PEFCU Mobile Banking

When this app works; it is one of the better credit/ banking app. But lately I just can't log in even with two different phones. Maybe an issue with Android or pixel phones ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Frustrating App to use. Apparently it refuses to work on WiFi at all. Couldn't sign in. Called customer service and they suggested that I try to turn off WiFi and use mobile data and it worked. They said my Wi-Fi must be too slow, but that's not the problem. I'm streaming HD video on WiFi with no issues. Still refuses to work on WiFi and I've tested my WiFi connection several times. Wish they would fix this and if it's a known issue it would be nice if they told you instead of getting frustrated

App no longer allows me to log in. Say no new devices can be added, when I have used this device with the app before. Now only way for me to check balance is online.

Horrible!!! I can never get into my app. It is always having some type of technical difficulties. I am blessed that I haven't needed gas or something else in an emergency because I can't even get in the app to see how much is in my checking or savings accounts. They also limit you with YOUR OWN funds when it comes to money apps such as Zelle and Cash app, etc. I would never recommend this app OR bank to anyone!

Only allows a limited amount of logins before you have to call them and have them reset the token amount. Useless. Doesn't work after update to Pie. Not only does it not work, but it locks up my phone. 5 stars before. Now 1. Now back to 5 stars. They have fixed the issue. Thank you!!

Horribly inconsistent. Have been unable to check balances many times for hours at a time. Clearing data and reinstalling won't fix it. Edit: New version gives an error 500 at PIN prompt. Still unusable.

Update: Thank you for the information!! I spoke to Michelle and she talked me through the temporary fix!! A+ customer service! The app will not open at all. I have been trying for five days now. I tried changing my password, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing. What is going on?

App won't log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled and app just says please wait and doesn't load in

Fantastic except it keeps freezing when I take a picture of the back of my checks. Please fix!! This is the whole point of having the mobile deposit app.

Have never had trouble with this app till I tried to reset my password. Now I cannot log in at all. Have called about it for help and still can't get into my online account. I have bills to pay and NEED to be able to see what's hit and what has not.

App needs an update, having a hard time accessing my info through the app. It just spins but doesn't load anything.

please help me download this app!! I need to make deposits asap and its driving me crazy. Am I doing something wrong? I have never had any issues with this app on my iPhone. It helps make banking easier. However I'm new to Samsung phones. Please help

Unable to sign into app for 3 days can't check balance or pay bills..maybe I should just move my money to a different account/bank...contacted bank there was nothing they could do ...are they going to reimburse me for late fees when I can't pay my bills ??

Always works! Works quickly! Account info is always up-to-date and app is super easy to use.

Fails to detect accurate deposit amount. When that happens you have to drive to the Branch... huge inconvenience.

App stopped working, highly disappointed, no solution in sight! On hold,...they've heard of no problem, say it must be my phone, they obviously skipped the below reviews!!! Not happy! :-(

A terrible app. Unable to deposit check via app as the system is again updating. This app works half the time. Another reason why pefcu is just not practical.

NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL STAFF TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO DISABLE MY ACCESS. THERE IS NO WAY TO RE-ENROLL WITH THE CURRENT APP. I HAD TO DELETE THE APP AND REINSTALL WITH NEW ACCOUNT INFO. HOPEFULLY THAT WORKS!!

I am getting EFX error 15500. May be I forgot my password and there is no help at the app. Most app has a link to reset password through email or texts, not in this.

UPDATE* I was able to successfully reinstall newer version and it works as well as it did before! ‐---------------------

I haven't had any major issues. Now if I could just get the PEFCU cards app working again!

New phone, same old problem connecting to the app until I turn off wifi!! Very frustrating !! Please fix

Very convenient and helpful in so many ways... i just wish the Branch had a deposit window.

Very upsetting. The app won't open. Ever since the 1/8/20 update I cant access it.

Love being able to check my account and transfer funds with complete ease while out and about.

I've never had an issue with the app until today, it keeps saying request limit reached and won't let me log in
