Requirements:
• VideoXpert requires version 1.9 or later

• Endura – requires v1.0 or later SM5200 System Manager; PTZ and Recorded video require v1.4 or later
• Pelco Aggregation
- requires v1.0 or above Pelco Aggregation server
• Pelco IP camera direct connection – requires Sarix firmware version 1.7.x or above
• Network access to the desired cameras and systems is required to view video feeds via Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection

I have to clear my cache and data every time I go to open the program. The app is a P. O. S. Not happy with it at ALL. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE UPDATE THE APP. THANK YOU!

Great free app..it's about a frame every 2 seconds but video looks good. Wish it had a digital zoom feature added.
On Android 5.0 and higher. Tried on multiple devices same result. Called Pelco two weeks ago and open a ticket with tech support....no word back. I've upgraded my Phone & Tablet to Android 6.0; uninstalled the Pelco Mobile app and reinstalled the app from the play store. Same results the live video quality is poor. I have installed the Pelco Mobile on an IPhone 6 & IPAD mini and video is clear.......very frustrating.
Why is Video stream and playback quality so bad. It's perfect on iphone.
Decent app, but needs improvement: On my Galaxy S3, I can connect to my SM5200 and view cameras, but do not get motion video, only static images. On my Nexus 7 tablet, I can connect to my SM5200 and see cameras, but only get the white camera icon with a red X through it when trying to view cameras. Both devices are on the same network. Very strange. Also, I don't see PTZ controls when viewing PTZ cameras.
Works on digital sentry system with sarix camera. Live video is good even over 3g. But does not have playback though, what the!
The app is decent but to only allow 5 connections at a time is ridiculous. Please update.

I am having problems in Iphone 11 Pro and IPhone 7 (ios14 both).The problem is when we click on ADD button the app freeze immediately and we can't configure it. Thanks!.
