Unusable. Every time I click on a restaurant it shows am error message, making it impossible for me to use the app. I am currently uninstalling it and using other similar apps, since the error has not been resolved in months.
Doesn't work with my credit card, which works in every other place in Uruguay. No help or interest on their side in figuring it out. I went so far as to hunt down their director of payments on LinkedIn to ask for help, after other channels failed, but nothing.
It used to be reliable but after a few short months in my town, they started f.... up. Have been forced to ask taxis to pickup my orders. If there are no drivers available put a note on the app. A friend and I are trying to figure out what to eat. On my app a restaurant says closed for today in on hers it says it opens at noon. FIX THE MOFO BUGS ALREADY! And now you kill my account?
There is no filter in the search to find gluten options. If you enter gluten free as a text search returns any restaurants regardless the filter. And many of the gluten free options are no longer available.
I understand for some products to request an age confirmation but the app always asks for it while I go through the app and it's very annoying, even when I'm just ordering food..
The absolute worst food delivery app. There is no support. I waited over 2 hours for some cold pizza and it seems like nobody cares. You're better off using Ubereats because if that happens, they'll refund you immediately. Even Didi is better than this garbage app. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I've been using the app and I can say this app has the longest waiting time of all time. It takes an average of 1 hour to get your food. Today I received a coupon when I tried to redeem it, it said it wasn'tavailable. They are sending coupons that don't even work.
Terrible app. Tried multiple times on different phones to use and every time it tells me I am using an invalid number format. I have looked into every way I could to fix and nothing works. I know exactly what my number is and it's working just fine. If you are a tourist planning a trip to Punta Cana good luck with this terrible app.
Been using the app for a while, and honestly is the only delivery method I use. Have had about 20 delivery all the way through, some of them with issues. Some of them because of the delivery or the food status but I mean I can't argue. Wish I could get more coupons, I know people that haven't had not even 5 deliveries and they have tickets all the time, which it's strange 'cause I've made more deliveries and continuous, however the whole app is right and it's features.
Everything about the experience is awful, would never recommend it. Sometimes offers seem attractive but they fail to deliver on estimated time, customer support is awfully disappointing. The app is unbearably slow and buggy
Lousy. Bad quality coding. It is unpredictable, works only in good weather.
The worst service possible in my city. It's out of service 50%of the time. Ridiculous, I've used several times and my ratings have been good,but the last month it has been a real pain.
They cancel orders and never give your money back. They also don't refund missing items.
Service is fine, but the app itself is terrible. It gets stuck way too often, had to make the same order 4 times before I could complete it because the app crashed every time. I'm going to have to start using other delivery services if this goes on.
App worked once. So for that you get one star. as soon as i got my first coupon the app would no longer open. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it twice with no luck. I sent an email and have not had any response with a solution. Very poor exwperience.
Terrible, they don't have a proper customer service contact. Just automatic question that don't solve or answer your questions.
Awful registration process, asking for confirmation of credit card which was just added as a payment method, buggy mangment of the cart, misleading promotions and cancelations after order.
This application is useless, I can't pay with a credit card, I prefer to go to the store and pay myself and the ticket is cheaper
I ordered from a shop in Panamá and they only delivered 3 of the 6 items I ordered. Also, I opted to pay by card, but they asked for cash at the door. So many items don't have photos and when I asked the store owners why, they said that the photo upload doesn't work. I can't wait for Uber Eats or similar to arrive in Panamá.
I live in a city where almost all food places work with this app but when I open the app just one or two places appears
Drivers in Concepcion, Paraguay are rude, lazy and unable or unwilling to follow simple directions. The support is useless, peddling lies and closing chats without resolving issues.
I have been waiting for the order for thee hours. When I asked the support what happend they just cancelled my order.
Horrible customer support! I have a food allergy. It was clearly noted in the order and the restaurant ignored it. Their support offered an option of resending the food which was great. After waiting 15 minutes for them to take care of things on their end I was notified that they would not resend, but instead would offer me a credit. The credit didn't even take into account that I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. I definitely recommend using UberEats as they have great service.
Terrible user experience. Too many problems with orders, such as incorrect orders, missing items or just outright not arriving (yet marked as "delivered" on the app). Customer service is very bot-like, also terribly slow. While they give you the money back, they don't refund all of it, and they do it with in app coupons (meaning you can't use it anywhere else). This is a bad practice of tying users down to a specific solution. They give no info at all about the deliverers (delivery men), no way to contact them. It's been said that these people turn off their internet connection (so they don't appear on map/chat) and steal the orders, hence it never arriving as mentioned earlier. In cases like this, they don't seem to consult with the deliverers when you contact Customer Support, it's always the "Here is a coupon!" strategy. The only good thing you could say about it (which is actually more of a curse than a blessing), is the fact that since they apparently have low fees compared to other solutions (solutions which I have not had problems with), restaurants seem to choose this over others, and just this, giving clients no other option.
One of the worst delivery apps I used. They don't really have persons who shop for us. They shop expired products, deliver goods with no care at all, and when we try to reach out to customer support, they keep switching agents and we have to keep repeating our concerns. NEVER USE THIS APP!!!!
