 but the bill screen in the usage tab is telling me it should be $64.84
Password doesn't work randomly then app locks me out. This has always occurred intermittently even with the old app. Wasting time trying to log in and making phone calls to customer service which usually advises me to delete and reopen an account... Come on Peco you can do better...
From 5 stars to 1. Not happy. Third month in a row, the app attempts a 2 step verification then boots me out. Done. App no longer works at all. I then Go obline. It says my accout, that I've had for 2 years, doesn't exist. Even if I try to pay by acct #. "Doesn't exist." If I hit pay as guest, my acct # comes up w/ my address & amount due but not my name. HELP ME PECO! PLEASE HELP!
I been with the Peco app for about a year now l. Before, it was so easy to login, review my bill balance, & show my wattage usage. After the update, the app stop working....It keeps asking me to sign in & pass.....then once you do that it keeps giving multiple security numbers & still no login. But I do continue to get error & a blank screen....Peco please, fix this so I can continue paying my bill via.apl.
Try to sign into the app takes me to the website. Sign into the website it tries to open in the app and just doesn't.
They recently changed the app and it's horrible. It use to display projections on your bill, have tabs and charts about usage, have tabs about four or five categories. Now it highlights outages and billing. They took out so much of the valuable information that some users need.
Constantly loses my login information and I have to reenter my username and password each time I use it.
Doesn't show the account balance, unable to open pdf file to view bills.
Very easy to use. Love the usage information and how easy payments are.
Making payments are super easy with this app. I dont know how people paid bills without this. I love the option to pay as much as the minimum amount or maximum. I can see what we use each month, when our usage changes and how much without guessing through paper bills. Its amazing extremely helpful and it sends reminders so you never miss a payment. All in my favorite place my phone and tablet.
100% hassle-free! Takes me 2.5 seconds to pay my bill and get a confirmation number! I see some reviews say they have to pay a convenience fee but that's only if you use debit card info, instead if you use your bank account and routing number there is $0.00 convenience fee, which I do not understand the difference but whatever I guess.
Great app I really love it. The only thing I have problem with is the convenience fee it incurs when making payment, which I think must be eliminated in the future. Because I don't think it makes sense to be charging struggling customers an extra fee who barely pay their bill on time. So to even attract more customers to resort to the on line payment which is convenience, safe precious time and minimize the use of papers which is healthy for our plant, is imperative to wave the convenience fee.
I tried to reset my password 10 times after the last phone upgrade and the new app install. It does not advance after you put your new pw in the second field. It's so frustrating.
Had to call PECO helpline to get login to work. The young lady who helped us was great though!
They're moving backwards. They re-added a useless landing page to the app prior to login. The password reset function doesn't seem to work on the app, either. Password requirements are way too restrictive and i had to go to the website to update my password because it wouldn't work on the app. That was 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
It was a good app before this stupid up date. I can't pay my bill or do anything because it just keeps wanting me to put my email /password in. Sends me a verification code then just loads. Doesn't work at all. This is total bull$h!t.
Amazing all I have to do is tap a button pay. Hands down one of the best online experiences. Customer service is friendly and always helpful
If I could I would rate less than 1 star. It's pretty bad when you add the right information and it tells you that something is wrong. I never had a problem with this before but now they have updated their system it's all messed up. You need to go back to the other way
It's an app. It works. I can pay my bill and see usage. Update: had trouble logging in with duckduckgo after update

I can't even log in & it keeps logging me out! I liked the older version! This step 2 verification security is so secure it won't allow the customer to sign in. PECO??? What is going on???
I just installed the latest update & 2 step verification. Tried countless times to sign in! Had to finally sign in via browser!
Go into the app "there is an update" go to google play store "no update available" go back to app "there is an update" uninstall reinstall same issue. Version 2.16.1
The app update around 2 months ago that enable MFA has caused issues with always having to log in
The update is awful, it keep rebooting over and over. It won't allow me to sign in.
I was trying to go in the app to report an outage. The app wouldn't let me in because I was using the un-updated version. So I had to download the new version well I cannt get the new version to download at all so I'm stuck in purgatory I guess.
Login with a password is prehistoric...biometrics are the way to go...start it and we can think about a better review
Update: The new login method is STILL atrocious and cumbersome! I basically use this app once a month to pay the bill. That's long enough that biometrics are useless because I have to go through the whole reauthentication process with a browser every time. There's almost no point in even having an app as I can login on the website and pay faster than using the app.
