Peekaboo Moments: Baby Journal

The app is great but the inability to export or download is concerning. I'm not going to save my family's memories in an app that may not exist in a few years. If they provide the ability to export a summary every month or so, then I will happily subscribe.

Loved this app until that more than doubled the cost without notice. I started paying 11.99 or something a year or maybe a small monthly fee and then all the sudden it was 29.99 all at once without notice. Now I get warnings daily that if I don't renew I'll lose everything. It hasn't even backed anything up in over 6 months anyways, so I guess I was paying for nothing. Yes I will be sad to lose what's on here, luckily most of its backed up elsewhere. False advertising and shady tactics

It works for me for 6 years with the pictures of my grandchild but since one month ago I can not see the pictures of him. I had been asking Peekaboo managers what it is happening and I have been doing what they say that I have to do but the problem is not solved. Sorry to write this because it was good until now

The app used to be good. I understand now having to pay for storage. I cannot understand the loss of functionality. It used to have a great option to download a review album with the comments. No bulk dowload options available now. I may as well use google photos. I believe this is just a ploy to make it hard to download data and close the account. Also just discovered about the security breach in 2020. The companies responce is wholy to blase. Not taken seriously enough.

I like the app and think it has really good potential but I get plagued by error notifications whenever using the app. Also, I liked that I could have a shortcut for each of my children's album on my home screen but that option seems to have disappeared now. I do like the look and feel of the app though when it is behaving.

I love this app and talk about it to others. Installed it when my child was almost still a baby, so uploaded lots of memories. Unfortunately I lost my phone and installed it on a new phone. But I seem to have lost all previous uploads due to inability to access my original peekaboo moments account. Help!! Those memories are really needed and important. Thanks

I have used this app for years and loved it. I recently logged in to find ALL of my content GONE! All of my children's profiles have been deleted but 1. I have lost all of my pictures, letters, everything!

I've been trying to add my wife to the app via code link as we don't have Facebook but the invitation request doesn't come into my app at all. The bottom of the app on android is overlaid over the 3 menu buttons and you can't split them so the bottom of the app is unusable. All in all totally unusable if I can't even invite anyone! Edit: I've obviously tried the ID before, the request never comes through. After the latest update, the ID has disappeared from the invitation screen too.

Nice concept but key features removed after years of use. I signed up for this because you could download all the content anytime you want if you wanted to back it up. But I've reached out to the customer service team several times and they just keep saying that is not available now you can only download per day...which would take me too long to even attempt since I've used this so much for years, even paid for VIP! False advertising, not happy.

The app is nice, well laid out, the date serch function is cool. Good to have a safe place everyone can come to for viewing pictures rather than clogging up the familys phones! The gift shop doesnt work, which is a shame as the have beautiful looking stuff. When you contact the app they just say its a paypal problem causing it, no help and nothing done to try to help, which is weird as paypal works fine everywhere else, ever, ha-ha. Otherwise very happy and glad to have used for nearly 2 years!

I loved the app and how it is easy to use and for other family members to see pictures without sending them individually. However, it doesn't work for a low-budget family, with only the 1G free storage. Unless you have the money for it, there's only about 12-18 months of storage to use. Just keep it in mind... it's free until you use 1G of storage (for me, my baby was 6.5 months old when I used my gig, posting about 1-5 pictures almost daily)

This app was great, until I realized after using it for several months that you only get a limited amount of space. After you have used your free available space, they relentlessly remind you that you need to upgrade your memory package. In the middle of using my phone this app would randomly open up and tell me I need to upgrade. It got to the point that I uninstalled the app and will not be using it again nor recommending it to my friends or family.

I love this app if i knew about this app 2 years before I would completely down load it and start my daughters life journey every single bit of what they accomplished. what I like about it is that they put all your pictures in order so I thought that was cool. So now I am definitely starting to record all of their pictures and save them here.. even though I am a little late for my 2 year old. but I love this app! I love it!!!!!!❤❤❤❤

The interface is exactly what I wanted, but how to pay a VIP account forever, if I cannot back it up or access it without a VIP account? Do I need to pay for 18 years and then loose it all? Edited: thanks for the answer, but if I cannot backup my data, it means I need to pay forever, or all my kids memories will be lost. I am not sure that's reasonable. What if you get hacked? What if your servers (I hope cloud based ) get bare metal issues? We need a backup strategy to use your app at ease.

Blocked use until I upgraded storage, did that, still blocked, sent numerous messages and emails with proof of payment, 1 reply saying they'd look into it, no further replies, still blocked. Saved loads of irreplaceable pictures of our little girl on it but can't access it. I've come back to edit the review, they finally fixed it and is working again, with today's technology I expect things to happen much quicker but they came through eventually and fixed it. Thank you

I love the app. Its easy and keeps all of my son's memories and milestones saved. The only issue I have is with the uploading sometimes not working even with a perfect signal. The app will say unable to connect to host

Nice idea. However Photos and videos are always slow to upload until it stopped uploading anything this year. It prompt me to download a Huawei sevice app that's not available in my region via app store. Not sure what's the point of downloading an app you cannot use when the other app required for this to work is not available in the region.

I love this app. At first I was using google photos to store everything but it was very cluttered. I like that this app is more of a journal so you can see your child's development over time. It's completely worth it to pay for the vip package after the trial period so you can continue to use it. I do see that other users have complained about not being able to bulk download and I hope that is addressed soon because I would hate to lose this data if the company closes in the future.

I started this app in 2015 and got a new phone and forgot all about it. I recently logged back in and it said I needed to upgrade for storage. It said I could upgrade 3 for the price of one. Which I did and it only upgraded one and doesn't even let me see the other pictures on the other kids. Please tell me how I can resolve this. I really wanted to gove this 5 stars it was one of my favorite apps before now.

We heard about the app from a co-worker before the baby arrived and it has been helpful to have a platform that is specifically for friends and family to get the latest updates, pictures, and videos of our little one. No more asking for photos by the grandparents, they can stay as up to date as we are and can write future letters to the little one to open later. It would be beneficial if the search function could be used for keywords but we'll keep our fingers crossed that comes at some point.

I loved it until they block my account when it exhausted free spaces. It's not fair to block completely all the sudden. I wish they made it clear that it will be required to subscribe eventually. I would change to another app.

I'm not able to figure this app out. It couldn't recognize the different kids. Then once uploaded, I couldn't find the photos anywhere. Shouldn't be such a frustrating experience. Uninstalled.

I love that I can put just a few of the best pics of my little boy in one app, instead of having 1000 in my gallery. my favorite part is when I'm loading pics, the app tells me which are already loaded. i do wish that storage was unlimited. i'm too cheap to buy more. at least for the price they're charging.

Same problem as many other long time users are having. LOVED the app for 7 years, in the beginning it was COMPLETELY FREE UNLIMITED storage. I redownload it on a new device to find out it requires $29 payment or threatening to delete all of my beautiful memories in only 30 more days. What is wrong with you people, don't you want to keep your users? Horribly unfair esp during these hard times, you could at least offer a discount to long time users and should lower the price overall. $29 TOO MUCH

It pops up telling me to see what my son was like a year ago, I open the app and the normal timeline is displayed. This didn't use to be the case, what happened? Looks like it needs more work. I liked it better when I first downloaded it. It doesn't show what its suppose to, I have to scroll all the way to the memory. I don't like that.

Great app, and keeps my daughters pics well organized.I'm just disappointed on the space limit. It was going to be better if they had a fixed fee for unlimited space or sale 100G at a certain price , not this yearly or Quarterly thing.
