Pelipost - "Photos-to-Prison"

Garbage! It used to be great then the latest update erased my contact. After I re-entered everything it doesn't work. If you click on start order it instantly gives an error code about leaving a section blank, however I can't even get to the part where they're is anything to fill out. Nothing like ruining a good product. I'll be uninstalling it and finding something useful

I live in a small town, with little money to spend on pictures,I have to drive for an hour to get pictures for my son. This is so much easier and cheaper as well. Cause I don't have to pay for gas and then the pictures, then there is the postage to send them. This is so much more convenient.

Since your new update you removed all my contacts. Now for some reason the federal prison i send to wont come up today. I have been using you guys to send photos there for years. For the others, no way am i retyping in my contacts and cc info again. So frustrating when you have alot of family behind bars.

Love this app. Had no issues with getting the photos I want delivered. The price is awesome. And he loved every one I sent and my lil note.

I paid and sent photos just to be told that no facilities use pelipost or have even heard of them!! No way to get a refund either, SCAM

Not a bad idea because the guys dont get colored pics, but with this app you want color and if your balling pics start at 3.99

I absolutely love this app!! You don't have to worry about making trips to go print them out or for them to have to send the pictures back because it's on the wrong kind of print paper. I find it totally convenient and it definitely rest assures our loved ones that they are deeply cared for while doing time and such. Highly recommend :) it is also reasonably priced.

Pictures get there fast and the process is discreet, so you can send just about anything you want (as long as it coincides with the regulations of the prison you're sending to). Pictures are good quality and you can even send a little note along with them if you want...Overall, my experience with Pelipost has been extremely satisfying for me as well as, if not more, for my inmate. Thank you, Pelipost!

I attempted to get in contact with customer service, they replied once but never replied after that. I made a second attempt in regards to my purchase, I did not recieve a response at all. Absolutely unprofessional. You are better off going to a Walgreens or CVS and printing out the photos yourself. DO NOT waste your time with this useless app.

It's only allowing me to send one picture for 3.99!!! No thank you!

This app is quick, easy and inexpensive. During the process it allows you to change your picture choices as often as you need or want. It even provides a simple checklist to compare your pictures to, so your love one will be able to receive them. Love this app. Definitely will be using it quite often.

So far so good, it was super easy to use and stress-free which is a even bigger plus, just waiting to hear from my hubby to find out how the quality of the pictures turned out! Thank you pelipost for getting pictures to my loved one so easy and stress-free and affordable!!! With everything going on and getting adjusted to life without him out here it's the little things like this that mean so much so again thank you!!

I use Pelipost to share pictures with my inmate friends and i can't imagine using anything different, honestly. the app works great, it's easy to put together your photo order, the pictures are of great quality I'm told, and the orders seem to always arrive on time or slightly early! can't complain about anything :)

The ability to share photos with your loved ones and they not be xerox copies is a plus shipping times are reasonable. The pricing is expensive compared to competitors pricing but worth the extra upcharge for postage and privacy.

I'm new to the app (4star).. but so far so good!.I think it's an awesome idea! It's a sure secure way of being able to send the pictures without it being held up by inspection because it comes from PeliPost, respected by many state and federal correctional facilities. My inmate requested i use the app.

This app is exactly what I needed. Trying to schedule a time to go print out pictures and mailing them was difficult since I send to three Inmates (especially with an infant on board). It's been awesome and makes my task so easy to do from home. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin. Everytime I tried to proceed with payment it says error message "avs payment" I was then advised from a customer service representative to change the country of where I'm from (US to canada) using a city "ab" and skipping the zip code. I did that and still nothing helped. So here I am again doing everything possible to try to make it work Uninstalling app re installing turning phone off and on and there's pending transactions on my bank account? But not one order went through!

The photos arrived to my inmate way quicker than I expected them too! Absolutely love the convenience of not having to go print out pictures and then mess with around at the post office. I can send pictures from wherever I'm at with just a few clicks!

Good app. Easy to use. Would be better if the processing, shipped and delivered had specific dates. Would also suggest full screen view in history. Maybe add filters and frames for a nice touch. Customer service is awesome!

Please review their return policy before purchasing with this app. Basically, Pelipost doesn't care about their customers after they spend their money. No refund. No return of your photos either. In addition to this- my loved one never even got a rejection letter from the facility stating that a letter or package was rejected for X reason (& they always do). This leads me to believe it's a scam just like other apps like this. Save yourself the trouble and just print them & send them the old way.

The only problem I have found with the app is the generosity...or lack there of...of pelipoints earned for ordering. There should be fewer pelipoints needed to receive free photos and customers should be offered more opportunities to earn pelipoints that can be used to order free photos and the app should add the option of items from the store that are not photos. Aside from these small issues this app is amazing!

Super Easy. I love that every time you send photos your earn points towards sending more photos. Super convenient if you are a busy person and don't want to deal with printing and the mail system.

This app is very helpful, I Don't have Time to run to a store to print out pictures because of my busy schedule, and with pelipost all I have to do is click a few buttons upload my picture and it does the rest!! Thank you Creator's of pelipost
