Peel Mi Remote

The concept of this is really good and you feel actually better when you use it for the first time but after setting up your set up box frequency. It works for about one day and then it starting crashing down. Actually, not crashing it is like you have to set up the box again. Hope they change this minor bug so I can change my rating 🤞

I (somehow) managed to enter the configuration page of the app by randomly tapping the screen, but when you open the app, the loading screen doesn't go away, not until you run out of battery or your RAM memory says "cha-cha" and the phone freezes. There are no options, not even an app icon, just a single widget, and I start thinking, why not use Mi Remote, when that app is an actual app, not just a broken widget. If you fix your app, I'll be glad to check out all the settings and options.

Worked with my LG tv for a minute, but has little in terms of American devices (Roku, Frigidaire). I noticed it started behaving badly (e.g., system tray icon for no reason), so I disabled the tray icon, but I didn't feel comfortable and couldn't undo that. Then I somehow removed it from MIUI home screen (supposed to be impossible). It was apparently still installed though, as the widget worked, so I next "uninstalled" it using the Play Store. To be honest, I don't know if it's installed or not.

App is fine but so much intruding. It is giving a page of Advertisement everytime I unlock my phone. I have to wait for that Ad to load and then press back, then I am able to use my phone. So much frustrating. I am uninstalling the app. If you are able to correct the problem Mr Developer then reply me.

Suddenly full screen Ads! Data & WiFi OFF, still full screen ads! Keep scrolling. Does not work on Samsung, RCA or Hisence. Set up was much longer, than the worst of universal remotes. Keep scrolling, so many better & ad free!! If zero stars was available, I'd be at zero.

Conflicted with Mi Remote. Whenever I try to use Mi Remote, it redirect me to Peel Remote, asking to create room here and there and then become very unresponsive. Honestly, I was in a mess that I hardly understand what was going on. A shame, really. Because when it works properly, it actually functions really well.

Not only does this show ads when the app is not running, even if you uninstall the app the ads continue to pop up. This kind of behaviour should be illegal because the only way to escape the ads appears to be a factory reset.

Stop working after update. The doesn't open at all, If you click on the icon it goes straight to app settings. It was excellent before this. Worked with everything I tried and had a good widget.

This app is a battery hog and a culprit for my device. I do check the battery usage of this app and it's still running in background while idling. Even it has been forced close but the notification still remains there. I wonder if this app using our data from phone that keeps active in background.

Works fine but it has a bug that makes it to be present in the notifications menu without a message. If you open it nothing happens and the notification remains there, so weird.

the ideia is nice to connect with the tv provider, but doesn't work.... why just add the controls of cable box in the regular app!!! this app mess up my alarms, it will make a alarm notification every 5 minutes... JUST PUT THE CABLE BOX CONTROLLER IN THE REGULAR APP, THAN IS PERFECT

There's a bug in this app that keeps an alarm clock icon on the notification bar. I already tried to disable the app notification, but Everytime I open the app, the alarm icon shows up

so weird. mi remote works fine stand alone. peel adds room creation. room creation does appear in mi remote. its like the two apps are disconnect ed. with peel i cannot just add remote...force to add service provider...

1 star for the concept. The app itself needs reworked. It doesn't ever load, it just has a loading wheel that spins round and round. I'll just not be lazy and get my remote, much simpler task

In my y3 this remote didn't work properly. So I cleaned it's cache and data and pressed uninstall. So I thought that it's built in app it would be disable and I would enable it . Now it shows only uninstall and I can't find it my home screen and when I search it on play store and it shows only uninstall no way to open. So what is the way to open

Installed this app but can't open, it's listed in setting apps with no option to open there and other than going to setting it's I can't see it any where else on my phone. Bizarre and waste of time

started popping ads on every screen after a few days, even when the app was not being used. even turning off notifications for the app did not help.

The app has a huge bug its only getting install but it does not appear in phone or not even its icon is shown in the phone.... this bug need to be fix as soon as possible..

Really needs improvement as it crashes frequently. It is showing the icon in the status bar even if I close the app which is really annoying.

There is no option for opening the app... Not on play store neither it is showing in phone although it is showing installed in play store... Even Mi remote control which is default in my phone doesn't have more than 1 option for my Vu TV 😑

Was a great app, then they decided to stick in a load of adverts, that pop up during use and after. They even appear when not even using it. Avoid.

Randomly started getting full screen adverts popping up from an unknowning source, even when I have not even used app or associated app, which appear for good reason. Unistalling.

It's really good app work for me you don't really need tv code to setup the device or the model of all the TV and all the Device you just need to download the peel mi remote control tv app the best one you can get.
