App is clunky and just difficult to use. Most buttons are not responsive and require multiple attempts to get them to function. It can eventually work for you but it's completely frustrating to use. No knock on the overall quality of restaurant though. We really enjoy eating at our local Pei Wei and everyone in my family can eat there, which is always a challenge. The app needs some serious help though.

I've had one order cancelled because the app doesn't validate the phone number and they texted some random person who called and tried to cancel the order and get a refund on a different card. It takes twice as long as necessary to enter an order because nothing is in a reasonable place and the navigation was designed by someone who flunked UI and needs to go back to delivering pizza. The food is great, the company is very good, the app is a disaster. Edit: can't change invalid phone number.

I have never had an issue using the app. Yes, the presentation to select items is difficult, but that is because there are so many options. My main concern is that it does not notify me of any specials. I have to check my email for coupons and specials which I don't always do in time. If I got the notification instead of having to check my email I would probably ordered from them a lot more.

This app is a *very* poor user experience. The ordering process is needlessly tedious and complicated, and my banking app has a more intuitive user interface. Forces me to navigate up and down menu levels with no rhyme or reason other than apparent laziness on the part of the developer. It's a shame because there are some good designs. It just really lacks proper user flow.

App barely functions, the button to remove/add items to your order doesn't work and you have to constantly reload the screen to have it go through, the app constantly tells me that my phone number isn't valid even though I've ordered before and had the same number for years, and the promo/coupon codes never work. This app is heavily bugged and if you want easier access, better service, and cheaper prices just go use Panda Express.

Hands down the most confusing restaurant app I've ever used. Who knew that picking the small size of the orange chicken dish deletes the orange chicken? (That, or the explore employees completely forgot it somehow.) Also, the credit card scanner doesn't work at all and gives confusing feedback. Is the card too close? Too far? The disappearing and reappearing sides of the green box convey no helpful information.

This app is disappointing for today's technology. If you want to log in through Facebook and then decide not to there is no way to go back whatsoever so you have to uninstall the app and reinstall to get to the original main menu. When you forget your password it will send you a password reset in your email but it never comes I've been waiting for over 30 minutes in the parking lot of the restaurant waiting so I can order and I never got a email. Customer service is closed for the issue

I placed an order for pickup through the app, and my credit card was charged. When I arrived at the restaurant, they had no record of my order and said it would be over an hour wait. I asked to cancel/refund but they had no clue how to do it. The Pei Wei corporate office hasn't responded to my request through their contact form over a week ago. Finally had to call the credit card company to dispute it. Way too much hassle for a simple mobile order. Useless app and poor customer service.

So initially i liked the idea of the app, but now i get a notice tgat my points are expiring in a week. Thanks for the short notice but I would not have bothered with tge apo if I knew the points went bad so fast. Plus the fact that they have been earned over time but they all go bad at one time. Maybe I was mistaken to even bother eating here. Point of fact, this app is a waste of time unless you use it practically weekly.

Use this app all the time for curbside pickup. Food is always prompt and delicious! The app sometimes takes awhile to respond to touch and could use some updates, but ultimately works.

App is not nearly as intuitive or user friendly as some other national food chains. It is tedious to use. Given time could likely navigate through the process easier, but considering several other food apps I've used, this could use improvements.

If you dont redeem in time it locks the reward until the next day. I guess they do it on purpose. When I got to the restaurant, instead of using my reward, i had to pay. I was stuck in traffic. complete BS. Should be allowed to re activate the rewards if it expires before use, the same day.

Unreliable. Sometimes works , sometimes doesn't. Tried to place an order today based on an email offer and wasn't able to complete it. It wouldn't price the order multiple times and would not let me submit a zero price order. Went somewhere else instead

Pei Wei has excellent food. What first brought me to Pei Wei was there way better orange chicken. It really is way better, but when I first started going there the cost was only $5. Now it's over $9. I was told that the $5 price was just a promotion, even though it lasted two years. I have a hard time paying almost twice as much for the same amount of food. They also used to have really good crunchy sushi rolls, but have discontinued them, so that's why I gave it three stars.

Easy to use but buggy. I keep having to press buttons many times. I can see the image change with the press but nothing happens. Sometimes I select an entre and the menu colapses instead of making a selection.

Food takes for ever to deliver and when it shows up the order is wrong and the app does not give you an option for feedback or to notify them the food you received was less than ordered and incorrect. Not going back to the app or the restaurant. The food I did receive was worse than Panda Express food.

The app is fine. The delivery fees are ridiculously high. Bottom line is, drivers will miss out on tips as a result of the high delivery fees. The delivery charge should not cost MORE than the food itself. Period. By the way....uninstalling as I will not use it again.

All my points expired with no warnings or whatsoever. Yes, they can set the points with a short expiration period but it just kind of lost the motivation of every buying from them again when you lost all the points.

Love Pei Wei but what is wrong with your rewards system on the app? I just lost my free entree reward because I thought it was going to allow me to redeem it in a mobile order. It says I have an hour to get to the restaurant now and they aren't even open!! Frustrating to say the least.

Buy one get one free code is not working. Only applying it to one entree. Nothing on the coupon mentions limits, I've used it on multiple entrees before, and restaurant didn't have a clue. I tried app and I couldn't remove code to use a reward this is pointless I give up peiwei

I wish you would allow tipping. I know that the resturant business was hit hard, and I would like the option to tip. I would also like to be able to order and include an allergy to beef and pork and not just removed items.
