App is not working on latest update!!!! Still can not buy tickets from app. Even your comments does not fix. Halen bilet alınamıyor hocam sadece internetten. Acı çektim burada.
I am not able to login to my account with my phone number from Latvia. It shows incorrect mobile phone number when it's correct from the website login. I was advised "Hi, in order for us to help you with your request please fill in the form on "Write to us" section on our app.", but there is no form on "contact us" section and there is only phone support.
App is broken. It is impossible to log in. The app only allows 8 digits for US phone numbers. American phone numbers are 10 digits. 🤦🤦🤦
This company is stealing money and scamming their customers in plain sight. Customer support is awful. My flight was cancelled on 13.03.2022. Today is 06.05.2022 and I still didn't receive my money back due to "certain difficulties". They are just ignoring all of my messages and requests. I saw many other users experienced the same. Money are stolen and they are doing dirty business. Please be careful and beware this company.
Often when you type destination it just loses info, then you have to do it again. It could be way way better.
I learnt from friends that you do provide good service . They have been to Turkey with you and they like it. INSHAALLAH, I will book through pegasus without hestation.

This is an awful app! It looks pretty, & promises to make everything easy, but does not work properly when you are just trying to log in or do anything. It just waits and waits and nothing happens. Nor is it possible to register on the BOLBOL feature, because the phone number field doesn't allow any other prefix number! So don't bother with it! Mind you, their website doesn't work properly either (on any mobile browser) - so either way you're screwed if you wanna fly with them! Aghrrrr!
It doesn't save the boarding pass in order to use them while offline (as is the case in many airports, especially in Turkey where the company is) which make it completely unnecessary to install - assuming the reservations is made while online :). Many other app of other flying companies save the boarding pass automatically, here you need to print screen but unfortunately, you find out it didnt saved it the moment you need it and of course you dont have it... :). Funny though!!
Worst experience because of errors in loading prices for month please fix it
Dear developers, the app needs to do three basic functions: 1. book a flight 2. check in 3. show boarding pass. I use the airline app only when booking the flight and when I'm at the airport. I think everything's fine, I have the confirmation e-mail but just when I'm in a foreign airport I can't use the app because it requires download and install the updated version (=need internet connection) This is very basic common sense. Nobody expects to have your fancy graphics and calendar functions updates. Get the 3 functions right and don't require updates.
The app is beautiful to look at, it's great so far and user friendly as well. You are notified via phone call and sms before a flight is canceled or changed and will be effected as soon as u give a consent to the change.. Flight cost can change during booking process without notification though it doesn't happen very often but I guess that's just business strategy..The only issue with PG is baggage claim.. It takes forever sometimes, although this isn't app related. However so far so good.
worst airline ever. I had a connecting flight from Manchester to khi via istabul on 27/3/2022. 1st flight was delayed for unknown reasons then the 2nd flight was already gone. I had to wait 24 hours in istanbul because of their delay. I had to apply for turkey visa paid 62 USD fees which is not reimbursed by Airline yet.
Forcing me for update just before my flight even though last update was more than a month ago! Also, I couldn't select a meal and it was difficult to change my open tickets.
الأسعار رخيصة بعض الشيء، لكن عليك أن تدفع ثمن كل خدمة. حتى الوزن، وموظفو الوزن وقطع التذاكر غير متعاونين أبدا، لا سيما في مطار صبيحة، والمسافة بين المقاعد ضيقة ومزعجة. Prices are a bit cheap, but you have to pay for every service. Even the weight, the weighing and ticketing staff are very unhelpful, especially at Sabiha airport, and the space between the seats is narrow and annoying.
As the app it's not bad... useful... but what about Bol Bol points? That's work at all... doesn't work for me... regards

Very bad, stupid, and uggly application. Sounds like apps in early 2000s with very slow system response.
No internet no boarding pass, what a ridiculous app!! Be prepared if you dont have internet connection in the airport or the gate you won't be able to retrieve your boarding passes. This is a fundamental point of any flying app that boarding passes must auto download to use anytime! Clunky poor user UI. Budget airline budget IT team poor performance app.
Countless bugs on the app. For example, payments only work with turkish credit cards. It's a mess if you have open ticket or flex ticket and want to reissue. Today, even seaching for flights gives an error (when you're logged in to bolbol) Contacted and explained all the bugs several times, but the customer service feels uninterested and the bugs are not fixed.
Too frequent update and YOU FORCE PEOPLE TO UPDATE, we do not have to have free internet all over the world.
Please let us buy a ticket, app has error, single payment cannot be applied thus purchase cannot be completed
P.S. there is simply NO "write to us" section mentioned by developer... (Constant problems with extra luggage purchase. Tried day after day 3 different devices, both app and Chrome/Firexfox, incl. desktop mode of browser and even Win8 laptop, and tried different payment cards. Application just gives error on payment step - with desktop version even worst, twice money for extra luggage were charged from my cards already but still no extra luggage added into reservation, no any email)
Best app .. very convenient and useful. I changed my flight without penalty.. beside this there flight was on time.. I travelled from Manchester to bahrain via Istanbul.. no delay at all.. flying with them in future too...
I just bought extra weight for my flight. My bank charged me for it but I didn't receive any email nor is the app updated with the new extra weight.
I keep getting the error "Your calendar/graph information could not be loaded" when searching for flights with the option "My travel dates are flexible" checked, which makes the app completely useless for me, as I can't browse and/or buy tickets.
