I definitely recommend trying this. Student proved especially if you are assessing newborn & children in the healthcare facility or clinicals.
Favorites needs to be cleared and end user can set favorites easier.

I would prefer if the score is graded. Eg PS score for asthama you shd mention what range is mild moderate and sever
