I had a really bad experience with customer service. They refused to refund me an accidental purchase. Somehow I was able to hit a button, a large amount for tips, without being prompted to put in a password as it normally does. Surely it's a bug and easily fixable. I had immediately emailed the support to refund me what's left in my virtual wallet (I bought coins) at the very least. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience." . Nowadays, this type of customer service is unacceptable.

New update=broadcasters don't get paid. No more tipping in real money, now the only option is coins, which is a drastically low minimum compared to the previous minimum tip of $1. Also, messaging system doesn't work and hasn't worked since March, as mentioned in another review. Also, you can't kick creeps out of your broadcast in this point in time which needs to be changed.

Inbox has literally never worked. Now it's dissapeared completely and is only viewable to OTHER accounts who log in on my phone...but not my own. Seems like a security breech. I've been emailing for 2 months now to get it fixed, the automated emails garuntee a response in 2 days or less, I've yet to hear back. But peeks is happy to keep taking an unreasonably large commission out of my tips. I'll be moving to twitch this is bs.

App is not bad. However the upload photo feature has disappeared, no inbox or message option at all, cannot comment or chat with anyone, keep getting a message saying "you don't have permission to chat" on every stream. Have emailed support numerous times and they don't so much as respond regarding the issues.

This app is complete garbage that Google should remove from their play store. There used to be a time when you could buy coins via Google Play Cards and pre paid Master or Visa cards. Now you can't. They insist that you link a regular credit card or debit card to your account which is dangerous to say the least. I've heard of people on that app missing money from their accounts. They don't pay their broadcasters either. This has turned into a scam site with continued questionable tactics.

I love this app, only downside, I can't message people anymore. I also can't withdraw the tips I've made either. As for messaging, I use to be able to message others. I still get notified that I have messages but I can't find them or respond back at all, even if I click on the notification. I use to be able to but now that setting is gone. I have no idea how to get it back. Would rate 5 stars but one of main features of this app is missing completely from my account.

Great app, pays out really fast, everything is legit, received my first payment within 24hrs, only thing is inbox messaging doesn't work, perfomers are great, 5stars because they actually pay you which is extremely important to me, download and give it a try, truly a one of a kind app with Nothing similar to it on the market, unique, fun, and most importantly they send the money directly to your bank account, an update is needed but I won't rate it lower because of that, it completely delivers.

Not a fan. The ux is terrible in this app and is extremely slow A notification everytime I end a stream, seriously? A notification before I enter a stream, seriously? Lacks the ability to scroll through streams without closing one down. Don't even get me started on the Web version, I could keep going all day.

I'm trying to withdraw my money and I've submitted my ID multiple times within a span of two weeks. I still can't withdraw.Y'all need to make everything clear about platform fees and fix a fee that was higher than normal because that didn't make sense it was steady charge then a higher upcharge than normal and my Stars have been the same. I love this app. I earn money. I have fun. This app made me feel more at ease on camera. When I first started. I had message icon. Now I dont see the icon. Im updated. Ive deleted and redownloaded. Still I have no message icon. I am a top earner but cant chat with my fans. Thats the only complaint I have.

EVERYTIME i try to live stream or even add a video it keeps saying select a rating BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME SELECT A RATING AT ALL!!! i even updated the app and same thing.. this has been going on for MONTHS!! please fix.. i tried waiting for a newer update and i thought The recent update would do it but nope.

this app was good but the payout method is bad people aren't getting paid and it's crazy. alot of the broadcastes feel that the old payment method was better. we got are money faster and didn't have to wait extremely long.

Won't let me withdraw!!! App is saying I have a certain amount which IS NOT TRUE. I have $124 and I'm trying to withdraw $100 which is the minimum now! It says I only have $117 which isn't true, I had that 2 days ago and made more to try to withdraw! So the app is lying about my amount. I'm practically making more money for THEM since I can't even have it. I worked hard for my money and I want it. This is wrong!!!

So this app actually works I've had it for a few months and I've read reviews showing the people never get paid well I'm here to tell you that it works u actually get paid but its a long process omg. So every tip you get they process that tipper for 45 days then once you get $100 in tips then you can request to witherdrawal but you don't get it instantly you gotta wait another 45 days for them to process that. I just now got paid myself. I give this app only 3 stars because you wait so long.

I have been a broadcaster on Peeks for about 4 years.My streaming name is AlwaysCrystal.I have had nothing but problems from the platform.You have no chat ability unless you make $50 in a month or buy a coin package.I can not make withdrawals because it will not allow me to add my checking account. My checking account does not have a p.o box as per your rules but I still can not add it to my account.I have tried for 3 weeks to contact Peeks support to no avail. Fix your platform and app!!!!

Lag...Lag...Lag... I kinda hate being redirected to a website when I have a client sitting on my device. Also, how do I figure out the dollar value for the coins being charged....I would rather like to know upfront what am I spending rather some number of coins... The patch is 100% better. Installed it without a hitch.

Only 1 star because the app doesnt save the password and signs you out if you arent in it and when you try to sign back in it says the pass is wrong it needs to be fixed

If this application wasn't bad before its ABSOLUTELY WORSE now. Now to see 18+ content you have to jump through aggravating confusing hoops to update the app directly from PEEKS SOCIAL now not through GOOGLE PLAY STORE. The steps are completely confusing and aggravating not to mention SUSPICIOUS. Just not worth it anymore to even use this app... UNINSTALLED for me.

Not good. MONEY driven. Want to say 'thank you' to a broadcaster in the message box? BUY some coins!! OK. One British Pound should buy $14. But you only offer $8.50. What a rip off. I ain't here to make greedy developers and Google more money then they will ever need.

Update; They seem to have got a new pay out system which I'm very pleased with. Cash out actually came the next day. I will be waiting a week to go back to the app and will return to leave 5 stars if this is the new normal. Over all very pleased with the new cash out timing.

Now they've introduced an "upload photos" button. And as soon as you hit it the app crashes.... still need to make it an option to download our content or save to disk as we stream. Down 1 star

I could rate minus -10 if you are trying to make money on this app you will work hard and never get your money, for me it's 8 months no payment they have more than 3,000 USD I started end of last year.. so they will pay you your first 2 cash outs if you are new to make you believe that it's legit then you will never receive your money...

Can't Register. Won't let Register a name just keeps saying it it can only be letters and numbers and 3 long. Even tried typing random letters and numbers.
