Can't get logged in. Critical Error. Wish it would work. Would be helpful. But can't get past the critical error. Have deleted app, and reinstalled. Still nothing.
horrible app!!! won't let me log in using my info...i was able to get into it earlier, but each page is blank...absolutely no use to me!
Horrible app. Every time I try to log in it won't take my pin. I get the message, "Critical Error" I deleted it and don't use it at all
Can't log in, after fighting with it for a while creating my login, I type in my PIN and I get the "critical error" message.
If I could give it zero stars, I would .... information never updates .... so pretty much 100% worthless!!!!!

The insurance is great. Had it for several years. The app is another thing. It doesn't work. Won't let you register. Keeps going back to security questions. It acts like I answered them wrong. HELLO, I AM TRYING TO SET THEM UP. If the app is sooo smart, it wouldn't have to ask for the security question answer because it would already know the answer.
If I could give it NO star I would. App is worthless. Won't even work at all on a Samsung Note 8 with all updates.
Pekin get your money bavk from this app. Worst app in the play store iD card foesnt work. Policy tab nothing on it. The sad part is that its been this way for about 2 yrs and they dont seam to care what else dont they care about
It promptly locked out my account. Now I wait for two days till the office opens. Haven't you read the majority of the other reviews? You should dump the writers, It makes you look pretty bad.
Unable to get my policy and ID card. It won't show anything

Difficult to get and stay logged in. Not intuitive. Not sure it is secure. Should have phone numbers rather than a call now button.
Doesn't remember my pin. So, I have to log out and log in each time.
Don't understand the need 2 allow any company into your media files and pictures 2 download an app

it is so bad that I spent 20 it's trying to set it up I got to the end and it would not accept my valid email because I had a hyphen in it. A hyphen is a legal email character. please don't waste your time. just wish I could give it to zero Stars.
