Should be no star, the apps price forecast was different from the teller "KCP PETAMBURAN" the teller will give less then what the apps stated, The teller also said they only preffered gold rather than electronics, if thats the case just delete the forecast price or better yet delete this app it has no use, app is not recomended

Before, like in the mid of 2018, this app was really good. Works well, stay log-in all the time, works really fast! But now, the app is getting lame!! Please fix it up guys. In the pandemi season like this, we can't go directly to the pegadaian's office, all transaction needs to be online. But if the app doesn't support the needs, how are we going to deal with the transaction?

It is my first time using this app, and i have a terrible experiences. First I have paid the first deposit for the administration, but the status is still not updating, still waiting for the payment. Then i paid it (again) with the same virtual account code, then the account active. But later on, when i open the app, i found that the account and the balance disappeared. Make me distrust in using this app, I mean it have a fatal flaw.

I've been using your apps for a year, It is just fine until I updated it to the last version. Every time I try to add money for my gold balance, fill the detail, but, when i click "selanjutnya" it never gives me the payment detail instead white screen (blank). I've tried to go to apps management and clear cache but nothing change. Please fix it, quickly

Actually at first it's so diificult just to register my banking account to this apps. Then when it's done, everything seems normal but then my balance suddenly dissapeared. Then it comes back, then suddenly my banking account was blocked. I tried to contact the wa number in the apps, both didnt answer or even response. I think it's better the old wa numbers they are quite responsive than these two new CS number. Please fix this

It was a very good app in the beginning, but it turns out to be annoying these days. My login info keeps expired so that I need to log in anytime I open the app. It didn't work this way previously. Hope it could be fixed soon. I think the previous version before the last update was better.

Many errors happened without information. The worst is, I created gold saving account, I did a payment, I got success notification through sms and once I returned to the app, it's still requesting me to create the account; there is no fast response contact service. I got no reply from email. I got slowresp on WA CS. So, please repair your system. This is my problem ticket 4652958, please update the status @cspegadaiandigital.

Ridiculous apps, "akun diposes max 3x24 jam", the fact is almost 1 month and no sign of being processed. CS can only suggest to wait. What an useless in-app feature for upgrading premium account. Cannot do transaction to bank account if not upgraded to premium account, so i wouldn't recommend using gold saving feature in this app because it cannot upgraded anyway using the apps in this pandemic situation.

I can't receive SMS for OTP, i have been trying 3 times to resend for OTP but i didn't get any text message. I recheck again my number if it's wrong but all correct. So i don't know what's wrong with this application ? I can't register until now. Just wasting my time. I'm gonna delete this application.

Very bad performance app, I wish Pegadaian Digital improve this app bacause I couldn't even register for an account and then I tried to register through web but, everytime I submit it says "proses gagal, terjadi kesalahan jaringan" ok then I tried using different line and in the different time but, still it won't work. I was so excited and wanted to start investing here but, with how bad the start part of this digital platform service are,then I don't think to trust my money here furthermore.

My sister downloaded this app first because she wants to saving up gold. She already use the app for about 3 months and i've never seen her struggling with it. It's really easy to use. She can always check the gold's sell & buy price anywhere and anytime. So when she got the price that she wants, she can go to the Pegadaian Officie right away to buy the gold. I've downloaded it too now, and this app is very helpful if you really know & understand how to use it 👍

The purchase agreement cannot be downloaded whether from apps or email notification. Tried all contact number listed on website and application, yet theres no luck, even better, the phone numbers are invalid! It already took me IDR 6 million. Why creating an application if its still unable to ease or secure any transaction??? Shouldn't a state owned company be any accountable????

I tried to open "buku tabungan emas", already paid, but couldn't buy gold. I asked the issue with callcenter via WA, still error. They advised me to visit branch office. I visited it the next day, but they told me that they can't do anything about it and advised me to check with customer care via WA. I knew it won't get any better from this moment. I text customer care via WA, and told everything what happen from beginning, and they advised me to visit branch office. What a joke..

This app is not good, just for the beginning. After 1 or 2 month, this app can't be accessed eventhough have updated with the new version. I think the problem is not with this app but the company doesn't want to spend the money with providing a lot of ports. Based on the reviews , customers do not satisfy with this apps.
