App worked the first time I installed it but everytime after it force closes. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing changes. It seems like other people are experiencing the same issue, would it be so hard to post troubleshooting instructions for this instead of asking each person to contact you?
The app works for the majority of the time, however there is a frustrating issue. Information on checks is not shown when I select the transaction. The amount comes up and the "getting images" dialogue box is shown but the image never shows.
I would give 5 stars, but I'm tired of having to reset the password every couple of months. Fixing that would earn 5 stars. Even just giving us an option to disable automatic password reset would be great.
app keeps force closing, even after new update. I can log in once, but after that, the app wont open again. Ive tried emailing yall, but no response. Ive tried giving feedback, but no response and issue is not fixed.
Pelican Credit Union is a great credit union and the service is very excellent and the representative are very friendly and helpful. Take time to listen and solve any issue you may have. I highly recommend Pelican Credit Union to bank with. The mobile app is also great and helpful.
Very easy and straight forward user friendly app to use. Pelican is definitely by far the best credit union I have ever been with. Awesome customer service experience from the staff.

The dates move around. They say things posted on one day then the next day or so it moves to a different day. And the items are not listed as pending i find it to be a headache🤦🏾♀️
I love using Pelican State Federal Credit Union. The people there are always helpful and friendly. If, you have any problems they will do their best to help you. The app is easy to use and will shown in processing.
It a good app just wish I could control the notification on here and see how much each transaction I make is in the text. Besides that it's a good app.
Yeah my account info (i.e the routing number and account number for direct deposit.) Isn't on there and that's a problem. I shouldn't have to go up to my location to get that when I have the app.
The app was great and very useful, but now I'm getting a message to update the app. The app will NOT update! Very annoying 😒. I still love your customer service🙂
This credit union is the BEST... They are always willing to help in anyway they can. Have several resources to help you as a person with credit building and saving money.
I'm very disappointed lately because I can't use the app. I got a message to reboot my device and try again, but when I did it didn't help. I can't use it now even after I reinstalled it. :(
I think it is absolutely counterproductive to have to log into my account via a web browser to change my password considering that the app refuses to allow me to log in using the same password it takes to log in via the web browser in order to change the password to begin with. Allow me to change my password through the app when the 180 days lapse instead of making me go through hoops in order to log into my account. I should also be allowed to look at my account number instead of having to call

currently force closing on google pixel 2 xl. even after a reinstall the app will close instantly after booting up. honestly need this app back working.
it was working very well until recently now every time i try to log in it keeps saying "app keeps closing" and wint let me sign into my account. i think yall should update the app

A very bad app it will not allow u to sign in to your account. I tried 4 times it locks my account an will not allow me to reset password. I wish I could give it a 0.
The app was good for me at first but when I got paid last thrusday it wouldn't let me log into the app and I have no why has anyone else had this problem I still can't log in I have no clue how much money I have left of anything
Change of password always comes at the worst time. No warning given that you will need to change it soon. Debit card control problems.
Its telling me I need to update but it's not allowing me to do so. It just keeps spinning and my service is being interrupted. Why can't you just leave stuff alone???

won't open ever since phone updated. keeps telling me rebot phone, did that and nothing plus uninstall 3 times and still nothing. please fix asap.
The app is great. The original app definitely had problems but this updated version works very well!
what is the fix for the force close? im having the same problem. I called PSCU few days ago and the person i spoke to, said it was probably my phone...translation!? i dont feel like messing with this.

Personnel are always friendly and helpful. Glad we finally got a ATM that takes cash in Alexandria location after someone stole it. Wish Pineville La had a drive through ATM or even a drive through window.
Have used this app and LOVED it for the past 2 or 3 years.... but for the last 2 weeks or so, haven't been able to use it. I've uninstalled it several times and rebooted my phone as directed. Still nothing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get this app up and running again. There are only 3 branches in my region and I live at least 45 minutes from each, so I NEED THIS APP!
